Job Description:
This job is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies by managing platform development initiatives from idea creation through deployment. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, working with Technology on design options, and validating concepts. Job expectations include developing business cases, partnering with Technology and key operational stakeholders to conduct analyses, and writing business and functional requirements documentation.
The Platform Consultant/Manager will play a critical role in developing, implementing & delivering enhancements to core underwriting applications including CreditCenter, Workplace, CreditToolkit, and other supported platforms. Focusing on one application, the Platform Manager will work closely with Program Owners, Business Channel leaders, SMEs, Technology, Operations, Client Services, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and external suppliers/vendors. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining subject matter expertise for platform functionality geared around enhancing user experience, user adoption, or platform issues identified by client service/support organizations.
This role can be filled as a Band 5 Platform Consultant or a Band 4 Platform Manager, depending on experience level.
Responsibilities:
- Defines the strategic vision for key user experience functionalities, identifying administrative modifications and opportunities to streamline data entry processes
- Drives innovation and improves platforms used by bank employees and support organizations to maximize system stability, while minimizing user disruption
- Interacts with key program stakeholders such as platform and process design teams to facilitate solutions and remedies to any risks/issues identified during platform deployment
- Leads the end-to-end requirement gathering and release execution process from an operational validation perspective with Technology partners
- Manages User Acceptance Testing execution and documents evidence of success prior to release
- Partners with Technology to plan, implement, and deploy business strategies, while prioritizing the bank's long and short-term goals
- Become a subject matter expert in aligned platform across multiple applicable businesses (Centers, Regions, CRE, Small Business, etc.) and functions (CO/UW/LO, Analyst, CCS/WCA/CSA, Operations).
- Leverage knowledge of underwriting, monitoring, and/or fulfillment processes to design technical solutions to solve business problems.
- Candidate will either have or gain proficiency within the CreditCenter, Workplace, CreditToolkit, GUS/GMS or similarly supported application.

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Credit (Credit Officer, Underwriter, Analyst, Operations, Business Support, Strategy, Technology, etc.)

Desired Qualifications:
- 10+ years' experience in Credit (Credit Officer, UW, Analyst, Admin, Ops, Business Support, Strategy, Technology, etc.).
- Experience with the applicable regulatory & compliance requirements related to credit underwriting (e.g. Reg B, Adverse Action, Leveraged Lending, etc).
- Proficiency with one or more existing Enterprise Credit applications (e.g. CreditCenter, Workplace, GUS) preferred
- Experience with project based work and/or delivering projects using the Agile methodology

This job is responsible for leading a group of team leaders and employees who develop strategies and drive analytics to understand portfolio risk, increase profitability, and optimize operational performance. Key responsibilities include setting strategic priorities for the team, identifying trends, and leading efforts to maximize risk versus return for the business unit. Job expectations include using data and analytics to solve complex problems, coaching employees, and partnering across technology, product, and risk leadership to drive performance.
Processes and products that require the collaboration of multiple functional groups often create ownership gaps that can result in a lack of strategic attention and significant loss exposure. Bank of America is looking for a leader to manage these cross-functional vulnerabilities within our Fraud Prevention and Detection organization. The role will require a deep understanding of the complex interplay between generally distinct groups and the resulting weaknesses, and will determine appropriate strategy that effectively balances risk appetite with customer experience. As a Fraud Strategy Manager with the Client Protection organization, you will capitalize on technical abilities and strategic thinking to solve business challenges and seek opportunities for improvement. You will join a team of fraud professionals who are dedicated to stopping criminals and protecting customers. In the role you will spend time analyzing difficult problems as we try to stay one step ahead of the fraudsters. You will develop complex defenses designed to minimize the impact to good customers while maximizing fraud loss avoidance. You will work across multiple partner organizations and represent our team as a subject matter expert. This position will sit within our Specialty Fraud Strategies team supporting products including Home Loans, Vehicle Lending, Small Business Lines & Loans, Reward Points, Health Savings Accounts, Mass Compromise and other related cross-functional processes.
The role will be responsible for several key areas:
Identifying and prioritizing at-risk processes based on client impact and risk exposure
Ensuring effective monitoring and oversight exists for cross-functional processes and/or developing it where needed
Defining both short and long-term strategy for a wide range of processes that overlap or fall between functional groups
Working closely with internal and external partners to understand limitations and opportunities for improvement
Influencing initiative funding and prioritization where technical gaps are identified
Determining strategic leverage points and implementing appropriate controls in partnership with functional stakeholders

