Job Description:
This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and negative impacts to the customer experience. Key responsibilities include utilizing a variety of systems such as Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and other relational data bases to provide analytical support on strategies, ensure goals are met, and propose policy and procedural changes within segmentation structures to produce optimal results. Job expectations include evaluating data to assess potential fraud risk and create mitigation strategies.
The Change Management team is part of the Internal Organizational Structure: Workforce Strategy, Forecasting and Performance, Reporting & Diagnostics organization within Client Protection. The primary focus of the team is to drive robust Information Control environment providing greater level of communication, tracking, and governance. Key priorities for the team are:
Managing tracking for UCRA, SBO, Project ingestion coordination and impact on function
Regulatory, Policy, Product Strategy Impact tracking on Financial rates for losses and capacity needs
SOP library development, maintenance, and functional training
Responsibilities:
Initiative sizing and coordination with the Capacity, Workforce, Loss Forecasting and Reporting teams
Socializing FTE needs with LOB and partners
Recommends ways to help the business achieve desired outcomes and make informed business decisions using data analysis outputs
Performs complex analysis of financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance
Leads coordination of the production of product performance reports and updates for senior management
Generally, the work routine occurs with monthly Capacity reviews. As part of the responsibilities of the role, the teammate will develop business partner relationships with operations, strategies, finance & HR. Throughout the tenure of the role, the teammate should gain exposure, acumen, and develop or improve skills in Excel and Senior Leaders/Executive Presentations.
Required Qualifications:
2 years experience in Fraud/Claims, Support, or Leadership role
Intermediate working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Ability to connect dots and how data/topics relate and interact

Job Summary:
This job is responsible for leading a group of employees who perform strategic analysis to understand portfolio risk, increase profitability, and optimize operational performance. We are searching for a motivated person to help drive that transformation in our client onboarding and digital/card transaction areas. The Digital Commerce Risk Strategies team is keenly focused on product innovation and responsible growth. This is a highly visible role that will focus on identifying trends and strategy opportunities related to fraudulent applications, subsequent transactional patterns and operational treatment efficiencies. The manager will be responsible for providing guidance to strategic analysis to improve portfolio risk, fraud and scam detection, and operational performance for consumer products, such as Wires, ACH, BillPay, and Zelle.
A successful candidate will work with managers and a group of analysts that are responsible for performing strategic analysis to improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting and operational performance for consumer products. This position requires a rigorous analytical focus on monitoring for shifts in fraud activity, transactional dynamics and effectively communicating trends and opportunities for improvement. Key functions involve developing transaction monitoring, identifying business trends based on economic and portfolio conditions, and executing/monitoring strategic enhancements. Communicates business trends creates financial assessments and interprets analytics for senior management. This role requires strong written, visual and verbal communications skills. Role is expected to communicate, influence and negotiate both vertically and horizontally to manage risk.
Responsibilities:
Performs complex analysis of financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance
Supports department-wide strategies and portfolio trend analysis, forecasting, and risk/control performance
Leads innovation by identifying and championing large scale initiatives that improve the risk management, profitability, and control oversight of risks for the business unit
Identifies business trends based on economic and portfolio conditions and communicates findings to senior management
Coaches employees on best practices for structuring complex problems, performing analysis, and communicating the results and implications of their work
Maintains strategic relationships with peers and counterparts across product, technology, and business control functions
Responsible for oversight of the application fraud money movement, trend identification and development of segmentation to responsibly manage fraud risk.
Ensures effective governance and cadence on progress reviews, communication, stakeholder updates
Enhances clarity for the wider team and work streams on backward / forward linkages across business processes
Safeguards risk mitigation and sufficiency of controls to protect key business outcomes
Guarantees seamless hand off to operations team for new processes
Role integrates knowledge of end-to-end business process into program planning and decisioning processes
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in advanced to expert level in SQL and SAS
Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of being able to break complex problems down and develop a clear strategy / action plan.
Experience conducting portfolio analysis and segmentation development.
Strong technical acumen to understand data and process flows, especially as it relates to direct decision engine management.
Ability to work across functional lines and organizational levels to drive results.
Exceptional communication and influence skills - Will be responsible for working both "in the details" and also be able to articulate the "executive-level" summary.

The Digital Commerce Risk Strategies team is keenly focused on product innovation and responsible growth. This is a highly visible role that will focus on identifying trends and strategy opportunities related to fraudulent applications, subsequent transactional patterns and operational treatment efficiencies. The manager will be responsible for providing guidance to strategic analysis to improve portfolio risk, fraud and scam detection, and operational performance for consumer products, such as Wires, ACH, BillPay, and Zelle.

In DFS, assigned as a market or industry level resource, the Credit Products Officer (CPO) is a highly skilled resource, providing expert level advisory guidance in the most complex, integrated debt capital solutions. Guidelines for assignment of CPOs include specific criteria and is made at the discretion of the Credit Products Manager (CPM) in consultation with the Market Executive (ME). The Regulatory Relations Manager is responsible for maintaining relationships and interactions with regulators through the execution of the overall strategy for regulatory engagement and enterprise-wide standards. This includes managing regulatory examinations, inquiries, and meetings.

The Digital Commerce Risk Strategies team is keenly focused on product innovation and responsible growth. This position requires a rigorous analytical focus on monitoring for shifts in fraud activity, transactional dynamics and effectively communicating trends and opportunities for improvement. Key functions involve developing transaction monitoring, identifying business trends based on economic and portfolio conditions, and executing/monitoring strategic enhancements. Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in advanced to expert level in SQL and SAS

About Sanctions Screening Center of Excellence: The Center of Excellence for economic sanctions monitoring is part of Global Payment Operations (GPO). GPO is the central hub for Bank of America in playing a monumental and mission critical role in establishing, servicing, supporting and monitoring two of the most widely used electronic payment processing vehicles - Wire and ACH - in the financial services arena worldwide. GPO is also accountable for the SSCoE (Sanctions Screening Center of Excellence) that reviews all of Bank of America's customers and transactions to ensure compliance with Bank of America's Economic Sanctions Program. SSCoE serves BAML's eight lines of business, delivering global, regional and local capabilities through secure, fast and reliable technology, and people with the knowledge and experience to deliver timely and accurate review of all sanctions alerts across all products of Bank of America. Team also has the responsibility to provide support to client facing teams and clients where needed to educate on compliance program, drive better quality of data defining the customer and their day-to-day banking transactions.

This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and negative impacts to the customer experience. Key responsibilities include utilizing a variety of systems such as Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and other relational data bases to provide analytical support on strategies, ensure goals are met, and propose policy and procedural changes within segmentation structures to produce optimal results. The primary focus of the team is to drive robust Information Control environment providing greater level of communication, tracking, and governance. Key priorities for the team are:
Managing tracking for UCRA, SBO, Project ingestion coordination and impact on function
Regulatory, Policy, Product Strategy Impact tracking on Financial rates for losses and capacity needs
SOP library development, maintenance, and functional training
Responsibilities:
Initiative sizing and coordination with the Capacity, Workforce, Loss Forecasting and Reporting teams
Socializing FTE needs with LOB and partners
Recommends ways to help the business achieve desired outcomes and make informed business decisions using data analysis outputs
Performs complex analysis of financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance
Leads coordination of the production of product performance reports and updates for senior management
Generally, the work routine occurs with monthly Capacity reviews. As part of the responsibilities of the role, the teammate will develop business partner relationships with operations, strategies, finance & HR. 2 years experience in Fraud/Claims, Support, or Leadership role
