This is a unique opportunity to help create and expand a Leadership Development Team and program. In this role you will be developing and implementing Learning and Development programs based on the needs of the organization.
As a Temporary Leadership Development Specialist (through end of 2025) , you will deliver face to face training sessions with dynamic facilitation techniques, fostering interactive discussions and active participation while integrating content seamlessly. You will also deliver virtual led sessions occasionally. Facilitates instructor-led workshops, micro-learnings, and/or other types of virtual sessions on a variety of topics as needed. In this role, you will use a diverse range of training methodologies, techniques, and concepts to deliver impactful training programs that cater to different learning preferences. Employs a variety of learning tools and materials, including Learner Guides and Facilitator Guides, to enhance program effectiveness and participant engagement. We are looking for someone who has experience as a people leader so is able to share personal learnings and experiences throughout the training. A strong preference for in-person leadership development facilitation experience, at a minimum facilitation experience and exposure to leading training with leaders.
This will be a Monday through Friday, remote-hybrid role, supporting the BLI: My Core Leadership workshop for Banner established leaders. There is travel throughout the Greater Phoenix area in order to support workshops across our facilities and potentially travel to facilities outside of Phoenix 2-3 times (Colorado, Wyoming and Tucson). Trainings begin at 8am on site, need be able to arrive prior to participants (7:30ish).

POSITION SUMMARY
This position will implement an educational curriculum program consistent with Banner Leadership Development goals and objectives, in partnership with business, industry, and Banner stakeholders. This position will deliver and enhance training programs that drive organizational growth and employee development. This multifaceted role requires the use of various training methodologies and techniques, along with adept leadership skills, to create a psychologically safe learning environment that maximizes the effectiveness of training programs.
CORE FUNCTIONS

Builds effective relationships across departments and creates an environment of accountability and excellence in coordination, training, and development.
Participates as a member of an instructional team and prepares curriculum and instruction for educational programs to promote learning activities consistent with the program and Banner's culture.
Evaluates effectiveness of learning strategies and outcomes of educational activities and makes necessary provisions to meet learning needs. Designs assessments that gauge the application of translated content in real-world scenarios, measuring participant readiness for practical implementation. Assists with QA monitoring and feedback.
Maintains program documentation, including participant attendance, engagement, expenses and contact logs. Submits reports as requested.
Develops facilitator best practices to support the training of facilitators, ensuring they understand the training environment, content, successes, and opportunities for development.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a strong knowledge and understanding of training, development and facilitation as normally demonstrated through the completion of a bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resource development, business administration or related field and three years of experience in learning facilitation.
Must demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in support of team member development and growth. Must have attention to detail with coordination of training, equipment, materials and resources necessary to conduct training sessions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Thorough knowledge and application of adult learning principles and leadership development models, and the ability to implement these principles into a training curriculum. Master Trainer or similar certificate. Experience in customer service training, coaching and/or mentoring.
Additional related education and/or experience preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position conducts and coordinates purchasing, ordering, inventory and other supply activities to provide for the timely acquisition of all materials and/or equipment and/or services for the medical center (or assigned departments) in accordance with purchasing policies, procedures, and contracts.
CORE FUNCTIONS
Conducts and coordinates the activities and processes of procurement, receipt, distribution, and charging of medical supplies and other materials for assigned area: Cath Lab, Central Supply, Capital Equipment, or multiple hospital departments.
Regularly takes and accounts for inventory of all goods in assigned areas. Monitors usages, shelf life, stock rotation. Conducts needs analysis and determines optimal inventory levels of each item. Tracks and maintains assigned equipment.
For assigned surgical or special usage areas, assesses upcoming schedules for procedures, physician preference cards and other sources of future needs forecast information. Orders special items and coordinates the receipt, storage and delivery of such items.
Uses a materials management information system for ordering, tracking, charging, and usage reporting. Updates MMIS system files and ensures compliance with policies.
Conducts Quality Management work as assigned.
Works independently under general supervision. Follows and creates work procedures. Analyzes needs and determines own work routines to meet needs. Solves routine or daily supply chain problems.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Requires business, math and communications skills, knowledge and abilities as normally evidenced by an associates in business or procurement, or equivalent experience and training.
