Job Description:

This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and negative impacts to the customer experience. Key responsibilities include utilizing a variety of systems such as Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and other relational data bases to provide analytical support on strategies, ensure goals are met, and propose policy and procedural changes within segmentation structures to produce optimal results. Job expectations include evaluating data to assess potential fraud risk and create mitigation strategies.

The Change Management team is part of the Internal Organizational Structure: Workforce Strategy, Forecasting and Performance, Reporting & Diagnostics organization within Client Protection. The primary focus of the team is to drive robust Information Control environment providing greater level of communication, tracking, and governance. Key priorities for the team are:

  • Managing tracking for UCRA, SBO, Project ingestion coordination and impact on function

  • Regulatory, Policy, Product Strategy Impact tracking on Financial rates for losses and capacity needs

  • SOP library development, maintenance, and functional training

Responsibilities:

  • Initiative sizing and coordination with the Capacity, Workforce, Loss Forecasting and Reporting teams

  • Socializing FTE needs with LOB and partners

  • Recommends ways to help the business achieve desired outcomes and make informed business decisions using data analysis outputs

  • Performs complex analysis of financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance

  • Leads coordination of the production of product performance reports and updates for senior management

Generally, the work routine occurs with monthly Capacity reviews. As part of the responsibilities of the role, the teammate will develop business partner relationships with operations, strategies, finance & HR. Throughout the tenure of the role, the teammate should gain exposure, acumen, and develop or improve skills in Excel and Senior Leaders/Executive Presentations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in Fraud/Claims, Support, or Leadership role

  • Intermediate working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word

  • Ability to connect dots and how data/topics relate and interact

  • Intellectual curiosity and strong urge to figure out the -whys- of a problem and come up with solutions

Pay range

$79,700.00 - $118,900.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

About Sanctions Screening Center of Excellence: The Center of Excellence for economic sanctions monitoring is part of Global Payment Operations (GPO). Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years Audit, Internal Auditor risk control risk/controls background in financial services

  • Ability to plan, execute and evaluate audit test plans within a risk-based audit methodology

Job Summary:

This job is responsible for leading a group of employees who perform strategic analysis to understand portfolio risk, increase profitability, and optimize operational performance. We are searching for a motivated person to help drive that transformation in our client onboarding and digital/card transaction areas. The Digital Commerce Risk Strategies team is keenly focused on product innovation and responsible growth. This is a highly visible role that will focus on identifying trends and strategy opportunities related to fraudulent applications, subsequent transactional patterns and operational treatment efficiencies. The manager will be responsible for providing guidance to strategic analysis to improve portfolio risk, fraud and scam detection, and operational performance for consumer products, such as Wires, ACH, BillPay, and Zelle.

A successful candidate will work with managers and a group of analysts that are responsible for performing strategic analysis to improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting and operational performance for consumer products. This position requires a rigorous analytical focus on monitoring for shifts in fraud activity, transactional dynamics and effectively communicating trends and opportunities for improvement. Key functions involve developing transaction monitoring, identifying business trends based on economic and portfolio conditions, and executing/monitoring strategic enhancements. Communicates business trends creates financial assessments and interprets analytics for senior management. This role requires strong written, visual and verbal communications skills. Role is expected to communicate, influence and negotiate both vertically and horizontally to manage risk.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs complex analysis of financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance

  • Supports department-wide strategies and portfolio trend analysis, forecasting, and risk/control performance

  • Leads innovation by identifying and championing large scale initiatives that improve the risk management, profitability, and control oversight of risks for the business unit

  • Identifies business trends based on economic and portfolio conditions and communicates findings to senior management

  • Coaches employees on best practices for structuring complex problems, performing analysis, and communicating the results and implications of their work

  • Maintains strategic relationships with peers and counterparts across product, technology, and business control functions

  • Responsible for oversight of the application fraud money movement, trend identification and development of segmentation to responsibly manage fraud risk.

  • Ensures effective governance and cadence on progress reviews, communication, stakeholder updates

  • Enhances clarity for the wider team and work streams on backward / forward linkages across business processes

  • Safeguards risk mitigation and sufficiency of controls to protect key business outcomes

  • Guarantees seamless hand off to operations team for new processes

  • Role integrates knowledge of end-to-end business process into program planning and decisioning processes

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in advanced to expert level in SQL and SAS

  • Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of being able to break complex problems down and develop a clear strategy / action plan.

  • Experience conducting portfolio analysis and segmentation development.

  • Strong technical acumen to understand data and process flows, especially as it relates to direct decision engine management.

  • Ability to work across functional lines and organizational levels to drive results.

  • Exceptional communication and influence skills - Will be responsible for working both "in the details" and also be able to articulate the "executive-level" summary.

Job Description:

This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and negative impacts to the customer experience. Key responsibilities include utilizing a variety of systems such as Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and other relational data bases to provide analytical support on strategies, ensure goals are met, and propose policy and procedural changes within segmentation structures to produce optimal results. Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust third-party fraud and scam detection program rooted in digital space to safeguard the organization against financial fraud.

