Title:

Maintenance Fuels Supervisor

Job Summary

Responsible for replenishment, monitoring and maintaining appropriate fuel levels of an above ground fuel farm. Must possess a strong knowledge of fuel industry standards and requirements for maintaining a large bulk fuel dispensing and above ground storage facility. Ensures that usage calculations, service times and amount for tank fillings are maintained and forms completed. Reviews and validates for accuracy all fuel receiving or shipping documents. Periodically inspects samples of fuel, checks gravity and flashpoint. Reviews information on water in tanks, temperature, and fuel levels. Monitors reports that show preventive maintenance and repairs on terminal systems have been performed. Effectively manages GSA fleet to include scheduling required maintenance services. Responsible for the monthly upload of GSA mileages to for statistical purposes and FAST (Federal Automotive Statistical Tool) reporting. Maintain and issue GSA credit cards for daily fuel transactions. Responsible for supervising employees. Conducts regular safety briefings and ensures HSE standards are maintained. Plans, organizes, and leads day to day activities of shop maintenance. May be responsible for performance reviews, disciplinary actions and assisting the manager in hiring/firing/promotion decisions. High school diploma, Associate Degree required. Work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Five years of related work experience with at least 3 years in a lead/supervisor capacity role required.

Roles and Responsibilities

. Must possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Government issued Secret Security Clearance and ma a Secret clearance and maintain it for the duration of your employment on this contract.

. Must be able to obtain and maintain local base access.

. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).

. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

. Requires at least 3 years of related work experience.

. Must possess a strong knowledge of fuel industry standards and requirements for maintaining a large bulk fuel dispensing and above ground storage facility.

. Must possess a valid State Driver's License.

. Must comply with all established methods, quality standards, and time schedules applicable to this position.

Physical Requirements:

. Must be able to stand - between 2 to 3 hours per day.

. Must be able to walk - between 4 to 5 hours per day.

. Must be able to Lift - up to 35 lbs. - 50 lbs. periodically.

. Must be able to squat, knell, bend, reach and climb periodically.

. Must be able to work outside and inside in non-climate-controlled environments.

Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

. Military background preferred - USMC MOS equivalent 1391 Bulk Fuel Specialist.

. Good computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.

. Good oral and written communication skills.

. Previous or current CAC card holder preferred.

KBR has an opening for an ISSO/IT Information Assurance Specialist (Top Secret Clearance) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals onsite at KBR, Lexington Park, MD, to help support a NAVAIR PMA. This position requires on-site presence. Remote or Tele-Work is NOT available for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) for information systems in support of a Program Management Activity (PMA). Under the direction of Information Systems Security Manager(s) (ISSMs), candidate will assist with supporting the performance of assessments of systems and networks within the networking environment or enclave and identifies where those systems/networks deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy. May achieve this through passive evaluations (compliance audits) and/or active evaluations (vulnerability assessments). Supports the establishment of strict program control processes to ensure mitigation of risks and supports obtaining certification and accreditation of systems. This may include process support, analysis support, coordination support, security certification test support, security documentation support, investigations, software research, hardware introduction and release, emerging technology research inspections and periodic audits.

  • Assists in the implementation of the required government policy and may make recommendations on process tailoring. Assist/supports the performance of analyses to validate established security requirements and to recommend additional security requirements and safeguards. May support the formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) required by each government accrediting authority through pre-test preparations, participation in the tests, analysis of the results, and preparation of required reports. Periodically, conducts a review of each system's audits and monitors corrective actions until all actions are closed.

Basic Qualifications:

Citizenship & Clearance: Must be a US Citizen with a current Top-Secret Clearance with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the last six years.

Education & Years of Experience: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, information systems management or related field from an accredited US college or university or equivalent experience is required, plus two years of related experience.

Technical Background/Experience:

  • Experience in a DoD cyber environment, preferably with the Department of the Navy

  • Experience with cyber frameworks and best practices, such as NIST 800-53, JSIG and ISO 27001

  • Understanding and experience with Risk Management Frameworks (RMF) and processes

  • A current Information Assurance Manager (IAM) Level I certification in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M, or the ability to gain the IAM Level I certification within six months is required

  • Experience working independently and as part of a team in researching data, developing analytical techniques and methodologies is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with auditing and log analysis on both Windows and Linux (Redhat) devices as it relates to compliance and nonrepudiation techniques.

  • Experience with importing, exporting and reviewing syslogs.

  • Experience with log reduction tools and SIEM solutions such as Splunk, LogInsight, Aria Operations

  • Experience with private cloud infrastructure and cloud security posture

  • Experience with VMware/Broadcom suite of applications and services

  • Experience in the development and maintenance of system security plans and contingency plans for secure systems.

Junior Logistics Analyst

KBR is seeking a Junior Logistics Analyst to join our team. As a part of one of the world's largest independent logistics organizations supporting both US Government and commercial agencies, you will be joining an exceptionally talented and experienced KBR Logistics team providing FMS Logistics services to all NAVAIR aviation programs.

As a winner of the National Logistics Contract, the selected applicant will work within the Security Cooperation Office (SSCO) composed of government, military, contractor, and industry personnel while supporting FMS logistics projects.

Role and Responsibilities:

Provides logistics support to the government (PMA-259) by assisting with the development of pre-case, initial, and sustaining Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) requirements for FMS cases

Assists with analyzing, coordinating, and providing recommendations, and implementing international program logistics requirements for integrated product support (IPS) elements during an international program's life cycle, including business development, case development, and case implementation.