Job Description:
This job is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Key responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products. Job expectations include applying and expanding knowledge by completing required licenses and trainings. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Responsibilities:
Works with clients to plan their short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money managed solutions
Recommends banking and investments strategies that align with client financial goals and needs
Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds
Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities
Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele
Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended
Required Qualifications :
Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses. If you do not currently hold the 66 but have either a 63 or 65, an offer can be extended with the condition that a passing score is received for the missing series within 60 days.
Has at least one year experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
Has at least one year experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.

This job is responsible for driving and executing on internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Control Function (ECF). Global Credit, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Onboarding Operations (GCAOO) delivers credit fulfillment, service and operations of credit offerings, operational accountability for leasing and trade finance solutions; AML monitoring and refresh of client information; Onboarding for global market clients. The GCAOO Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) team provides operational support by monitoring the completion of critical customer due diligence requirements as directed by the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and/or the Financial Crimes Global Standard with coverage extending to horizontal lines of business.
The GCAOO QC/QA team is seeking to strengthen its risk management and infrastructure by focusing on key AML customer due diligence processes that have high risk and significant visibility. The incumbent for this position will be part of the newly created AML QC/QA team that is responsible for implementing the QC/QA strategy across multiple lines of business by deploying enhanced control monitoring and reporting to drive process improvements and oversight. The QC/QA Sr. Testing Specialist (Monitoring & Inspection) is responsible for executing testing that measures the adherence to AML/Financial Crimes Global Standard requirements and is accountable for accurate and timely test execution. This role interacts extensively with internal or external contacts to identify, research, analyze and communicate process defects for remediation. Applies quality management disciplines to validate adherence to all applicable AML processes executed by horizontal lines of business. Team Overview
Global Risk Analytics (GRA) and Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) are sub-lines of business within Global Risk Management (GRM). Collectively, they are responsible for developing a consistent and coherent set of models, analytical tools, and tests for effective risk and capital measurement, management and reporting across Bank of America. Job Description:
Wholesale Model Validation Lead (-MVL-) oversees the team conducting independent validation and quantitative analytics for wholesale (C&I and CRE) models that are used for credit allowance, enterprise stress testing, valuation, and regulatory capital purposes. The MVL is responsible for providing risk oversight, acting as a subject matter expert and the second line of defense overseeing model performance, model risk and model governance. MVL covers a portfolio of several Very High and High risk rated models with global portfolio exposure covering several model purposes requiring compliance with US and international regulations (IFRS9, CECL, EBA stress testing). The MVL provides direct oversight to a global team of model validators and reports up to the Model Risk Officer. The MVL is accountable for managing execution of model risk framework activities including, but not limited to, independent validation, annual model review, ongoing monitoring report review, required action item review, and peer review.
Responsibilities:
The qualified candidate will be responsible for overseeing a broad range of model risk management activities, including:
Review, critical assessment, and challenge of wholesale models on conceptual soundness, assumptions and limitations, data, developmental evidence in support of modeling choices, performance, implementation, and documentation.
Development and implementation of effective testing plans and testing code to critically challenge models through empirical analyses and to verify model implementation.
Performing model review activities including but not limited to independent model validation/challenge, annual model review, ongoing monitoring report review, required action item review, and peer review.