Requires the knowledge normally acquired over two or more years experience in Materials Management and/or the medical field, with a broad understanding of medical supplies, medical supply handling, and inventory management. Requires effective verbal and written communication skills, leadership and human relations skills, and excellent customer service skills. Employees working at Banner Behavioral Health Hospital or Boswell Skilled Nursing Facility must possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at the time of hire and maintain the card for the duration of their employment.
Requires keyboarding skills and the ability to use and maintain information, charges and reports in a materials management information system.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working with Lawson Materials Management Information System (MMIS) is preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred. Additional related clinical or procurement knowledge and experience is a plus.

Empties hampers and transports of soiled linen. Empties trash containers and removes all trash. Empties all medical waste containers, including sharps.
Inventories, restocks and replenish supplies such as toilet tissue, paper towels, hand soap, etcetera, located in all assigned areas of the facility.
Maintains cleanliness of departmental equipment and notifies appropriate personnel as repairs become necessary. Protects equipment from damage by proper use; properly logs out and in equipment that has been used.
May perform special projects such as: windows washing, wall washing, removing heavily soiled items or furnishings.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for ordering, inventory and other supply activities to provide timely acquisition of all materials and/or equipment (non-Capital) and/or services for Clinical Procedure area or areas as assigned in accordance with the purchasing policies, procedures and contracts. It is also a requirement to maintain appropriate inventory levels of routine and specialty supplies for the Clinical Procedural department(s).
CORE FUNCTIONS
Conducts and coordinates the activities and processes of procurement, receipt, distribution, stocking and inventory management of medical supplies and other materials for the assigned Clinical Procedure area. This will also include Recall management and product returns. Interacts with the Finance department to monitor compliance with point of use technology systems.
Receives requests for special order supplies and procures them for the correct patient, procedure, date, and time. Coordinates with the Clinical department to arrange any special delivery needs from a vendor or other department or facility, if necessary. Verifies that the supply request is within the boundaries of Supply Chain Contract Compliance. Arranges evaluations of new products, including contacting vendor representatives and arranging demonstrations. Participates in contract and procurement process.
Regularly takes and accounts for inventory of all supplies in the assigned areas. Uses independent thinking to decide the appropriate inventory levels and monitors usage, shelf life and rotates stock to avoid product expiration in conjunction with inventory associates. Conducts routine needs analysis and determines the optimal inventory levels for each item. Tracks and maintains all Consignment items.
Daily assesses upcoming schedules for procedures and other sources for future supply needs. Orders specialty items and coordinates the receipt, storage and delivery of these items. Is available after normal business hours to answer questions from the Clinical department to assist with sourcing needed supplies.
Promotes and monitors cost containment and encourages conversion to System standardization of products and equipment. Works with vendors, gets quotes and makes recommendations for purchases. Attends system product evaluation meetings to relate the needs of the departments regarding product comparison substitution and availability. May also participate in the planning of supplies, equipment and materials for new construction move-ins and re-models.
Receives and reviews vendor sales order sheets for specialty supplies and equipment and verifies cost, quantity, usage etc. prior to payment to ensure vendor is paid in a timely manner. May also provide assistance with requests from Revenue Integrity to provide pricing support.
Oversees and maintains an inventory file and implant log, i.e. pace-makers, artificial joints, bone/tissue implants, etc. using the available tracking system, software and designed process. This work is performed based upon the individual facility needs and as agreed by Supply Chain and the Clinical department.
Uses the MMIS system for ordering, tracking, charging and usage reporting; updates the MMIS system files and ensures compliance with all policies and procedures; provides assistance with New Technology or BCAP requests.
