Job Description:

This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis aimed at improving portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance for consumer products and related divisions, such as credit cards. Key responsibilities include applying knowledge of multiple business and technical-related topics and independently driving strategic improvements, large-scale projects, and initiatives. Job expectations include working with business counterparts within the Line of Business and partner organizations including Risk and Product teams.

This role is within the Workforce Strategy, Forecasting and Performance, Reporting & Diagnostics Re-Design group. The organization focuses on providing proactive strategic direction for Client Protection that enables insightful reporting/ analytics, effective workforce management, and Financial forecasting with business narrative. The Workforce Strategy & Business Intelligence candidate will lead efforts to design & execute end-to-end Fraud financial reporting and capabilities roadmap with focus on Total cost of Fraud insights, provide loss performance updates and commentary for loss packages, outline and communicate the drivers of the forecasts, and partner with key stakeholders to understand recent trends, initiatives, and issues that impact the forecasts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs complex analysis of financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance

  • Design & execution of end-to-end Fraud financial reporting and capabilities roadmap with focus on Total cost of Fraud insights.

  • Develop compelling vision and data driven business cases for transformation initiatives. Lead efforts to prioritize investments in digital ID verification capabilities for new applications.

  • Coaches and mentors peers to improve proficiency in a variety of systems and serves as a subject matter expert on multiple business and technical-related topics

  • Identifies business trends based on economic and portfolio conditions and communicates findings to senior management

  • Supports execution of large scale projects, such as platform conversions or new project integrations by conducting advanced reporting and drawing analytics based insights

  • Responsible for developing, evaluating, and recommending new methods to improve forecasting accuracy

  • Ability to interpret financial results extracting trends to provide valuable insights to the business and Senior Management

  • Assist in providing ongoing financial support to the product and loss finance teams

  • Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale forecasting processes and methodologies

  • Partner /Collaborate with finance and key stakeholders on the communication of forecast drivers, impacts, loss performance, and reconciliation

  • Prepare, distribute, and consolidate weekly, monthly, quarterly fraud loss packages

  • Identify and implement improvements with recurring monthly reporting and adhere to all deadlines

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics (or related discipline)

  • 5+ years of fraud experience and/or 5+ years of analytical /financial experience (Payment card /Retail Bank Finance background preferred)

  • Outstanding quantitative, critical thinking, and analytical skills

  • Confidence with finance and accounting concepts

  • Ability to work with and communicate effectively with others, demonstrate leadership, and possess strong interpersonal skills

Pay range

$99,700.00 - $157,800.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Job Description:

This job is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Required Qualifications:

This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. The role will also have responsibility for the evaluation, mapping and alignment to common cloud industry standards.

  • The Cloud Governance role will be responsible for monitoring of the Compliance alert queue to ensure timely notifications are being met in accordance with the Laws Rules and Regulations that align to Cloud/Cloud Service Providers.

  • The investigation/review of the Cloud Controls to understand impacted Controls and review of Cloud Inventory to ensure timely compliance to the LRR has occurred.

  • The communication of new LRRs as the landscape of Cloud changes to management

  • Conducting assessments of current and new global regulatory requirements related to cloud, identifying gaps and providing recommended remediation actions.

  • Development of appropriate mappings of bank and third party managed cloud controls to specific regulatory requirements.

Job Description:

This job is responsible for performing end-to-end investigations or investigations support functions of external financial crimes activities across one or more lines of business. Key responsibilities include conducting routine to complex investigations, including fraud committed by external parties, money laundering, or terrorist financing and acting as the liaison to Law Enforcement as required.

The Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) Investigator performs end-to-end investigations across one or more lines of business relevant to the Investigators specific area of responsibility, specifically focused on Special Investigations, Global Markets, or Global Wealth and Investment Management. In the investigative role, the Investigator conducts complex investigations, including fraud committed by external parties, securities fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing.

Responsibilities for this role include completing investigations while ensuring cases meet or exceed closure and quality metrics, reporting facts of the investigation to assist in identifying potential operational or compliance risks, and completing Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) in a timely and accurate manner for submission to regulators and/or law enforcement. This role may partner with GFC Risk Management, front line units or other stakeholders to resolve investigations. This role ultimately reports to investigations teams responsible for coverage over Special Investigations, Global Markets, or Global Wealth and Investment Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Completes investigations while overseeing cases meet or exceed closure and quality metrics

  • Completes Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) in a timely and accurate manner for submission to regulators and/or law enforcement

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience with Fraud, AML, Risk, or Compliance experience and/or knowledge of financial crimes typologies

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in areas such as financial services, fraud, investigative service or law enforcement

  • BSA knowledge relative to AML or Fraud as well as general understanding of AML typologies/red flags

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / data analytics

  • Self-starter capable of analyzing and reporting independently

  • Ability to analyze and manipulate large data sets

  • Interaction with Front Line Units & Customers/Clients

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field

  • Experience in financial services and/or a related government entity

  • Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS)

  • Knowledge related to retail and/or institutional brokerage products and services and applicable compliance rules and regulations.

  • Securities trading experience in equities, bonds, options, futures contracts

  • Transaction analysis and how it relates to FINRA Red Flags and associated risk

Partner with Advisors or Relationship Managers in client solicitation efforts and generating wealth management strategies for our U/HNW clients and prospects. Job Description:

This job is responsible for performing end-to-end investigations or investigations support functions of external financial crimes activities across one or more lines of business. Key responsibilities include conducting routine to complex investigations, including fraud committed by external parties, money laundering, or terrorist financing and acting as the liaison to Law Enforcement as required.

The Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) Investigator performs end-to-end investigations across one or more lines of business relevant to the Investigators specific area of responsibility, specifically focused on Special Investigations, Global Markets, or Global Wealth and Investment Management. In the investigative role, the Investigator conducts complex investigations, including fraud committed by external parties, securities fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing.

Responsibilities for this role include completing investigations while ensuring cases meet or exceed closure and quality metrics, reporting facts of the investigation to assist in identifying potential operational or compliance risks, and completing Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) in a timely and accurate manner for submission to regulators and/or law enforcement.   • BSA knowledge relative to AML or Fraud as well as general understanding of AML typologies/red flags

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / data analytics

This job is responsible for conducting quantitative analytics and complex modeling projects for specific business units or risk types. Enterprise Model Risk Management seeks a Sr Quantitative Fin Analyst - Anti-Money Laundering (AML) to conduct independent testing and review of complex models used to monitor and mitigate money laundering risk. The candidate should exhibit familiarity with industry practices and have knowledge of up-to-date AML techniques. The candidate should be able to provide both thought leadership and hands-on expertise in methodology, techniques, and processes in applying statistical and machine learning methods to manage the bank's AML models and model systems.

The position will be responsible for:

Performing independent model validation, annual model review, ongoing monitoring report review, required action item review, and peer review.

Conducting governance activities such as model identification, model approval and breach remediation reviews.

Providing hands-on leadership for projects pertaining to statistical modeling and machine learning approaches to effectively challenge and influence the strategic direction and tactical approaches of these projects.

Communicating and working directly with relevant modeling teams and their corresponding Front Line Units; communicating and interacting with the third line of defense (e.g., internal audit) as well as external regulators, as needed.

Writing technical reports for distribution and presentation to model developers, senior management, audit and banking regulators.

Acts as a senior level resource or resident expert on analytic/quantitative modeling techniques used for Anti-money laundering.

Minimum Education Requirement: PhD or Masters in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics.

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge and 4+ years of experience in building and understanding of Anti-Money Laundering models and systems.

Strong familiarity with industry practices in the field and knowledge of up-to-date Anti-Money Laundering techniques

CAMS certification (preferred)

Fluency in Python, SAS and SQL

Job Description:

This job is responsible for performing end-to-end investigations or investigations support functions of external financial crimes activities across one or more lines of business. Key responsibilities include conducting routine to complex investigations, including fraud committed by external parties, money laundering, or terrorist financing and acting as the liaison to Law Enforcement as required.

The Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) Investigator performs end-to-end investigations across one or more lines of business relevant to the Investigators specific area of responsibility, specifically focused on Special Investigations, Global Markets, or Global Wealth and Investment Management. In the investigative role, the Investigator conducts complex investigations, including fraud committed by external parties, securities fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing.

Responsibilities for this role include completing investigations while ensuring cases meet or exceed closure and quality metrics, reporting facts of the investigation to assist in identifying potential operational or compliance risks, and completing Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) in a timely and accurate manner for submission to regulators and/or law enforcement. This role may partner with GFC Risk Management, front line units or other stakeholders to resolve investigations. This role ultimately reports to investigations teams responsible for coverage over Special Investigations, Global Markets, or Global Wealth and Investment Management.

Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in areas such as financial services, fraud, investigative service or law enforcement

  • BSA knowledge relative to AML or Fraud as well as general understanding of AML typologies/red flags

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / data analytics

  • Self-starter capable of analyzing and reporting independently

Partner with Advisors or Relationship Managers in client solicitation efforts and generating wealth management strategies for our U/HNW clients and prospects. Develop recommendations and assist Advisors or Relationship Managers to implement customized planning strategies for U/HNW families. Focus may be on transfer of inter-generational wealth, estate planning, diversification of a concentrated position, philanthropy, private planning business succession, global asset allocation, risk management and retirement planning. May also author whitepapers, articles and other material on topics impacting the U/HNW client segment, or provide service to clients. Assist with the retention of U/HNW relationships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leads the wealth planning engagement process with clients from start to finish. This includes leading the new business review and onboarding process for initial and successor trustee appointments and managed agency services.

  • Develops holistic, integrated planning strategies that incorporate how Bank of America can help implement those strategies in concert with the clients' advisors, where appropriate.

  • Expands existing client relationships and helps Merrill advisors acquire new assets with high- or ultra-high net worth clients and prospects who are interested in wealth planning.

  • Demonstrates advanced technical knowledge across a broad range of wealth planning topics such as trust and estate planning, income and wealth transfer tax planning, investments, retirement planning and cash flow modeling, sale of business entities, and philanthropic planning.

  • Stays up to date with major developments in trust, estate/wealth transfer and financial planning, while following current and proposed tax legislation and understanding the impact on clients.

  • Engages Merrill market leaders to drive ultra-high net worth client engagement focused on addressing the planning, personal philanthropy, and wealth transfer/tax minimization needs of these clients.

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of multiple aspects of Wealth Strategy and implementation including: property law, estate and gift taxes, planning for incapacity, probate and estate settlement, split interest trusts and charitable giving, fiduciary duties, accounting and taxes, sophisticated retirement planning, fiduciary investing and administration.

  • Ability to translate and communicate complex concepts and strategies to varied audiences (clients, advisors, attorneys, accountants, internal partners).

  • Proactive and creative approach to problem solving and skill in achieving client goals while adhering to Bank policy/risk profile.

  • Consultative influence skills with strong active listening and discovery abilities.

  • Professional presentation, communication, and relationship management skills and ability to influence decision making

  • Collaborative and able to work well in a team environment.

  • Self-starter with ability to work under pressure with minimal hands-on direction.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5 years of wealth planning related work experience (wealth transfer, financial planning, trust planning and/or experience working with high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients).

  • Proven track record of successful sales experience working with high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients.

  • JD, CPA, MBA, CFA, CIMA, CTFA or CFP preferred.

Pay range

$200,000.00 - $225,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
