Senior Proposal Writer and Volume Lead, Government Services (REMOTE)
Responsibilities include the research and analysis of business opportunities, consistent with the organization's long range and strategic plans. Evaluates projects through financial feasibility studies, market research, and planning. May assist with special studies in areas such as operational effectiveness, capacity utilization, or cost containment. Under general direction, responsible for keeping abreast of development plans of existing clients, and has a very good understanding of contract terms and provisions. Responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and developing new client contacts, typically up to a General Manager level. Identifies market opportunities and works with the technical teams to grow profitable revenue for the company. Serves as a liaison with KBR counterparts on cross-business unit opportunities. The skills for this position are typically acquired through the completion of a technical degree and a total of 12+ years of experience that include 8+ years of industry experience and 4+ years of experience in business development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This position supports the development of strategic and GSA/FEDSIM proposals as a content developer (writer) supporting the business development lifecycle, including proposals. You will combine clear, strategic thinking with your project management skills and your dedication to compliance, to elevate solutions and approaches into proposal strengths and evaluated excellence. We are looking for an integral team player who works collaboratively with others, and who can also work independently, coordinate projects, develop and learn new skills, and maintain communication with various stakeholders while working on multiple simultaneous projects. The primary responsibilities encompass proposal and content development activities, sales material development, knowledge management, and research and analysis.
Support pursuit management team from opportunity identification through award
Collaborate with Capture and Solutioning team members to fully understand client desires and solutions and translate those into compelling proposal content
Support a variety of proposal development efforts and formats to provide clear, compelling, and compliant presentations, graphics, and orals scripts that incorporate win strategies win themes, and discriminators
Write and prepare pursuit support artifacts including white papers, presentations, and marketing collateral
Lead elements of proposal development efforts to provide clear, compelling, and compliant written responses that incorporate win strategies
Assess proposal content for integration and consistency of strategies, win themes, and discriminators across sections and volumes
Work with graphics professionals to manage the development of high-quality and impactful proposal graphics and presentations
Collaborate with business and functional leadership for proposal support and direction
Support the archival of sales and proposal content
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in applicable field plus 10+ years of experience

KBR is looking for a Principal Project Manager responsible for all phases of planning and execution on a medium/large project or may be responsible for a segment of a larger project assigned to the home office in Newark, DE. The PM will plan, organize, and coordinate a multidiscipline team to meet the project objectives. The Community Resource Coordinator, herein referred as Coordinator(s), is responsible for comprehensive and effective coordination, development, and evaluation of programs and services that contribute directly and positively to resiliency of the assigned unit's force and families. The Coordinator shall organize and oversee peer support networks for their assigned commands. The Coordinator shall recruit active duty and family member peer support counselors, ensure participating peer support counselors are vetted and trained according to USSOCOM CRC standards.
The Coordinators shall be responsible for collecting and reporting data for the purposes of formative and outcome evaluations of peer support programs and other community-based support programs.
Coordinators shall collect original data and data from secondary sources in support of program assessments. This data includes but is not limited to focus group and/or unit meetings convened by leadership; POTFF Family Resilience Program evaluation results; trend information from POTFF Psychologist, Chaplains, Ombudsmen, or Family Readiness Group (FRG) staff.
Coordinators shall support commands at multiple levels and in multiple locations. The Coordinator shall identify and document program/service needs and evaluation data. The Coordinator shall develop needs- based programming to service specific demographic groups and geographic locations. The Coordinator shall also have extensive knowledge of DoD resources, such as the Military OneSource, Military Family Life Counselors (MFLC), Personal Financial Counselors (PFC), and Military Crisis Line. The Coordinator shall lead and/or assist in the coordination and/or development of official processes, functions and networking opportunities for subpopulations served.
Coordinators shall:- Establish, maintain, and report activity of peer counseling networks for supported unit's Service members and family member spouses.- Report activity using specified reporting tool and frequency identified by the Social Performance program manager or other POTFF staff as required- Conduct and/or contribute to Family Orientation, Information, Outreach and Referrals;- Conduct and/or contribute to Pre- and Post-deployment Preparation, Reintegration, and Decompression- Conduct and/or contribute to Family Relational Enhancement activities- Conduct and/or contribute to unit level career transition programs for military members and spouses- Conduct and/or contribute to Social/Family and Psychological Program implementation to include suicide prevention and cognitive agility training; Maintain awareness of and conduct or contribute to education/communication of installation and/or local community behavioral health and resiliency resources;- Assist with development of standard operating procedures and service provision protocols- Serve as Commander's liaison for matters related to community and family support- Communicate on behalf of the Command utilizing a variety of media/social media- Maintain awareness of emergency response protocols.