This position may report to a senior manager or director. Incumbents are often called upon to procure specialty equipment in stressful, emergent situations. Internal customers are materials management, nursing, technical staff, and surgeons. External customers are equipment and supply vendors. May assist with interviewing, selection, and orientation of support staff as it pertains to procedural area support staff. Coordinates the daily work environment and prioritization of responsibilities for the procedural area support staff. Provides routine feedback to supervisory personnel regarding observations as it pertains to the procedural support staff's ability and performance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Requires business, math and communication skills, knowledge and abilities as normally evidenced by an associates in business or procurement, or equivalent experience and training. POSITION SUMMARY

The Operating Room (OR) has 10 suites. We care for a wide range of adult patients that require both elective and add-on emergent surgical procedures. We also provide surgical services to meet our level 3 trauma designation at BBMC. Our surgical service lines consist of the following specialties; heavy focus in orthopedics, general surgery and urology. We also provide services for plastics, OB/GYN, robotics, spines, and dentistry. We staff 24 hours Monday-Friday and have a 12 hour shift on Saturday and Sunday. Staff are required to take call in addition to regular scheduled shifts to meet the demands of our patient load.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for scheduling surgical, cardiovascular or obstetrical procedures using a computerized scheduling system. The position is also responsible for entering patient charges, orders, and other pertinent information into the system and compiling and reporting statistical information to management. The incumbent may act as an office liaison for department staff, physicians, and patient families.
CORE FUNCTIONS
Coordinates case times for elective, urgent or emergent surgeries, cardiovascular or obstetrical procedures in a computerized scheduling system. Verifies and reviews physician privilege status prior to scheduling. Interfaces with medical staff office to maintain log of current privilege status and maintains confidentially of all information. May acquire and maintain physician preference information and staff roster.
Acquires authorization numbers, History and Physicals, results of laboratory tests and verifies that they are current. Orders previous medical records for the day of the procedure, when necessary.
Types and prints physician orders for multiple physicians and departments. Schedules and maintains physician block time, and block time releases.
Enters physician's orders for lab, blood bank, medical imaging, and cardiology. Enters results of diagnostic tests, patient registration information and patient charges. Compiles data and prepares statistical reports for management.
Conducts charge management audits for assigned area. Reconciles charge packet information with the audit. Identifies missed or incorrect charges and corrects when appropriate.
Acts as a receptionist to assigned unit; answers phones, relays message. Greets and directs patients, visitors, physicians, and families and answers questions about policies and procedures. Acts as a liaison among nursing units, physician and staff to relay patient data. Screens requests for patient information and refers to appropriate staff. Records and types minutes of staff meetings, when required. Prepares and distributes staff call roster each month.
Enters facility work orders and supply orders when required by assigned department. Requests repairs/maintenance for business machines in the department. Arranges for pickup and delivery of instruments and equipment and completes all necessary paperwork.
This position has responsibility for scheduling surgeries and procedures and maintaining a smooth workflow in the area. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, under stressful situations, set priorities and maintain highly confidential information.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.
Requires skills and abilities typically attained with 2 years of medical clerical experience; preferably in a hospital central scheduling or physician office scheduling setting. Knowledge of medical terminology is required.
Also requires knowledge of payor contract terms and processes. Must possess excellent organizational skills, as well as effective human relations and communication skills. Requires effective teamworking skills and the ability to meet deadlines and productivity standards.
The position requires knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software and the ability to use computerized scheduling systems. Must possess the ability to maintain accurate statistical records, gather data, and produce reports.

POSITION SUMMARY

POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for assisting clinicians and nursing staff in providing medical care, as well as, implementing and evaluating direct patient care. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment and skills to provide an excellent patient experience.
CORE FUNCTIONS
Prepares patient for exam and treatment by taking and recording vital signs, symptoms and other necessary measurements and recording chief complaint; documents pain scores as appropriate. Reports condition of patient which may be indicative of change in the patient's condition to the clinician.
Assists providers with exams and minor in-office procedures which could include taking patients' blood pressure, documenting respiration and heart rate/pulse, taking temperature, as well as performing phlebotomies, ear irrigation and EKG's. Acts as chaperon as needed. Uses universal blood and body fluid precautions at all times and personal protective equipment as needed. Responsible for prioritization of patient flow through clinical process.
