INDOPACOM Solutions Architect
The successfully selected candidate for this DOD Test/Experimentation INDOPACOM Solutions Architect position will be a full-time employee of the KBR team supporting our DOD Test Resource Management Center's (TRMC) contract. TRMC is working with INDOPACOM to gather needs and requirements to build out T&E solutions. Duties will include the following:
Assist in eliciting and capturing INDOPACOM requirements;
Work closely with TRMC T&E system engineers to define potential solutions over time against these requirements;
Document experimentation mission threads/scenarios and define/create needed system engineering documentation;
Work directly with the operational community, helping TRMC define the required infrastructure for distributed test training and experimentation events;
Become familiar with and work collaboratively across the TRMC Joint Mission Environment Test Capability (JMETC) User Support Teams to define, develop, test and support T&E solutions to meet specific events requirements;
Lead and mentor a cross-organizational team working together to identify barriers and complete required technical work;
Work with TRMC program management and senior leadership to help estimate and plan resources to implement plan across TRMC and Service T&E budgets;
Advocate and defend investment plan with Services/Agencies to ensure successful execution;
Communicate TRMC vision for the future of distributed T&E in DoD Strategic Plan for T&E Resources and appropriate DoD T&E community forums;
Become established as a functional authority on Operational requirements in the T&E community.
Must meet the following requirements:
United States Citizenship
Active and readily transferable Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance
Education: Technical Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 15 years' experience to include the following: a) Systems Engineering; b) Military Operations and Experimentation; c) Participation in Large Distributed Test, Training or Experimentation Events
Experience working with the definition and/or development of digital environments to support the T&E needs for US Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM)
*experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
Preferred Education, Experience and Knowledge:
Education: Technical Master's Degree
Experience at the OSD or DOD Service-level in one or more of the following:
Digital Engineering
Modeling and Simulation (M&S)
Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) Environments
Test Analysis and Test Planning in Distributed Exercises/Events
Defense Research and Engineering Network (DREN), Secret Defense Research and Engineering Network (SDREN) and Defense Information Systems Network (DISN).
Intimate knowledge of one or more of the following:
DoD Programs and Acquisition process
Middleware protocols - High-Level Architecture (HLA), Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) and Training & Training Enabling Architecture (TENA)
TRMC, TRMC's Central T&E Investment Program (CTEIP) and TRMC's Science & Technology (S&T) Programs
TRMC's Cloud Hybrid Edge-to-Enterprise Evaluation & Test Analysis Suite (CHEETAS).
Experience working with the definition and/or development of digital environments to support the T&E needs for one or more of the following TRMC Partners:
US European Command (EUCOM)

Facility Security Administrator
ABOUT THIS POSITION
The successfully selected Facility Security Administrator will be part of the KBR team in Honolulu, HI supporting the Test Resource Management Center's (TRMC) Joint Mission Environment Testing Capability JMETC distributed User Support Teams at Camp Smith. We are looking for an energetic, multitasker that can handle duties to include GFE inventory, security visit requests, badging, shipping and receiving, purchasing, travel coordination and documentation, assistance with timekeeping and various other facility duties. We want someone with a positive -can-do- attitude that likes to help our distributed team. The selected candidate will be trained in the KBR and TRMC processes but will be expected to work independently on tasks after the training period. We want someone that is available to work from both our government office at Camp Smith and our future nearby KBR facility 5 days a week 8 hours a day.
Duties/Responsibilities:
. Facility Security to include physical security and badging

. General clerical, receptionist and project-based work
. Onboarding of personnel
. Retrieves information as requested from records, email, confluence websites, other related documents and prepares summaries of data as when needed.
. Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
. Coordinates team travel requirements, JPASS/DISS and updating applicable confluence pages.
. Directly supports the Program Administration/Facility Coordination staff.
. Supports general business operations by providing administrative support activities such as data entry, correspondence, and reporting.
. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Project Coordinator, Engineering
KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.
KBR is looking for a Project Coordinator, Engineering , to help support the site business unit for minor capital projects implementation and status reporting, and to site engineering team for the optimum utilization of design resources, compliance with all project systems and utilization of site and corporate work processes.
Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Leads cross functional capital project teams (including contract engineering team members) to meet business objectives for minor capital projects (
Facilitate the minor capital projects planning process, led by Area Leadership, to generate a clearly defined and prioritized list of jobs to be implemented.
Ensure satisfactory basic data is provided in the Minor Project Request (MPR) form before releasing the job to the site design team for scheduling.
Reconcile business priorities with design resource availability and budget expectations to meet the business needs.
Lead routine meetings to report on overall minor capital projects status to area leadership. Include a concise review of the current status of all minor projects and a summary of performance metrics (supplemental rate, cycle time, actual expenditures vs. budget, etc.) and lead follow-up efforts to address any system performance issues identified during the reviews.
Manage the minor project budget and forecasts capital and CAWC expenditures, in accordance with business engineering's direction.
Participate in site-wide minor capital projects process improvement initiatives. Facilitate the overall process and address design issues that impede success.
Provide leadership, guidance, and priority to Designers for multiple businesses. Provide feedback to Contractor site management and site engineering leadership regarding effectiveness of site team personnel.
Responsible for the development and implementation of Project Quality Plans, including auditing work processes and deliverables for compliance, and for meeting agreed upon project quality requirements and expectations.
Champions the -no change- concept and ensures only changes consistent with the business and project objectives are approved.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
Required: 4-year B.S. in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical preferred) or relevant industrial Operations/Maintenance experience that includes program leadership.
Desired: >2 years of experience leading capital projects, preferably projects greater than $500,000.
Desired: Prior experience improving performance and capability including demonstrated courage to challenge the status quo.

