Job Summary:

The Trust Senior Associate (TSA) is a specialist role that has primary responsibility for assisting the Senior Trust Officer and Trust Officer in all phases of trust account/relationship servicing, fulfillment and/or administration. TSAs are trust product experts who act as an additional point of contact for clients and/or as a backup for client-facing Trust Officers.

The TSA will coordinate the internal delivery of trust services through the appropriate channels within the Fiduciary Services and/or Trust Operations groups. Additionally, TAs will seek out new business opportunities from existing books of business and assist other service associates as needed.

Job Description:

  • In addition to the ability to deliver generalist support, and as part of the Client Team, actively support Senior Trust Officers and Trust Officers to meet clients' trust needs and expectations

  • Serve as an additional point of contact to clients and/or as backup for the Trust Officers

  • Initiate and monitor client onboarding including account opening and asset transfer; handle client inquiries related to the on-boarding process; KYC refresh and ongoing requests, digital engagement and fulfillment

  • Responsible for:

  • Complex party maintenance

  • Administrative Review (IM&T)

  • Transaction Processing and Management

  • Money Movement (Trust)

  • Specialized Fiduciary Transactions

  • Discretionary and action matters

  • UPIA, Equitable Adjustments and 65 Day Tax

  • Account Pay Service Provider

  • Generation Skipping Tax - Processing

  • Asset Transfer - complex

  • Administrative duties as required

  • Support initial review of IPS process

  • Perform servicing, fulfillment and account maintenance activities, which are primarily trust/fiduciary-related that include PACE/Trust Web accounting transactions, deposits/transfers, etc.

  • Leverage experience and deep expertise especially with the most complex administrative trust needs to manage and/or execute client transactions

  • Proactively identify deepening opportunities while performing existing responsibilities and engaging in meaningful interactions

  • Coordinate with Client Teams and partner to deliver an integrated service to the client and identify and resolve issues in an effective and timely manner

  • Participate in Client Management Process (CMP) activities including supporting delivering a branded client experience and meaningful interactions

  • Ensure adherence to all internal policies and compliance to legal and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience with a financial institution focusing on high net worth client service and sales

Fraud Prevention and Detection is looking for an energetic and inquisitive senior data scientist to join our team and help us combat financial crime using graph databases. In this role, you will be expected to work on large and complex data science projects. collaborating with internal strategy, technology, product, and policy partners to deploy advanced analytical solutions with the goal of reducing fraud losses, lowering false positive impacts, improving client experience, and ensuring the Bank minimizes its total cost of fraud.

Some tasks that this role may be responsible for include (but are not limited to):

  • Link Analysis/Graph analytics to find and mitigate densely connected fraud networks

  • Developing and tuning graph algorithms to maximize detection of fraud

  • Assist with the generation, prioritization, and investigation of fraud rings

  • Performs complex analysis of financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance

  • Coaches and mentors peers to improve proficiency in a variety of systems and serves as a subject matter expert on multiple business and technical-related topics

Required Qualifications

Job Description:

This job is responsible for performing end-to-end investigations or investigations support functions of external financial crimes activities across one or more lines of business. Key responsibilities include conducting routine to complex investigations, including fraud committed by external parties, money laundering, or terrorist financing and acting as the liaison to Law Enforcement as required. Job expectations include providing coaching and inputs to investigators to improve case quality, ensure all cases are sufficiently investigated and findings are adequately documented.

The Senior Global Financial Crimes (-GFC-) Investigator, under broad supervision, partners with investigators to ensure investigative procedures are followed and quality standards are maintained. The Senior GFC Investigator is a subject matter expert (-SME-) in the financial crimes area and is responsible for approving recommendations by the GFC Investigator to file or not to file a Suspicious Activity Report (-SAR-) as a result of a completed investigation. The Senior GFC Investigator will be relied upon to direct their attention to completing investigations reviews, managing risk, while ensuring cases meet or exceed closure and quality metrics, reporting facts of the investigation to assist in identifying potential operational or compliance risks, and completing Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) in a timely and accurate manner for submission to regulators and/or law enforcement. This role may partner with GFCC Risk Management, front line units or other stakeholders to resolve investigations.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews, analyzes, and makes recommendations on investigations, while identifying enhancements to ensure cases meet or exceed closure and quality metrics