Supporting FMS (Foreign Military Sales) customers in procuring/maintaining equipment and providing follow-on support plans

Support customer requirements with use of analysis, organization, planning, and day-to-day review of provisioning spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities

Support the Deputy Assistance Program Manager for Logistics (DAPML) by performing research, data collection, and analysis

KBR maintains and manages Army prepositioned stocks at the Army Field Support Battalion - Charleston (AFSBn-CHS) land site and aboard ship to include all logistics and maintenance operations. Job Summary

The Personnel Security Administrator manages a variety of personnel security & physical security matters. This position maintains a wide variety of records (stored both manually and electronically); verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness; compiling essential metrics and handling and adjusting complaints. Administers the Common Access Card (CAC) Program, maintains records, completes, and submits required reports and CDRLs, is the Army Field Support Battalion-Charleston (AFSBN-CHS) CAC POC on CAC issues, changes, needed supplies, RAPIDS machine changes/updates, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Preside over daily personnel security-related activities and maintenance to include new hire in-processing, tracking SF85/SF86 forms for clearances, maintain security clearances, national agency checks, and local background checks for Secret clearances required for KBR employees using e-Qip/PSIP or National Background Investigation Services (NBIS).

  • Complete all SAAR (2875), HMIRS, and AESIP requests.

  • POC for all G2 system inquiries. Create and Monitor G2 user accounts for background investigations.

  • Submit updates/modifies Declaration for Federal Employment/OF306 Forms.

  • Administers the Base Access Program, coordinates with employee candidates, employees, AFSBN-CHS Security Officer, Joint Base Security Staff, small business partners, and visitors.

  • Accompanies government Security\Officer through Personnel Security Program compliance audits, records, and publishes findings, disseminates findings to appropriate staff; prepares and disseminates Security Program Deficiency responses to staff.

Reliability Analyst for the Air Force & Advanced Systems Operating Unit's Aircraft Sustainment efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform reliability research and analysis, working with government and contractor team members with assistance in effectively using reliability software to document analysis.

  • Assisting in drafting reports, papers, and presentations on results of analysis

  • Performing basic statistical and cost analysis

  • Participating in team meetings and interviews and maintaining a professional working relationship with co-workers and customers.

  • Potential candidates will need to demonstrate the ability to collect, sort, and analyze various qualitative and quantitative data.

  • Analyzes and coordinates technical data within established procedures and schedules. This position will require some travel.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2-4 years' experience in military aircraft maintenance and reliability or data analysis, or eight (8) years of equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of military aircraft, aircraft systems, support equipment, and trend/reliability analysis.

  • A working knowledge of aircraft mechanical, electrical, environmental, or avionics systems including relevant support equipment is desired.

  • Proficient in the use of Air Force technical manuals, supply systems, and maintenance policies and regulations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels within the organization.

  • A knowledge of technical report writing/editing; creating meeting minutes; briefing material preparation; create and assisting in the development of technical documents.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and similar database/analysis/reporting software is highly desired.

Senior Program Management & Acquisition Support (Top Secret)

KBR is searching for a senior Program Management and Acquisition Support professional to support the development of first-of-kind space vehicles and missions. Specifically, this candidate will oversee the development, design, and production of a DoD acquisition program at the contracted vendor location. The candidate will provide recommendations to the program office to ensure the vendor is on track to deliver the system on schedule, and within cost while meeting key performance parameters.

This handpicked candidate must possess excellent communication skills and technical expertise with developing, designing, building, and integrating space hardware and software. A successful candidate must be a leader and problem solver with a proven ability to deliver superior results as part of a high performing team in a high-profile, fast-paced environment. The candidate will apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts for highly classified systems, while also effectively communicating complex results with management and executive leadership.

Role and Responsibilities*

  • Serves as program advisory lead for extremely time critical technical projects, test projects, or tasks requiring appropriate level technical expertise.

  • Assists acquisition planning and drafting technical requirements and documents.

  • Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to verify program needs and identified to meet project goals.

  • Helps the government assess the technical sufficiency, cost, quality, and timely delivery of program deliverables.

  • Confers with engineers to provide technical advice and to assist with problem resolution as needed.

  • Supports management and execution of programs consisting of multiple projects--ensures overall program is properly coordinated and efficiently accomplished with the best available resources.

  • Aids in the development of a Monthly Status Report on all support efforts including updates in status and performance, major activities, challenges and opportunities, deliverables, and contractor performance.

  • Drafts, reviews, and edits final program reports, documents, and briefings.

  • Supports acquisition planning and development of documents required for systems acquisition.

  • Supports and advises acquisition and program management functions, advises government management on design challenges, supply chain and production challenges, delivery, and integration, and supports system program reviews.

  • Work on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and perform all functional duties independently.

  • Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.

  • Translate complex ideas and data into simple, actionable recommendations or easily differentiated courses of action.

  • Communicate clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy-oral and written.

  • Required skills:

  • Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience on space development programs for the DoD or IC.

  • Experience in the development and fielding of satellite systems through assembly, integration, and test.

  • Experience with Space Vehicle and subsystem integration.

  • Experience in DoD acquisition management.

  • Understanding of operational environment and corresponding mission user needs.

  • Experience analyzing and developing contract data requirements lists and deliverables.

  • Experience with Integrated Master Schedules, and risk management.

Desired skills:

  • Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience on space development programs in the DoD or IC.

  • Experience in production management and/or industrial engineering to include assessing availability and lead-time in ordering required parts, production facilities, production timelines, and manufacturing readiness.

  • Experience with ACAT I/II level acquisition programs.

  • Experience as a SETA in a government program office.

  • Experience with rapid prototyping.

  • Experience with integrated air, space, and cyberspace capabilities.

Education:

  • Relevant BA/BS degree

  • Relevant MA/MS degree

Clearance:

  • Active TOP SECRET clearance with sensitive compartmentalized information (SCI) and special access program (SAP) eligibility.

Work Location & Travel:
