Job Description:

This job is responsible for overseeing assigned areas of audit work acting as an Auditor-in-Charge (AIC), and executing on the audit strategy for Lines of Business (LOBs). Key responsibilities include driving risk-based auditing by defining scope and test procedures to evaluate the control environment in conformance with audit policies, assessing issues for business impact and recommending severity ratings, drafting audit reports, and managing business partner relationships. Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years Audit or risk control risk/controls background preferably in financial services.

  • A minimum of 3 years in a lead auditor / Auditor-in-Charge (AIC) role, or equivalent experience.

  • Risk assessment skillset to enable evaluation of processes and other operational risks, identification of controls and determination of gaps and weaknesses.

  • Strong written/verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate issues/concerns and recommend corrective course of action. Capability to effectively influence risk direction and willingness to take a stand when required.

  • Intellectual curiosity to identify areas of risk coupled with the analytic, logical reasoning, and problem solving, risk vs. reward skills to effectively and objectively investigate/evaluate areas of risk.

  • Ability to manage audit projects within a risk-based audit methodology and provide coaching and training to junior associates within the team.

  • Must have good time management skills and the ability manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Accountable for the successful design, delivery, financial management, communication and/or administration of one or more of the health & welfare, work/life and retirement programs for the Bank. Position Overview:

The Sr. Benefits Consultant will join the Global Benefits team that recently was awarded 2023 Best employers - excellence in Health & Well-being by the Business Group on Health. This individual will be responsible for executing on the Pharmacy Benefits Strategy and driving all aspects of the design of benefit programs that support the health and wellness of employees and their family members, in the U.S. which may include but not limited to national medical plans for active employees and retirees.

The Sr. Benefits Consultant must have the ability to independently analyze data, market trends and business needs to evaluate cost effectiveness and implementation of existing programs to design recommended improvements and develop program business cases of new programs. The role requires subject matter expertise in the design, implementation, and management of pharmacy benefits programs at large employers. Experience managing multiple work products simultaneously, strong communication skills, and ability to identify and work with multiple key stakeholders is critical.

  • Benefits Design point of contact for designing, managing and implementing pharmacy benefits

  • Manage and oversee all third parties and strategies to ensure program design and business objectives are being met.

  • Responsible assessing ongoing regulatory changes and how they impact pharmacy benefit offerings.

  • Partner with multiple third-party service providers, platform administrator, Health & Insurance carriers as well as internal partners (Benefits Service Delivery, Life Event Services, Legal, Communications, Finance, Sourcing, HR Reporting teams, HR leaders, etc.) to ensure processes and services are delivered flawlessly to our teammates.

  • Evaluate market trends and emerging products and approaches to drive pharmacy benefits.

  • Ability to understand, translate and apply data analysis and market trends in the development of business cases to solve existing or emerging opportunities.

  • Develop business cases to present to key stakeholders.

  • Partner across multiple teams to ensure impacts, compliance requirements, business needs, and employee experience are identified in all program design recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

The Team Financial Advisor Development Program is designed for individuals ready to make a career transition and follow their passion of becoming a Financial Advisor. Successful candidates have at least three years of full time sales experience in ever more challenging environments. The sales experience should include the successful use of outbound sales techniques to exceed sales goals. Financial acumen gained through work experience is ideal.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performance Hurdles: A Team Financial Advisor (TFA) must acquire clients through personalized marketing techniques to meet minimum performance hurdles.

  • Registration and Licensing Requirement: A TFA is required to obtain necessary licensing and registrations (Series 7 and Series 66 and Insurance).

  • Education Requirement: A TFA is required to complete the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Investment Planning Course and the Financial Planning course.

  • Development Assessment: A TFA must successfully complete ongoing Developmental Assessments throughout the training. In preparation for the assessment, the TFA studies a variety of topics and may participate in developmental activities in the areas including but not limited to: Merrill strategy, products & services, wealth management process, desk top technology, marketing consultative sales skills and investment financial planning knowledge.

  • Performance Requirements: A TFA is expected to meet the performance and development requirements of the Financial Advisor Development Program and transition to a full Financial Advisor at the conclusion of the program.

While the role primarily has an implementation and validation engineering focus, a strong understanding of design engineering concepts is required.

This job is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Required Qualifications:

Job Description:

The Global Financial Crimes (GFC) Forecasting and Capacity team is looking for a motivated individual who can analyze operational volumes to develop, maintain, and execute quantitative forecasts for staffing decision-making through the application of statistical models. Utilizes mathematics, statistical methods, engineering methods, and other advanced analytics methods. Strong presentation skills with the ability to take complex concepts and communicate at all levels. Interacts with senior partners and supports management in key decision making, influencing, and gaining support from financial analysts, and management a team.

The selected candidate will have the ability to work in a team-oriented environment with strong aptitude for problem solving and collaboration, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills - specifically the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner to key stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  • Reviews LOBs financial performances and provides strategic direction to teams by assisting with synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risks, and preparing, analyzing, and reporting on financial results and key metrics.

