PROGRAM SUMMARY:
The Diplomatic Platform Support Services (DiPSS) works in support of the Department of State to provide medical support services. The primary scope of this program is to execute medical support services at the United States Embassy and adjacent facilities in the Middle East.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Medical Housekeeper reports to and receives assignments, instructions, and direction from the Foreman, General Foreman, or Manufacturing plant management to perform a wide range of clean-up and housekeeping activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reports to and receives assignments, instructions, and direction from the Foreman, General Foreman, or Manufacturing plant management.
Reads and interprets instructions and plans work activities.
Moves materials and equipment to work locations and performs a wide range of clean-up and housekeeping activities.
Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.
Performs other duties and activities as directed.
MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED:
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:
Physical requirements include lifting up to 35lb, team lifting up to 50lbs, climbing, extended sitting, or standing, stooping, stretching, and bending.
Work may require using and wearing personal protective equipment such as, hearing and eye protection,
Day-to-day physical requirements may involve standard office activities including sitting/standing for extended periods of time, attending meetings, use of keyboard and mouse repetitively, lifting and carrying
Work requires moderate physical exertion including walking to operating areas and walking up stairs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires high school diploma, preferably with 2+ years of experience.
Specific contract requirements will prevail.
Must be medically fit and willing to travel CONUS and OCONUS

The Logistics/Warehouse Property Specialist is assigned daily work under direct supervision and is responsible for warehouse layout planning, establishment of document files, preparation of required documents and reports. May also explain instructions and documentation to plan work activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reviews and improves existing operational systems.
Tracks performance in relation to operational objectives and creates reporting and auditing systems to assess operational efficiency.

Program Summary
The Marine Corps Prepositioning Program (MCPP) is based in Jacksonville, Florida. We provide maintenance and logistic services to the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) in support of this program. For over 35 years we have planned, coordinated, and executed the maintenance and logistic services for ground combat vehicles and support equipment for USMC Expeditionary Forces.
Job Summary
Performs functions that relate to the receipt, storage, inventory, care, location, issue, movement, and loading of equipment, supplies and publications; includes collateral clerical duties associated. Includes the use of automated systems (both hardware and software) and equipment related to the accomplishment of the above tasks. Will include other manual tasks as directed. Performs other tasks as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent. Four years related experience. Completed Enlisted Warehouseman Basic Course at MCSSS or equivalent. Ability to apply detailed technical data from the provided technical data systems in the care and storage program. Ability to develop storage space requirements considering such factors as material, weight, cube, and clearance, within the various categories of supply. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Must be capable of operating MHE (forklifts, tractors, etc.) and bulk and small parts conveyor systems used in warehousing operations. Possess a valid State Motor Vehicle Operator License and able to obtain and maintain a Tactical Operator License as necessary. Ability to comply with all established methods, safety standards, quality standards, and time schedules applicable to this position. U.S. Citizen. The Logistics/Warehouse Property Specialist is assigned daily work under direct supervision and is responsible for warehouse layout planning, establishment of document files, preparation of required documents and reports. May also explain instructions and documentation to plan work activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintains inventories and completes records.

Program Summary
The Marine Corps Prepositioning Program (MCPP) is based in Jacksonville, Florida. We provide maintenance and logistic services to the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) in support of this program. For over 35 years we have planned, coordinated, and executed the maintenance and logistic services for ground combat vehicles and support equipment for USMC Expeditionary Forces.
Job Summary
Performs functions that relate to the receipt, storage, inventory, care, location, issue, movement, and loading of equipment, supplies and publications; includes collateral clerical duties associated. Includes the use of automated systems (both hardware and software) and equipment related to the accomplishment of the above tasks. Will include other manual tasks as directed. Performs other tasks as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent. Four years related experience. Completed Enlisted Warehouseman Basic Course at MCSSS or equivalent. Ability to apply detailed technical data from the provided technical data systems in the care and storage program. Ability to develop storage space requirements considering such factors as material, weight, cube, and clearance, within the various categories of supply. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Must be capable of operating MHE (forklifts, tractors, etc.) and bulk and small parts conveyor systems used in warehousing operations. Possess a valid State Motor Vehicle Operator License and able to obtain and maintain a Tactical Operator License as necessary. Ability to comply with all established methods, safety standards, quality standards, and time schedules applicable to this position. U.S. Citizen. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Base Access.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sr. Operations Manager works with general autonomy and manages significant government services project(s) within the scope of general financial/administrative functions or program guidelines set by the Program Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees and manages the daily activities of the organization's operations. Executes company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Reviews and improves existing operational systems.
Tracks performance in relation to operational objectives and creates reporting and auditing systems to assess operational efficiency.
Collaborates with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of operations.
Contributes to strategic decision-making impacting the area of responsibility.
Assists in the development of budgets and forecasts.
Handles escalated issues arising from operations, working in conjunction with other departments when necessary .
Applies knowledge of quality systems and tools to validate and verify contractually required standards for project execution.