  • Reviews Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) in a timely and accurate manner for submission to regulators and/or law enforcement

  • Reports facts of the investigation to senior stakeholders, assisting in identifying potential operational or compliance risks and partners with Global Financial Crimes (GFC) Management and/or Front Line Units (FLU) to resolve investigations

  • Performs quality control functions, training, communications, guidance, monitoring scenario development/enhancement input and testing, or law enforcement liaison responsibilities in an investigative support role

  • Delivering 2nd line risk management by conducting routine investigations reviews involving for the Consumer line of business.

  • Reviewing all cases completed by the team to ensure a thorough and accurate assessment of risk.

  • Providing coaching and input to GFC investigators on work product to improve quality and ensure all cases are sufficiently investigated and findings adequately documented.

  • Ensuring accuracy and quality of case investigations and documented findings.

  • Communicating case returns/ risk in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Analyzing the facts presented by the investigator, reviews investigator recommendations, and makes the determination of whether a SAR and/or state report should be filed, as well as the future disposition of the client's relationships/accounts.

  • Participating in the onboarding supporting and mentoring of investigators.

  • Participating in the case assignment process to distribute work across investigative teams in consideration team capacity and optimal performance.

  • Supporting the identification of improvements to the investigations and case assignment processes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the investigative procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience

  • 1+ years of AML/Compliance experience and or knowledge of AML typologies

  • 1+ years of investment experience/work or good knowledge of investments/securities products and services.

  • Prior anti-money laundering / financial crimes investigation experience in a financial institution or government position.

  • Strong and effective verbal and written communication/skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Self-starter capable of analyzing and reporting independently.

  • Keen eye for detail.

  • Prior experience and knowledge of investments and securities

  • Bachelor's or equivalent work experience

The Market Investment Executive (MIE) oversees the expansion of investment business for high net worth clients. The MIE serves as the market's chief investment officer, helping to communicate the firm's thought leadership.

They support the organization in understanding the threat environment to identify the bank's risk of exposure through the identification of root cause (where applicable) and learnings from individual threats to improve how the bank defends against the threat, in collaboration with other GIS control functions. The senior analyst conducts evaluations by engaging with subject matter experts, control owners, and executives, conducting independent research and comprehensively documenting areas of exposure in the Bank's defensive posture. Generally requires 8-10 years of experience.

The Cyber Threat Evaluation and Prevention Program:

- Analyzes threats and incidents to the bank.

- Identifies gaps to be remediated by process and control owners.

- Evaluates and influences the improvement of Bank of America's risk and control environment for cyber security threats and emerging risks.

Within CTEP, the Evaluation team:

- Analyzes threats and incidents sourced from GIS partner teams to identify and triage process and control weaknesses in context of risks arising from the threat.

- Documents defensive posture, process and control weaknesses, and overall risk of each threat.

- Reviews threats/incidents holistically to identify broad themes and strategic issues, enabling GIS to protect against cyber threats effectively and proactively.

Job Description:

The Global Financial Crime (-GFC-) Executive I contributes to the direction and drives the development of enterprise-wide money laundering, economic sanctions, and fraud compliance and operational risk practices consistent with applicable laws, rules, regulations and regulatory guidance. The GFC Executive I serves as a trusted advisor to the Chief Compliance and Operational Risk (-C&OR-) Officers of the Front Line Units (-FLU-) and Control Functions (-CF-) for the company and to the leaders of the FLUs and CFs directly.

The Global Financial Crimes Risk Management Executive serves as a direct report to the Global Financial Crimes Executive - Consumer, Small Business & Merchant Services (CSBB) and is a member of Bank of America's Global Financial Crimes (-GFC") leadership team. Global Climate and Environmental Risk (GCER) is a second-line function within Global Risk Management (GRM) responsible for overseeing climate and environmental (C&E risk management in line with our Risk Framework, establishing the C&E framework and governance structure, providing independent assessment and challenge of enterprise-wide C&E risks, providing input on risk appetite with respect to C&E risks, and delivering an enterprise-wide view on C&E risk measures. The Climate and Environmental Risk - Risk Management Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting the build out our analytics framework to aid the Company in managing C&E risks. The specific focus of the team will be to identify and implement analytics and automation solutions, enabling the measurement of key metrics and trends and performance over time. This candidate will proactively support GCER's analytics and reporting leader and engagement of the broader GCER team with all other areas of GRM to understand analytics and automation needs and build agile dashboards and reports to drive transparency and oversight regarding the C&E risks of the Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the engagement with key stakeholders across GRM to understand current state analytics related tools and processes, and future state needs to evolve a framework for enterprise C&E analytics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in quantitative analytics and/or automation solutions.