  • Provide recommendations on mitigation efforts, ensuring monitors are in place, and will self-create initiatives as needed.

  • Lead a team of fraud analysts in the identification, investigation, and mitigation of fraud activity.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fraud detection measures into existing systems and processes.

  • Systems Integration: Integrate fraud detection systems with core banking and transaction processing systems using APIs and middleware solutions. Collaborate with IT and software development teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of fraud management systems. Manage and optimize the performance of fraud detection systems and tools.

  • Policy and Strategy Development: Stay updated with the latest fraud trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Lead the creation and refinement of fraud detection and prevention strategies.

  • Work closely with compliance, legal, risk management, and other relevant departments to align fraud management efforts with organizational goals. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate staff on fraud detection techniques and policies.

  • Identify process improvements and efficiencies via data analysis.

  • Deliver accurate metrics related to fraud and claim activity. Validate the integrity and quality of data required for performing analysis.

Job Description:

The Market Investment Executive (MIE) oversees the expansion of investment business for high net worth clients. The MIE serves as the market's chief investment officer, helping to communicate the firm's thought leadership.

This job is responsible for independently performing test work during highly complex audit activities for Global Markets Operations (GMO) and NFRR, Tax and Credit Reporting Operations (NTCO) Lines of Business (LOBs). Key responsibilities include independently designing and executing audit tests, assessing issues for business impact and recommending severity ratings, and establishing business partner relationships. The role will be as a Project Manager/Business Analyst working on the Operations Change and Transformation team within Global Markets. The key purpose of the Change & Transformation Project Manager is to partner with the business & support partners with responsibility for prioritizing, sponsoring and implementing multiple and varied change initiatives driven by business, legal, regulatory, compliance or market requirements. The change portfolio includes a mix of strategic, discretionary and mandated initiatives. The discretionary items aim to improve the client experience, support revenue growth, reduce operating costs, improve processing efficiency/control and support the delivery of new products and services. Mandates are driven by legal, regulatory, compliance or market changes.

The extent of the Change & Transformation team involvement in projects depends on the ownership, nature, scale and complexity of each. For some projects the team manages the initiative from inception through to implementation of the solution. For others, the team is accountable for just part of the project life cycle, such as production of a business case and requirements or co-ordination of user acceptance testing. In delivering a project, the team works closely with the Global Markets Operations functions, as well as other stakeholders including the Front Office, Technology, Finance, Tax and Treasury

There are multiple streams of work within the Operations Change Transaction Reporting Portfolio which include changes across each LOB to be compliant with various regulations such as MIFID II, EMIR, CFTC, SFTR amongst others. This job is responsible for performing risk assessment and repayment capacity analysis (i.e., financial, borrower, industry, etc.) and preparing transaction justification for moderately complex/complex transactions with limited oversight. This role will specifically support credit activity for the Commercial Banking Healthcare team in the Northeast Region, serving a broad ranges of clients with annual revenue ranging from $50MM to $2B as well as emerging growth pre-revenue companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates credit worthiness and provides analysis and decisioning on whether a client should receive a credit facility

  • Partners with Credit Officers, Relationship Management, and Risk teammates to assess and deliver credit solutions

  • Monitors the client's operating performance and financial condition, proactively identifying issues and opportunities

  • Delivers financial modeling, loan structure, industry, economic, and other analysis to team members to support the loan decision-making process

  • Ensures adherence to credit policies, guidelines, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements

  • 3+ years of solid experience in financial analysis, structuring, underwriting and portfolio management, strong communication and analytical/technical skills, including financial accounting, modeling and loan structuring in Commercial Banking

Job Description:

This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and negative impacts to the customer experience. Key responsibilities include utilizing a variety of systems such as Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and other relational data bases to provide analytical support on strategies, ensure goals are met, and propose policy and procedural changes within segmentation structures to produce optimal results.   • Managing tracking for UCRA, SBO, Project ingestion coordination and impact on function

  • Regulatory, Policy, Product Strategy Impact tracking on Financial rates for losses and capacity needs

  • SOP library development, maintenance, and functional training

Responsibilities:

  • Initiative sizing and coordination with the Capacity, Workforce, Loss Forecasting and Reporting teams

  • Socializing FTE needs with LOB and partners

  • Recommends ways to help the business achieve desired outcomes and make informed business decisions using data analysis outputs

  • Performs complex analysis of financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance

  • Leads coordination of the production of product performance reports and updates for senior management

Generally, the work routine occurs with monthly Capacity reviews. As part of the responsibilities of the role, the teammate will develop business partner relationships with operations, strategies, finance & HR. Throughout the tenure of the role, the teammate should gain exposure, acumen, and develop or improve skills in Excel and Senior Leaders/Executive Presentations.