QualificationsThe contractor shall possess a bachelor's degree in education, human/social services or related field or four years' experience, to include experience as a volunteer, in providing social service education, or work/family life consultation or coordination services. The contractor shall have, or be willing to receive, specialized training on peer support counseling, community resources and referrals and suicide prevention. The contractor shall remain current on their knowledge of best practices and developments in areas of peer support counseling and suicide prevention, and will keep abreast of DoD, Services and community sponsored resources intended to promote the wellbeing of service members and their families.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Engage all quality improvement and staff meetings , conferences
Conduct applied research and clinical investigations in clinical/behavioral health/organizational social work.
Consult with medical personnel, legal authorities, military commanders and school districts as required .
Maintain accurate medical records of all patients seen and produces reports of evaluation and/or treatment.
Participate in military specific training . This position may include clinical supervision of unlicensed providers or trainees.

The Special Operations Operational Psychologist shall provide technical expertise, guidance, and direct services in the areas of clinical and operational psychology to SOF . In concert with an existing active duty Operational Psychologist, or independently if no such active duty psychologist is available, the OP shall develop, plan and initiate unit level resiliency programs for preventing and treating behavioral health issues to support all aspects of service member readiness and resilience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise, consultation, and direct support in the areas of assessment and selection of personnel, operational support, individual/team/organizational assessment and performance enhancement, executive coaching and leadership development, research, conduct advanced training designed to maximize performance and resilience of SOF personnel to accomplish mission objectives in potentially time-constrained, high-stakes, ambiguous and hostile operating environments, and the provision of psychological services to unit members.
C onduct, administer, and interpret a full spectrum of psychological assessment measures and consult with command personnel; manage relevant process improvement, program validation, and related research; develop and manage appropriate personnel selection records and filing systems.
Conduct baseline and post-event neuropsychological screening and will collect/analyze data and monitor trends in psychological health as directed.
Responsible for management of referrals and disposition of referrals for behavioral health care.
P rovide professional development and awareness education to leadership and SOF personnel as requested.
P rovide crisis response and follow-up care in the event of unit casualties or other serious incidents.
Primary supporter of the assessment and selection of incoming personnel and provide feedback to unit leadership on suitability of personnel to serve within certain military organizations or positions.

This position requires a Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD) from an American Psychology Association accredited college or university with a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology. The OP shall have successfully completed an Internship/Residency in psychology accredited by the American Psychological Association.
Must have a minimum of two (2) years' post-doctoral experience within the past five (5) years in the independent practice of psychology in the area of the operational psychology, preferably in a Government setting such as a Department of Defense (DOD) or Intelligence Community (IC).
Must meet clinical competency requirements specified in the Service-specific credentialing instructions.
M ay be required to receive and maintain clinical practice privileges.

KBR is looking for a Transportation Planner for the Construction Traffic and Logistics to support a giga project development and be responsible for supporting a team of construction and technical staff. This role will develop construction strategies for the efficient and safety movement of personnel and freight in preparation to a mega-construction project site in Saudi Arabia. The Construction Traffic and Logistics Planner will contribute to the development of construction strategies and planning initiatives for project pre-FEED execution plan and estimate and follow-on FEED execution plan development and estimate.