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services industry, risk management, or experience in a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years' working knowledge and experience using data management and reporting tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Excel).

  • Experience translating complex information into automated, impactful, actionable risk analytics.

Job Description:

This job is responsible for performing end-to-end investigations or investigations support functions of external financial crimes activities across one or more lines of business. Key responsibilities include conducting routine to complex investigations, including fraud committed by external parties, money laundering, or terrorist financing and acting as the liaison to Law Enforcement as required. The Senior Global Financial Crimes (-GFC-) Investigator, under broad supervision, partners with investigators to ensure investigative procedures are followed and quality standards are maintained. The Senior GFC Investigator is a subject matter expert (-SME-) in the financial crimes area and is responsible for approving recommendations by the GFC Investigator to file or not to file a Suspicious Activity Report (-SAR-) as a result of a completed investigation. The Senior GFC Investigator will be relied upon to direct their attention to completing investigations reviews, managing risk, while ensuring cases meet or exceed closure and quality metrics, reporting facts of the investigation to assist in identifying potential operational or compliance risks, and completing Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) in a timely and accurate manner for submission to regulators and/or law enforcement. This role may partner with GFCC Risk Management, front line units or other stakeholders to resolve investigations.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews, analyzes, and makes recommendations on investigations, while identifying enhancements to ensure cases meet or exceed closure and quality metrics

  • Reviews Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) in a timely and accurate manner for submission to regulators and/or law enforcement

  • Reports facts of the investigation to senior stakeholders, assisting in identifying potential operational or compliance risks and partners with Global Financial Crimes (GFC) Management and/or Front Line Units (FLU) to resolve investigations

  • Performs quality control functions, training, communications, guidance, monitoring scenario development/enhancement input and testing, or law enforcement liaison responsibilities in an investigative support role

  • Delivering 2nd line risk management by conducting routine investigations reviews involving for the Consumer line of business.

  • Reviewing all cases completed by the team to ensure a thorough and accurate assessment of risk.

  • Providing coaching and input to GFC investigators on work product to improve quality and ensure all cases are sufficiently investigated and findings adequately documented.

  • Ensuring accuracy and quality of case investigations and documented findings.

  • Communicating case returns/ risk in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Analyzing the facts presented by the investigator, reviews investigator recommendations, and makes the determination of whether a SAR and/or state report should be filed, as well as the future disposition of the client's relationships/accounts.

  • Participating in the onboarding supporting and mentoring of investigators.

  • Participating in the case assignment process to distribute work across investigative teams in consideration team capacity and optimal performance.

  • Supporting the identification of improvements to the investigations and case assignment processes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the investigative procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience

  • 1+ years of AML/Compliance experience and or knowledge of AML typologies

  • 1+ years of investment experience/work or good knowledge of investments/securities products and services.

  • Prior anti-money laundering / financial crimes investigation experience in a financial institution or government position.

Job Description:

Global Climate and Environmental Risk (GCER) is a second-line function within Global Risk Management (GRM) responsible for overseeing climate and environmental (C&E risk management in line with our Risk Framework, establishing the C&E framework and governance structure, providing independent assessment and challenge of enterprise-wide C&E risks, providing input on risk appetite with respect to C&E risks, and delivering an enterprise-wide view on C&E risk measures. The Global Climate and Environmental Risk - Risk Management Manger is responsible for the build out of our reporting and metrics framework to aid the Company in managing C&E risks. The specific focus of the team will be to identify and implement reporting solutions, enabling the measurement of key metrics and trends and performance over time. This candidate will proactively support GCER's analytics and reporting leader and engagement of the broader GCER team with all other areas of GRM to understand reporting and metric needs and manage reporting and metrics process, controls, and governance.