  • Manages forecasting and/or budgeting and compares current performance against plan, prior periods, and forecasts to evaluate current and future performance trajectory.

  • Builds management reports, presentations, and ad hoc analyses for LOBs and/or finance partners.

  • Monitors the changes in regulations applicable to Global Financial Crimes, including advising business leaders, directing the appropriate areas to implement or amend policies, standards, procedures and/or processes to address regulatory requirements, and challenging the implementation plan as needed

  • Participates in industry forums and monitors regulatory expectations, emerging legislation and regulation, political scrutiny, litigation and key influencers to identify and mitigate emerging risks

  • Escalates financial crimes related compliance and operational risks and issues to appropriate governance routines, management/board level committees

  • Identifies, aggregates, reports, escalates, inspects, and challenges the remediation and thematic analysis of FLU/CF-owned issues and control enhancements related to financial crimes

  • Reviews and challenges internal and external operational loss events, including the development of remediation plans to strengthen controls and providing oversight to ensure they are addressed appropriately

  • Develop and modernize time-series models using advanced algorithm-based forecasting techniques

  • Execute quarterly volume forecast model production and presenting results to executive leadership in support of financial budgeting routines

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of seven years of relevant experience

  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Economics, Operations Research, Advanced Analytics or other STEM field -OR-Equivalent experience

  • Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) and related AML legislation

Job Description:

This job is responsible for performing end-to-end investigations or investigations support functions of external financial crimes activities across one or more lines of business. Key responsibilities include conducting routine to complex investigations, including fraud committed by external parties, money laundering, or terrorist financing and acting as the liaison to Law Enforcement as required. The Global Financial Crimes (GFC) Forecasting and Capacity team is looking for a motivated individual who can analyze operational volumes to develop, maintain, and execute quantitative forecasts for staffing decision-making through the application of statistical models. This role is within the Workforce Strategy, Forecasting and Performance, Reporting & Diagnostics Re-Design group. The organization focuses on providing proactive strategic direction for Client Protection that enables insightful reporting/ analytics, effective workforce management, and Financial forecasting with business narrative. The Workforce Strategy & Business Intelligence candidate will lead efforts to design & execute end-to-end Fraud financial reporting and capabilities roadmap with focus on Total cost of Fraud insights, provide loss performance updates and commentary for loss packages, outline and communicate the drivers of the forecasts, and partner with key stakeholders to understand recent trends, initiatives, and issues that impact the forecasts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design & execution of end-to-end Fraud financial reporting and capabilities roadmap with focus on Total cost of Fraud insights.

Job Description:

This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis aimed at improving portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance for consumer products and related divisions, such as credit cards. Key responsibilities include applying knowledge of multiple business and technical-related topics and independently driving strategic improvements, large-scale projects, and initiatives. Job expectations include working with business counterparts within the Line of Business and partner organizations including Risk and Product teams.

This role is within the Workforce Strategy, Forecasting and Performance, Reporting & Diagnostics Re-Design group. The organization focuses on providing proactive strategic direction for Client Protection that enables insightful reporting/ analytics, effective workforce management, and Financial forecasting with business narrative. The Workforce Strategy & Business Intelligence candidate will lead efforts to design & execute end-to-end Fraud financial reporting and capabilities roadmap with focus on Total cost of Fraud insights, provide loss performance updates and commentary for loss packages, outline and communicate the drivers of the forecasts, and partner with key stakeholders to understand recent trends, initiatives, and issues that impact the forecasts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs complex analysis of financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance

  • Design & execution of end-to-end Fraud financial reporting and capabilities roadmap with focus on Total cost of Fraud insights.

  • Develop compelling vision and data driven business cases for transformation initiatives. Lead efforts to prioritize investments in digital ID verification capabilities for new applications.

  • Coaches and mentors peers to improve proficiency in a variety of systems and serves as a subject matter expert on multiple business and technical-related topics

  • Identifies business trends based on economic and portfolio conditions and communicates findings to senior management

  • Supports execution of large scale projects, such as platform conversions or new project integrations by conducting advanced reporting and drawing analytics based insights

  • Responsible for developing, evaluating, and recommending new methods to improve forecasting accuracy

  • Ability to interpret financial results extracting trends to provide valuable insights to the business and Senior Management

  • Assist in providing ongoing financial support to the product and loss finance teams

  • Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale forecasting processes and methodologies

  • Partner /Collaborate with finance and key stakeholders on the communication of forecast drivers, impacts, loss performance, and reconciliation

  • Prepare, distribute, and consolidate weekly, monthly, quarterly fraud loss packages

  • Identify and implement improvements with recurring monthly reporting and adhere to all deadlines

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics (or related discipline)

  • 5+ years of fraud experience and/or 5+ years of analytical /financial experience (Payment card /Retail Bank Finance background preferred)

  • Outstanding quantitative, critical thinking, and analytical skills