This job is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies by managing platform development initiatives from idea creation through deployment. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining subject matter expertise for platform functionality geared around enhancing user experience, user adoption, or platform issues identified by client service/support organizations.
This role can be filled as a Band 5 Platform Consultant or a Band 4 Platform Manager, depending on experience level.
Responsibilities:
- Defines the strategic vision for key user experience functionalities, identifying administrative modifications and opportunities to streamline data entry processes
- Drives innovation and improves platforms used by bank employees and support organizations to maximize system stability, while minimizing user disruption
- Interacts with key program stakeholders such as platform and process design teams to facilitate solutions and remedies to any risks/issues identified during platform deployment

This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis aimed at improving portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance for consumer products and related divisions, such as credit cards. Key responsibilities include applying knowledge of multiple business and technical-related topics and independently driving strategic improvements, large-scale projects, and initiatives. Job expectations include working with business counterparts within the Line of Business and partner organizations including Risk and Product teams.
Responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling for multiple products with the goal of maximizing profits and asset growth and minimizing risk and operating losses and/or other financial and marketing exposures. Perform multiple complex analysis to to extract data and uses multiple databases to acquire Utilizes portfolio trends to propose policy/procedural changes within segmentation structure to produce optimal results. Excels at risk/reward trade off. Build relationships with business partners. Duties primarily include the regular use of discretion, independent judgment, the ability to communicate with multiple levels of management and the utilization of core leadership behaviors. SAS and/or MicroStrategy experience preferred; 5+ years' experience preferred.

Job Description:
This job is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies by managing platform development initiatives from idea creation through deployment. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, working with Technology on design options, and validating concepts. Job expectations include developing business cases, partnering with Technology and key operational stakeholders to conduct analyses, and writing business and functional requirements documentation.
The Platform Consultant/Manager will play a critical role in developing, implementing & delivering enhancements to core underwriting applications including CreditCenter, Workplace, CreditToolkit, and other supported platforms. Focusing on one application, the Platform Manager will work closely with Program Owners, Business Channel leaders, SMEs, Technology, Operations, Client Services, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and external suppliers/vendors. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining subject matter expertise for platform functionality geared around enhancing user experience, user adoption, or platform issues identified by client service/support organizations.
This role can be filled as a Band 5 Platform Consultant or a Band 4 Platform Manager, depending on experience level.
Responsibilities:
- Defines the strategic vision for key user experience functionalities, identifying administrative modifications and opportunities to streamline data entry processes
- Drives innovation and improves platforms used by bank employees and support organizations to maximize system stability, while minimizing user disruption
- Interacts with key program stakeholders such as platform and process design teams to facilitate solutions and remedies to any risks/issues identified during platform deployment
- Leads the end-to-end requirement gathering and release execution process from an operational validation perspective with Technology partners
- Manages User Acceptance Testing execution and documents evidence of success prior to release
- Partners with Technology to plan, implement, and deploy business strategies, while prioritizing the bank's long and short-term goals
- Become a subject matter expert in aligned platform across multiple applicable businesses (Centers, Regions, CRE, Small Business, etc.) and functions (CO/UW/LO, Analyst, CCS/WCA/CSA, Operations).
- Leverage knowledge of underwriting, monitoring, and/or fulfillment processes to design technical solutions to solve business problems.
- Candidate will either have or gain proficiency within the CreditCenter, Workplace, CreditToolkit, GUS/GMS or similarly supported application.
- Leverage executive presence skills to influence senior business stakeholders and program leadership on roadmap prioritization decisions.

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Credit (Credit Officer, Underwriter, Analyst, Operations, Business Support, Strategy, Technology, etc.)

- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn technical specs

Desired Qualifications:
- 10+ years' experience in Credit (Credit Officer, UW, Analyst, Admin, Ops, Business Support, Strategy, Technology, etc.).
- Experience with the applicable regulatory & compliance requirements related to credit underwriting (e.g. Reg B, Adverse Action, Leveraged Lending, etc).
- Proficiency with one or more existing Enterprise Credit applications (e.g. CreditCenter, Workplace, GUS) preferred
- Experience with project based work and/or delivering projects using the Agile methodology
- Intellectually curious and strong desire to continually learn
- Driven to understand the "why" behind a current practice or business problem

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$80,100.00 - $175,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
