Job Description:

This role is responsible for acting primary point of contact for Treasury clients, responsible for day-to-day servicing of treasury, cash management, card, merchant and/or depository products and services of varying complexity. These individuals provide relationship management, servicing and technical assistance to internal business partners (e.g. Sales & Relationship Mangers, Product Managers, Compliance and Operations) to resolve complex, unique client requests.

Responsibilities

  • Receives and responds to client and partner requests received by email, phone, chat or workflow system

  • Engage with customers, begin a conversation, build rapport, handle objections, and explain complex problems

  • Analyzes, researches and resolves complex issues raised by clients ensuring client satisfaction by providing a positive customer experience through creative solutions

  • Drives resolution of client issues with internal, technical and/or product partners, ensuring processes are integrated

  • Performs Quality Assurance to ensure high risk processes are completed per procedure

Job Description:

This job is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for financial center clients, helping to uncover personal banking needs of both individual and small business clients, offering appropriate solutions, and connecting clients to specialists. Required Qualifications:

Job Description:

This job is responsible for providing specialized and personalized service offering advice and guidance to financial center clients through the full spectrum of borrowing and banking offerings at each stage of the client's life plan. Key responsibilities include acquiring new and deepening existing client relationships by conducting client meetings and presenting customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Job expectations include effectively balancing sales performance, operational risk, and client relationship care by leveraging specialized expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Recommends financial advice and guidance that align with client financial goals and needs

  • Builds and deepens relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the full capabilities of the bank

  • Analyzes client financial needs and applies knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend alternative or additional financial services that best align with the client's unique priorities

  • Connects with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities and conducts consistent follow-up routines to meet client needs

  • Makes decisions on client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal partners based on client needs

  • Partners with financial center leaders, performance managers, and market leaders to provide specialized guidance and coaching to financial center associates during meetings to assist with team delivery of an exceptional client experience

Required Qualifications :

  • Has demonstrated experience and proven success with business-to-business sales, or small business banking.

  • Has strong communication skills with the ability to effectively influence clients.

  • Has effective customer service skills with ability to manage the full client end-to-end experience and problem resolution.

  • Has a proven sales track record.

Job Description:

This job is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Key responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products. Required Qualifications:

- Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses. If you do not currently hold the 66 but have either a 63 or 65, an offer can be extended with the condition that a passing score is received for the missing series within 60 days.

- Has at least one year experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.

Consumer AML Operations (CAML Ops) provides anti-money laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) operational support for Consumer and Small Business (C&SB) with some services extending across multiple lines of business. Functions are supported to ensure the appropriate completion of critical customer due diligence for AML processes including customer data repair, centralized Refresh of customer due diligence data elements, exiting of customer relationships due to AML reasons, regulatory reporting of cash received in the U.S. including cash aggregation and currency transaction reporting exemption records as required by the BSA.

Position Summary

The Senior Business Control Specialist will provide oversight and support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence for the Currency Reporting Unit within the Consumer AML Operations (CAML Ops) Line of Business. Prepares documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management and acts as an ambassador of the risk culture. Performs validation activities to ensure processes are adequate, effective, and meet control standards. Provides governance over key controls and status of mitigation and action plans.

Focus is on long-term transformational goals in the area of control monitoring for business processes. Responsible for the support of breakthrough enhancements for business process control monitoring and reporting, regulatory risk, quality assurance integration/synergies, and continuous process improvements. Engages and works closely with production management. Influences across organizational lines to drive consistency, remove road blocks and take action on key priorities, regulatory requirements, and process improvements. Responsibilities:
