Job Description:

This job is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Key responsibilities include accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions for clients as needed. Job expectations include having deep conversations with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of the financial and life priorities and connecting clients to solutions that meet the financial goals.

The Attack Surface Visibility and Analysis (ASVA) team is responsible for data mining efforts to identify and understand the firm's Attack Surface. The team utilizes enterprise systems of record, systems of origin and other available data stores to deliver a comprehensive, reliable and timely view of the Bank's attack surface and potential for vulnerability exploitation, with the goal of enabling answers to the following three questions:

This role is the manager of the ASVA team, reporting to the Attack Surface & Vulnerability Management executive in the Cyber Security Assurance organization within Bank of America's Global Information Security (GIS) team. ASVA includes experienced teammates who utilize technology tools (for example, Hue (Hive and Impala), Power BI, SQL Server, , MS-Reporting Services (SSRS), MS-Integration Services (SSIS), Cloudera, .NET and Python) to create queries, reporting and visualizations for Global Information Security decisionmakers and operational teams. This managerial role is accountable for setting strategic direction for ASVA, ensuring delivery of timely, high quality and actionable analysis, and coordinating with other GIS and technology teams on key projects and deliverables.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Position Summary:

Job Description:

This job is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Key responsibilities include triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products. Job expectations include applying and expanding knowledge by completing required licenses and trainings. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Responsibilities:

- Works with clients to plan their short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money managed solutions

- Recommends banking and investments strategies that align with client financial goals and needs

- Triages client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds

- Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities

- Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele

- Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended

Required Qualifications:

- Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses. If you do not currently hold the 66 but have either a 63 or 65, an offer can be extended with the condition that a passing score is received for the missing series within 60 days.

- Has at least one year experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.

- Has at least one year experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.

Job Summary:

The Trust Senior Associate (TSA) is a specialist role that has primary responsibility for assisting the Senior Trust Officer and Trust Officer in all phases of trust account/relationship servicing, fulfillment and/or administration. TSAs are trust product experts who act as an additional point of contact for clients and/or as a backup for client-facing Trust Officers.