Construction Manager
Possesses some supervisory responsibilities. Reviews initial project data and writes scopes of work. Resolves job site technical issues encountered during execution of the project. Supervises the project construction planning, safety, cost control, and scheduling activities. Provides job site liaison with home office engineering personnel. Interprets drawings and specifications for job site queries. Supervises job site document control and distribution of drawings, specifications, and all other technical documents. Assists engineering, QA/QC, commissioning/start up, and client in defining the turnover systems and schedules systems for turnover.
This position is located at a client site in Richmond, VA. No relocation or per diem will be offered.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or experience in lieu of a degree

Perform material handling duties related to planning, receipt, storage, and issuance of all parts per the contractual requirement. Store, stack, or place materials on pallets, in accordance with prescribed storage methods. Rearrange and take inventory of stored materials. Examine stored materials and report deterioration and damage. Remove material from storage and prepare it for orders or shipment

The Flight Lead will support development of core Flight Operations Team shift staffing profile, shift handover process, and reporting, and support Ground Element testing, Mission End-to-End testing, and Mission Readiness testing (which includes simulations and rehearsals).
The successful candidate will have prior experience and domain knowledge with:
Experience as a Spacecraft Flight Operations Lead, Flight Director, Launch Rehearsal Manager, or Mission Operations Manager on NASA, NOAA, or other space missions.
Experience developing the baseline operations approach for all aspects of mission operations including spacecraft Mission Operations Center software in the areas of Real-Time Health and Safety Monitoring, Commanding, Telemetry Processing, Mission Planning (including Timeline and Scheduling Management), Telemetry Trending, and other systems. Knowledge of the following GSFC software is preferred: Advanced Spacecraft Integration & System Test Software (ASIST), Mission Planning System (MPS), Space Network Access System (SNAS), Satellite Tool Kit (STK) scheduler, Integrated Telemetry Analysis Control and Simulation (iTACS), Freeflyer, and the Integrated Trending and Plotting System.
Experience supporting mission reviews including the Operations Readiness Review (ORR), Flight Operations Review (FOR), Mission Operations Review (MOR), Ground Element (GE), and Mission Critical Design Reviews (CDRs).
Experience developing Flight Operations Team training and certification programs and implementing / utilizing mission configuration management.
Previous knowledge of the OSAM-1 Servicing Vehicle, Mission Concept of Operations (ConOps), Mission Phase Plans, and Flight Operations Plan (FOP) or leadership in developing these plans on other missions is not required but may be a benefit.
EXPERIENCE & TRAINING:
Masters Degree in Aerospace Engineering, a related field or equivalent experience
10+years of applicable progressively complex spacecraft mission development experience, including support of spacecraft flight systems.
Alternately, 14+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's Degree.

Program Summary
KBR maintains and manages Army prepositioned stocks at the Army Field Support Battalion - Charleston (AFSBn-CHS) land site and aboard ship to include all logistics and maintenance operations. The KBR APS-3 Program is managed and executed at Goose Creek in support of the Army's power projection doctrine and resources. The contract provides maintenance of APS-3 stocks (Class II, IIIP, IV, VII, IX) to ensure that unit sets stored aboard marine vessels are configured and maintained at optimal readiness. KBR provides limited maintenance and supply support aboard ship to ensure that equipment sets are maintained in a ready condition for emergency download and issue to operating units at the direction of the US Army. Job Summary
The Personnel Security Administrator manages a variety of personnel security & physical security matters. This position maintains a wide variety of records (stored both manually and electronically); verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness; compiling essential metrics and handling and adjusting complaints. Administers the Common Access Card (CAC) Program, maintains records, completes, and submits required reports and CDRLs, is the Army Field Support Battalion-Charleston (AFSBN-CHS) CAC POC on CAC issues, changes, needed supplies, RAPIDS machine changes/updates, etc.
Roles and Responsibilities
Preside over daily personnel security-related activities and maintenance to include new hire in-processing, tracking SF85/SF86 forms for clearances, maintain security clearances, national agency checks, and local background checks for Secret clearances required for KBR employees using e-Qip/PSIP or National Background Investigation Services (NBIS).
Complete all SAAR (2875), HMIRS, and AESIP requests.
POC for all G2 system inquiries. Create and Monitor G2 user accounts for background investigations.
Submit updates/modifies Declaration for Federal Employment/OF306 Forms.
Administers the Base Access Program, coordinates with employee candidates, employees, AFSBN-CHS Security Officer, Joint Base Security Staff, small business partners, and visitors.
Accompanies government Security\Officer through Personnel Security Program compliance audits, records, and publishes findings, disseminates findings to appropriate staff; prepares and disseminates Security Program Deficiency responses to staff.
Investigate Security Program Deficiency Reports at the direction of the Supervisor.