The Global Financial Crime (-GFC-) Executive I contributes to the direction and drives the development of enterprise-wide money laundering, economic sanctions, and fraud compliance and operational risk practices consistent with applicable laws, rules, regulations and regulatory guidance.   • Update and overhaul Risk Assessment Methodology and Process for AML & Sanctions, to include Targeted Risk Assessments across all business units

Job Summary:

The Trust Senior Associate (TSA) is a specialist role that has primary responsibility for assisting the Senior Trust Officer and Trust Officer in all phases of trust account/relationship servicing, fulfillment and/or administration. This candidate will proactively support GCER's analytics and reporting leader and engagement of the broader GCER team with all other areas of GRM to understand reporting and metric needs and manage reporting and metrics process, controls, and governance.

Job Description:

This job is responsible for independently performing test work during highly complex audit activities for Lines of Business (LOBs). Key responsibilities include independently designing and executing audit tests, assessing issues for business impact and recommending severity ratings, and establishing business partner relationships. Job Description:

This job is responsible for performing end-to-end investigations or investigations support functions of external financial crimes activities across one or more lines of business. Key responsibilities include conducting routine to complex investigations, including fraud committed by external parties, money laundering, or terrorist financing and acting as the liaison to Law Enforcement as required. Job expectations include providing coaching and inputs to investigators to improve case quality, ensure all cases are sufficiently investigated and findings are adequately documented.

The Senior Global Financial Crimes (-GFC-) Investigator, under broad supervision, partners with investigators to ensure investigative procedures are followed and quality standards are maintained. The Senior GFC Investigator is a subject matter expert (-SME-) in the financial crimes area and is responsible for approving recommendations by the GFC Investigator to file or not to file a Suspicious Activity Report (-SAR-) as a result of a completed investigation. The Senior GFC Investigator will be relied upon to direct their attention to completing investigations reviews, managing risk, while ensuring cases meet or exceed closure and quality metrics, reporting facts of the investigation to assist in identifying potential operational or compliance risks, and completing Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) in a timely and accurate manner for submission to regulators and/or law enforcement. This role may partner with GFCC Risk Management, front line units or other stakeholders to resolve investigations.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviews, analyzes, and makes recommendations on investigations, while identifying enhancements to ensure cases meet or exceed closure and quality metrics

  • Reviews Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) in a timely and accurate manner for submission to regulators and/or law enforcement

  • Reports facts of the investigation to senior stakeholders, assisting in identifying potential operational or compliance risks and partners with Global Financial Crimes (GFC) Management and/or Front Line Units (FLU) to resolve investigations

  • Performs quality control functions, training, communications, guidance, monitoring scenario development/enhancement input and testing, or law enforcement liaison responsibilities in an investigative support role

  • Delivering 2nd line risk management by conducting routine investigations reviews involving for the Consumer line of business.

  • Reviewing all cases completed by the team to ensure a thorough and accurate assessment of risk.

  • Providing coaching and input to GFC investigators on work product to improve quality and ensure all cases are sufficiently investigated and findings adequately documented.

  • Ensuring accuracy and quality of case investigations and documented findings.

  • Communicating case returns/ risk in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Analyzing the facts presented by the investigator, reviews investigator recommendations, and makes the determination of whether a SAR and/or state report should be filed, as well as the future disposition of the client's relationships/accounts.

  • Participating in the onboarding supporting and mentoring of investigators.

  • Participating in the case assignment process to distribute work across investigative teams in consideration team capacity and optimal performance.

  • Supporting the identification of improvements to the investigations and case assignment processes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the investigative procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience

  • 1+ years of AML/Compliance experience and or knowledge of AML typologies

  • 1+ years of investment experience/work or good knowledge of investments/securities products and services.

  • Prior anti-money laundering / financial crimes investigation experience in a financial institution or government position.

  • Strong and effective verbal and written communication/skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Self-starter capable of analyzing and reporting independently.

  • Keen eye for detail.

  • Prior experience and knowledge of investments and securities

  • Bachelor's or equivalent work experience