Coordinates and manages patient care including pre-certifications, referrals, authorizations, prescriptions and scheduling of patients for clinic, hospital and other ancillary medical treatments and tests. Responsible for communicating test results to patient. Acts as a resource to clinician in order to provide optimal patient care. May administer medications in accordance with established policies and procedures or as directed.
Provides clerical support with patient/client notifications and documentation to include but not limited to complete medical records including labs, authorizations, X-Rays, hospital records and any previous care pertaining to each patient visit. Provides complete and accurate information necessary for billing related to the patient encounter in a timely fashion.
Maintains a clean, functional environment including cleaning and disinfection of equipment, exam rooms and storage areas. Disinfects equipment and instruments using appropriate solutions following sterilization procedures. Follows manufacturer's recommendations and OSHA guidelines in handling of hazardous substances. Performs basic maintenance of equipment and coordinates needed maintenance for prompt repairs.
Orders supplies as directed, stocks patient care areas. Medication ordering and tasks related to all medications (e.g. expired medications/equipment and recalls).
Develops and maintains effective communication mechanism with all external and internal customers. Exemplifies service orientation and the team concept in all contacts.
This position will complete all necessary on-boarding/orientation activities, including simulation training, as needed or directed.
This position works under the direct supervision of the providers. This position interacts with all levels of staff in a variety of departments, physicians, patients, families and external contacts, such as employees of other health care institutions, community providers and agencies, concerning the health care of the patient. POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for assisting clinicians and nursing staff in providing medical care, as well as, implementing and evaluating direct patient care. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment and skills to provide an excellent patient experience.
CORE FUNCTIONS
Prepares patient for exam and treatment by taking and recording vital signs, symptoms and other necessary measurements and recording chief complaint; documents pain scores as appropriate. Reports condition of patient which may be indicative of change in the patient's condition to the clinician.
Assists providers with exams and minor in-office procedures which could include taking patients' blood pressure, documenting respiration and heart rate/pulse, taking temperature, as well as performing phlebotomies, ear irrigation and EKG's. Acts as chaperon as needed. Uses universal blood and body fluid precautions at all times and personal protective equipment as needed. Responsible for prioritization of patient flow through clinical process.
Coordinates and manages patient care including pre-certifications, referrals, authorizations, prescriptions and scheduling of patients for clinic, hospital and other ancillary medical treatments and tests. Responsible for communicating test results to patient. Acts as a resource to clinician in order to provide optimal patient care. May administer medications in accordance with established policies and procedures or as directed.
Provides clerical support with patient/client notifications and documentation to include but not limited to complete medical records including labs, authorizations, X-Rays, hospital records and any previous care pertaining to each patient visit. Provides complete and accurate information necessary for billing related to the patient encounter in a timely fashion.
Maintains a clean, functional environment including cleaning and disinfection of equipment, exam rooms and storage areas. Disinfects equipment and instruments using appropriate solutions following sterilization procedures. Follows manufacturer's recommendations and OSHA guidelines in handling of hazardous substances. Performs basic maintenance of equipment and coordinates needed maintenance for prompt repairs.
Orders supplies as directed, stocks patient care areas. Medication ordering and tasks related to all medications (e.g. expired medications/equipment and recalls).
Develops and maintains effective communication mechanism with all external and internal customers. Exemplifies service orientation and the team concept in all contacts.
This position will complete all necessary on-boarding/orientation activities, including simulation training, as needed or directed.
This position works under the direct supervision of the providers. This position interacts with all levels of staff in a variety of departments, physicians, patients, families and external contacts, such as employees of other health care institutions, community providers and agencies, concerning the health care of the patient. Also interacts with physician's offices in order to report, ask for or clarify information. Prioritizes data from multiple sources to provide support for the response of the patient and family to changes in health status.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge. Completion of an approved medical assistant training program as defined by state regulations.
Active Medical Assistant Certification is required. Certification or additional training must meet the requirements for Meaningful use. BLS certification required. Active Medical Assistant certification such as: Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) with proof of current membership from American Medical Technologists (AMT) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with proof of current membership from American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) with proof of current membership from National Health Career Association (NHA) (Test administered after 7/1/2017 only) or National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) with proof of current membership from National Certified Competency Testing (NCCT).