ABOUT THIS POSITION
Will analyze PATRIOT Guidance Performance for Live Firings, Ground Testing, and Simulation. This will require knowledge of the Radar/Seeker signal and data processing methods. The emphasis will be on Seeker Target Acquisition/Track and Terminal Guidance/Endgame, but it will also include analysis of Radar/Missile Uplink/Downlink communication. These analyses will require understanding of Radar techniques for good Detection/Track performance for both high speed targets and targets in clutter and multipath environments. Will develop Test Plans, participate in PATRIOT testing, write Test Incident Reports (TIRs) as necessary, and review TIR responses. Will be responsible for reviewing and keeping up with Software changes to PATRIOT Missile Guidance and supporting functions. This will require knowledge of the PATRIOT Operational Concept and understanding of related PATRIOT functions (such as Surveillance, Fire Control) which interface with the Guidance function. Will be required to become proficient in PATRIOT data reduction software with a wide variety of output files from both the tactical system and simulation, the specific variables within the files, and how to apply them to determine Missile performance. Will analyze PATRIOT Guidance performance which is integrated into other system architectures, including the Army's Integrated Air and Missile Defense System (IAMD) and the new Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS).

Job Summary
As an ICS Software Analyst reporting directly to the ICS Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of fueling system maintenance, modifications, and installation projects worldwide. This role is crucial in supporting the Global Readiness & Sustainment of the United States Military and it's allies, ensuring that systems meet and exceed all standards. Roles and Responsibilities
Troubleshoot server stack hardware errors, including hard drive failures.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with installed Wonderware InSource applications.
Develop and deploy graphic changes to existing HMI screens using pre-defined objects.
Ability to replace and configure new HMI machines.
Write scripts to automate tasks, perform data analysis and enhance system functionalities.
Monitor system performance, data integrity and communication health to identify and resolve issues.
Analyze system logs, alarms and alerts to diagnose faults and anomalies and implement corrective actions.
Successfully provide phone support to field technicians to resolve issues remotely.
Update online database worklogs to reflect all efforts.
Conduct operator training on system usage as needed.
Conduct backup operations to the extent of being able to fully restore the system on loss of data.
Travel up to 70% in support of training and troubleshooting efforts, including out of country.
Report status updates to Operations Managers.
Attend and contribute to program tier meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship
Ability to pass a NACLC security background check
Proficiency in time management, including managing correspondence and priority scheduling.
Working knowledge of industrial control software (specifically Wonderware), server rack with RAID array architecture, SCADA system configuration, database management and HMI setup.
Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) effectively for daily administrative tasks and project support.
Experience with control system networking technologies and PC networking technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Active or previous security clearance.
Current possession of a government CAC.
BSE or related Software Engineering degree from an accredited university, or commensurate experience.
5+ years of experience designing and programming control systems with emphasis on PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
Modicon PLC programming experience a plus.

The successful candidate will Provide Systems Administration support to the Test Resource Management Center's (TRMC) All Domain Test Range (ADTR) and INDOPACOM Pacific-Rim Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Capability Team, Joint Mission Environment Test Capability (JMETC) Secret Network (JSN) Node, JMETC Multiple Independent Levels of Security Network (JMN) Node, Secret Defense Research and Engineering Network (SDREN), Defense Research and Engineering Network (DREN);
As a SA, you will be a critical part of our team responsible for evaluating customer requirements pertaining to complex technical challenges. You will assist with providing solutions to complex problems in a manner which meets both functional and security requirements. You will be responsible for keeping the team's testing environment operational and in compliance with all TRMC directives and applicable RMF requirements. To do this you will frequently work with other distributed team members to discuss current system status and desired future enhancements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the administration of: computer systems hardware, network gear, software, information systems & peripheral equipment such as servers, desktops, zero clients, storage devices, and virtualization infrastructure.
Install, maintain, upgrade and configure systems (Windows/Linux/VMWare/SQL Server, Horizon UAG, VDI)
Maintain security and recovery procedures such as patching, applying STIGs, and performing backups of systems.
Administration of infrastructure including but not limited to: servers, zero clients, malware protection software, HBSS, syslog servers, databases, ACAS, etc.
Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and/or security issue resolution.
Identify potential risks or inefficiencies associated with the configuration of the system and recommends appropriate mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with data security policies, relevant legal and regulatory requirements, and TRMC cyber security program implementation plans in accordance with TRMC directives and applicable RMF requirements.
Authors and/or reviews team standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation to ensure consistent systems configuration and knowledge transfer to other team members.