Responsibilities:
Work with other multi-disciplinary project team leads in engineering, procurement, scheduling, estimating, and HSE, to obtain and analyze construction project related manpower curves, freight profiles, long-lead modular and heavy equipment shipments, heavy haul routes, temporary construction facilities (TCF), and infrastructure upgrades in support to construction logistics through the different stages
Conduct feasibility and alternative analyses to derive optimized TCF layouts including camps and laydown areas
Collaborate with several subject matter experts working on overarching project studies such as traffic modeling, logistics, modularization, environmental impacts, plot plans, by providing construction input data, reviewing their technical reports, and incorporating those study results into clearly actionable construction implementation strategies for the project
Prepare and perform risk analysis as part of the overall group for the construction traffic components of the project schedule, cost, and execution methodology
Write technical reports and present recommended infrastructure upgrades to the client and other stakeholders including government authorities. This requires coordination of road/bridge networks, utilities, and other essential services
Provide technical construction guidance and validated assumptions to KBR subcontractors in kingdom working on several field surveys, traffic modeling, and site investigations
Review Saudi Aramco, Royal Commission, and other agency master plans, standards, and specifications, to comply with relevant regulations and obtain necessary approvals and permits of proposed TCFs and other proposed infrastructure upgrades to support construction
Provide technical expertise and contribute to the coordination of project implementation, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved

The BME provides this support on console in the Mission Control Center (MCC) for the ISS, as well as off-console through various project assignments, meeting support, and other mission support roles. The BME is the primary Crew Health Care System (CHeCS) representative to the MCC flight control team; CHeCS includes all hardware/software in the CounterMeasures System (CMS), Environmental Health System (EHS), Health Maintenance System (HMS), and private video teleconferencing (for routine medical checkups, remote telemedicine support, and psychological support of family/friends). A large portion of the job corresponding to flight operations involves responding to new situations as they arise, thinking on your feet, and relying on your training to react in a real-time, fast-paced operational environment. Incumbent will perform other assignments and duties as required.While not supporting console in MCC, this BME will serve as a Deputy Human Systems Integrator for the Commercial Low Earth Orbit Development Program (CLDP). In this role, the Deputy Integrator is supporting the CLDP Health and Medical Technical Authority (HMTA). The position is part of a team of integrators and subject matter experts (SMEs) who work together to ensure CLDP adequately incorporates and implements NASA HMTA standards from NASA-STD-3001 into vehicle design. Working closely with the Lead Humans Systems Integrators, the Deputy Integrator will obtain and maintain technical knowledge across all human health and performance disciplines and engage SMEs for the details. HHP disciplines include crew health, environmental factors, medical operations, physiology, anthropometry, strength and biomechanics, maintenance and housekeeping, safety, habitability and architecture, information management, and displays and controls. The position will participate in designated meetings and working groups as a mechanism for monitoring the incorporation of HHP design consideration in vehicle design. The Deputy Human Systems Integrator will monitor how well HMTA requirements are met, ensure that issues of unmet or under met requirements are documented, communicate the status of these issues to the HMTA/HHP team, and prepare materials for communicating awareness or escalating issues as needed. The position will interface with HMTA and HHP NASA management as well as with Program personnel.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Coordinate with Lead CLDP Human Systems Integrator(s) on tasks including meeting support and document reviews.- Participate in designated meetings as the HMTA/HHP representative. This includes proactively screening agendas to engage appropriate HHP representatives and/or SMEs as needed, taking notes during meetings, and communicating relevant information to the HMTA/HHP CLDP team.- Coordinate with CLDP HMTA, HHP Management and HHP technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).- Provide insight to CLDP vendor compliance with HMTA mandatory standards as well as inform HMTA decisions.- Coordinate and participate in Program document and design reviews, develop corresponding summary assessments, and follow up on resulting actions.- Develop position papers, presentations and/or requirements interpretations for CLDP.- Formulate and represent CLDP HMTA position based on subject matter expertise.- Provide Flight Controller operational and engineering support from the Flight Control Room (FCR) and Multi-Purpose Support Room (MPSR) in the Mission Control Center (MCC) as it pertains to Medical Operations.- Monitor biomedical, environmental, and other crew-related data during all mission phases.- Perform and manage data/communications uplink and downlink in support of crew health and medical operations.- Provide technical support to the crew and flight control team for the Crew Health Care System (CHeCS).- Coordinate and conduct private video teleconferencing between the crew and their medical support team and family members on the ground.- Adhere to the Flight Operations Directorate (FOD) shift schedule for MCC Flight Controllers, which generally runs three (3) 9-hour shifts per 24-hour day. The majority of these shifts will be week-day only. Though it is sometimes required to support MCC shifts as needed on weekends and holidays in support of mission duties.- Follow Space Station issues and provide/coordinate medical input when needed. Provide technical expertise to the Flight Surgeon in responding to crew health issues.- Perform duties as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned CHeCS hardware, MCC console specialty project, and/or flight control documentation; SME duties include, but are not limited to:o Participate in pre-flight design & requirements reviews, provide operational insight and expertise, and prepare for operational execution of new CHeCS hardwareo Write, submit, validate, and maintain operational procedures for CHeCS equipment and crew medical activitieso Update requirements, activity planning documentation, and technical reference documentation as necessaryo React to any anomalies/issues related to CHeCS equipment and crew medical activities to provide MCC console personnel with resources necessary to address or workaround the issueo Communicate/collaborate/coordinate with other mission support personnel to assess on-going operations, equipment anomalies, and plans for activities utilizing equipmento Assimilate information from various sources and act as liaison with representatives from Flight Surgeon, Engineering, Training, Exercise Specialists, Laboratory and Science communities that support CHeCS equipment and requirementso Assist in the coordination of manifest, stowage, packing, and unpacking inputs for CHeCS hardware- Follow structured Space Station certification training program to meet specific training milestones in a timely manner. Meet all requirements to obtain Space Station Flight Controller certification for supporting MCC operations. This Special Operations Licensed Clinical Social Worker will function within an operational unit, as a Behavioral Health Care Provider and is responsible for the application of social work procedures and techniques, including interviewing, behavioral assessment, and evidenced-based therapies, in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of psychological and neuropsychological disorders using the following skills: individual, family and group psychotherapy, couple's therapy, alcohol and drug treatment evaluations.