Common preparative regimens and high-dosage therapy administration, management of fevers, prophylactic antibiotics, antiviral and antifungal prophylaxis. GVHD prophylactic and /or treatment regimens, and administration guidelines for medication and blood components. Administration of Cellular Therapy products. Care interventions to manage cellular therapy complications, including, but not limited to: Cytokine release syndrome, tumor lysis syndrome, cardiac dysfunction, respiratory distress, neurologic toxicity, renal and hepatic failure and disseminated intravascular coagulation.
Interacts with all levels of staff in a variety of departments, physicians, patients, families and external contacts, such as employees of other health care institutions, community providers and agencies, concerning the health care of the patient. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice, temporary RN license in state of practice, or compact RN licensure for current state of practice. BLS certification is required. Additional certification or continuing education may be required based on area of practice.
Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy nursing preferred, but not required. Relates throughout the interview process the experience, training and education needed to perform the job. Experience in the clinical area for which he or she is applying is desired. Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the area in which they work as demonstrated through annual validations. Banner Registry and Travel acute care positions require a minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting. POSITION SUMMARY

Coordinates the preventative maintenance program of all utility and infrastructure systems, including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, medical gas systems, water treatment programs, water distribution systems, building management systems, emergency generators and all associated components in order to ensure the integrity and reliability of the utility distribution systems. Monitors and modifies the infrastructure and utility preventive maintenance program to assure maximum effectiveness; provides all required and appropriate documentation.
As assigned, works with all other divisions and departments to meet the facility infrastructure and utility maintenance, installation and construction needs; negotiates priorities, plans work schedules and job assignments. Recommends use of outside mechanical and utility specialty contractors as appropriate. Oversees and monitors outside mechanical and utility specialty contractors to assure compliance with established hospital standards.
Schedules and monitors utility and infrastructure maintenance repair work, alterations and renovation upgrades to the facilities utility and infrastructure systems. As assigned, oversees and monitors infrastructure construction, installation and commissioning activities. Monitors systems and installation processes to ensure the integrity of assigned infrastructure, utility and building systems.
Instructs personnel regarding infrastructure and utility hazards to ensure the safe operation and use of equipment. Provides guidance, direction and oversight for infrastructure and utility training. Reviews and selects continuing educational materials and offerings for infrastructure training.
Coordinates infrastructure and utility system parts, materials and supplies at an appropriate level within budgetary constraints. Maintains infrastructure and utility replacement schedules and records to keep within the projected capital equipment budget. Determines department specifications for all components of the hospital's infrastructure and utility systems. Reviews materials to ensure the quality of all utility and infrastructure components for installations during construction and remodel projects. Provides input to the designated Facilities Services manager.
Oversees and maintains records for facility compliance with all applicable Authorities Having Jurisdiction including local, state, federal and all other regulatory codes pertaining to any and all components of the facilities infrastructure and utility systems. As required, attends annual code compliance and update training.
Works independently under general supervision. Fulfills responsibilities using specialized skills and knowledge. This position interacts with a wide variety of individuals including staff, co-workers, patients, physicians, visitors, regulatory agencies, surveyors, inspectors, contractors, and vendors. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Requires three or more years of diversified work experience as a plant mechanic, stationary engineer, boiler operator, or refrigeration mechanic and the ability to demonstrate advanced skills in the field of plant operations.
Must have working knowledge of utility and infrastructure systems and components common to the healthcare environment. Must be able to exercise independent decision making and judgment in the performance of all duties. Requires the ability to work safely and effectively with infrastructure and utility equipment. POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for a variety of administrative support functions and customer service for an assigned patient care area which promote an organized, efficient delivery of care to patients. The position facilitates communication between physicians, nurses and physicians, calls in Consults and acts as a liaison with all other internal departments and external contacts.
CORE FUNCTIONS
Performs receptionist/clerical duties to support overall operating efficiency and effective flow of communication and information throughout the department. Maintains adequate supplies of frequently used, patient education materials. May be responsible for QC/validations.
Enters pending discharges into the system. Coordinates patient appointments for procedures and treatments that may be required prior to timely discharge. Processes patient discharges.
Maintains adequate levels of office, dietary, and medical supplies and completes requisition forms when supplies need to be ordered. Reconciles supply order upon delivery.
Monitors and tracks the use and whereabouts of electronic equipment such as patient ID scanners and lap top computers. Ensures that all are accounted for and in working order.
This position works under local supervision and has responsibility for assigned unit only. Incumbents work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment with a strong focus on customer service. POSITION SUMMARY

Accountable for the ethical, legal, and professional responsibilities related to imaging practice. This includes maintaining confidentiality of all work information. Adheres to safety policies.
Assures the efficient operation of workflow of the department. Performs prescribed procedures in accordance with established departmental/facility policies and procedures.
This position functions within the Imaging department of the assigned facility. Participates on committees as assigned. Internal customers: All levels of medical imaging and nursing management and staff, medical staff, and all other members of the interdisciplinary health care team. External Customers: regulatory and health agencies, patients and family members.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited Radiologic Technology program or equivalent program for other modalities (MRI, Nuclear Medicine, CAT Scan, Mammography, Diagnostic imaging).
Requires national certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and/or modality qualified licensure (NMTCB, ARDMS, ARMRIT). Licensure by state regulatory agency required, if applicable. Advance certification by accrediting body in specialty required (MRI, Nuclear Medicine, CAT Scan, Mammography), if applicable. BLS certification required. Depending on certification and modality(ies) coordinating, may be assigned to a single modality or Multi-Modality Medical Imaging Coordinator role (Ultrasound Coordinator, MRI Coordinator, Mult Mod Med Img Coord, etc.)
This position requires clinical knowledge typically achieved with three plus years of experience. Must demonstrate effective communication skills, human relations skills, analyze data and solve problems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Health care related Bachelors degree and prior supervisory experience preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.
CORE FUNCTIONS
Assesses patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs. Reviews patient history and physical with patient/family and assures completion within appropriate timeframe. Reviews available information obtained by other health care team members. Reviews diagnostics and laboratory data and reports abnormal results to the physician(s) and other appropriate caregivers. Completes assessment and reassessments according to patient need and as outlined in policy.
Formulates a plan of care, including the discharge plan, utilizing assessment data and patient, family and health team input. Initiates a plan of care based on patient-specific needs, assessment data and the medical plan of care. Goals for patient are realistic, measurable and developed in conjunction with the patient/family. Considers the physical, cultural, psychosocial, spiritual, age specific and educational needs of the patient in the plan of are. Plans care in collaboration with members of the multidisciplinary team. Reviews and revises the plan of care to reflect changing patient needs based on evaluation of the patient's status.
Implements the plan of care through direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision of the activities of the health care team. Provides care based on physician orders and the nursing plan of care, in compliance with policies and procedures, standards of care, and regulatory agency requirements. Delegates appropriately, and provides nursing supervision in the provision of care to patients by other licensed nurses and other personnel. Promotes continuity of care by accurately and completely communicating to other caregivers the status of patients for whom care is provided.

9.Interacts with all levels of staff in a variety of departments, physicians, patients, families and external contacts, such as employees of other health care institutions, community providers and agencies, concerning the health care of the patient. Interacts with other health care providers in numerous settings in order to report and ask for or clarify information. Also works with clergy to provide spiritual support. Synthesizes and prioritizes data from multiple sources to provide support for the human response of the patient and family to changes in health status.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice, temporary/interim RN license in state of practice, or compact RN licensure for current state of practice. BLS certification is required. Additional certification or continuing education may be required based on area of practice.
Relates throughout the interview process the experience, training and education needed to perform the job. Experience in the clinical area for which he or she is applying is desired. Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the area in which they work as demonstrated through annual validations. Banner Registry and Travel acute care positions require a minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting. Experience must include working in an acute care setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the specialty area. Banner Registry and Travel physician practice positions require a minimum of one year experience as a Registered Nurse in a physician practice or an acute care setting.
In a Home Health setting, team members must be able to operate personal vehicle and possess a valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage is also required to be active and maintained.