The contractor is responsible for the application of social work procedures and techniques, including interviewing, behavioral assessment, and evidenced-based therapies, in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of psychological and neuropsychological disorders using the following skills: individual, family and group psychotherapy, couples therapy, alcohol and drug treatment evaluations.
The contractor shall consult with medical personnel, legal authorities, military commanders and school districts as required. The contractor shall maintain accurate and current notes in the paper medical records (if created) and electronic medical records of all patients seen, as appropriate, and produces reports of evaluation and/or treatment. The contractor shall participate in military specific training/activities (e.g., security clearances, use of the DoD or service specific clinical practice guidelines, pre-post deployment screening, PTSD, and combat stress) and others as directed by the unit Commander or his/her designee.
Conduct peer (record) or quality of care reviews as directed by the local government credentialing body and local medical oversight process. This position may include clinical supervision of unlicensed providers or trainees.The contractor may be required to perform some, or all, of the following activities:- Participates in and successfully completes required DoD or service required training.- Contact referred patients to assess treatment adherence.- Use validated symptom inventories to assess current symptom severity.- Assess barriers to treatment adherence and help patient problem-solve solutions to barriers.- Provide patients with education regarding their mental health condition and treatment regimen.- Maintain patient information in a patient registry.- Maintain accurate and current notes in the electronic medical records of all patients contacted for review by the managing physician.- Routinely staffs difficult cases with the referring provider, behavioral health consultant and/or psychiatry consultant.- Performs case management functions.
Qualifications
All LCSWs shall possess a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) or equivalent (MSSW, MSSA) degree from a graduate school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
The contractor shall maintain a current, unrestricted clinical license to independently practice social work in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. The contractor shall maintain credentialing requirements in good standing at a local MTF.
Additionally, the contractor shall have the following specialized training and education that prepare them for their duties:
A minimum of two (2) years within the past five (5) years in the independent practice of clinical social work in a mental health setting. Experience working in a Government setting such a DOD or Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) MTF is preferable.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of professional standards and ethics regarding the delivery of clinical social work services.
Must have experience in brief behavioral interventions.
Contractor may be required to receive and maintain clinical practice privileges.All HCPs shall have and maintain current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) as required for credentialing at servicing medical treatment facilities. Documentation of such training shall be provided to the COR. The front and back of the BCLS shall be provided to the Credentialing Department of the MTF they are credentialed through.

Provide guidance to a small team of EMT IIs based on supervision from the project/program manager.
Perform cabling and infrastructure installation to include EMT conduit, cable trays, cable and fiber optics. Installation of CCTV IP cameras, access control and intrusion detection panels and field devices in accordance with Installation Design Plan (IDP).
Perform function tests and analysis on various installed systems.
Diagnose and correct equipment malfunctions and failures.
Cable dressing and labeling installed devices in accordance with IDP.
A successful candidate must have a solid history of functioning in a team environment, being a self-starter, working independently with limited instruction, and meeting critical demands.
Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
Formal electronics training from: Technical School, or Class A or B military school in electronics or communications, or four (4) year electronics apprentice program. Formal electronics training, to include; Installation Tasks, Soldering, Cable Dressing, Cable Tray, Conduit, and Making/Repairing Connectors.
Eight (8) years of practical experience, to include: electronics repair, maintenance, and checkout. Three (3) years of practical experience in electronics installation.
