Job Description:

This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and negative impacts to the customer experience. Key responsibilities include utilizing a variety of systems such as Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and other relational data bases to provide analytical support on strategies, ensure goals are met, and propose policy and procedural changes within segmentation structures to produce optimal results. Job expectations include evaluating data to assess potential fraud risk and create mitigation strategies.

The Change Management team is part of the Internal Organizational Structure: Workforce Strategy, Forecasting and Performance, Reporting & Diagnostics organization within Client Protection. The primary focus of the team is to drive robust Information Control environment providing greater level of communication, tracking, and governance. Key priorities for the team are:

  • Managing tracking for UCRA, SBO, Project ingestion coordination and impact on function

  • Regulatory, Policy, Product Strategy Impact tracking on Financial rates for losses and capacity needs

  • SOP library development, maintenance, and functional training

Responsibilities:

  • Initiative sizing and coordination with the Capacity, Workforce, Loss Forecasting and Reporting teams

  • Socializing FTE needs with LOB and partners

  • Recommends ways to help the business achieve desired outcomes and make informed business decisions using data analysis outputs

  • Performs complex analysis of financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance

  • Leads coordination of the production of product performance reports and updates for senior management

Generally, the work routine occurs with monthly Capacity reviews. As part of the responsibilities of the role, the teammate will develop business partner relationships with operations, strategies, finance & HR. Throughout the tenure of the role, the teammate should gain exposure, acumen, and develop or improve skills in Excel and Senior Leaders/Executive Presentations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in Fraud/Claims, Support, or Leadership role

  • Intermediate working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word

  • Ability to connect dots and how data/topics relate and interact

  • Intellectual curiosity and strong urge to figure out the -whys- of a problem and come up with solutions

Job Summary:

This job is responsible for leading a group of employees who perform strategic analysis to understand portfolio risk, increase profitability, and optimize operational performance. We are searching for a motivated person to help drive that transformation in our client onboarding and digital/card transaction areas. The Digital Commerce Risk Strategies team is keenly focused on product innovation and responsible growth. This is a highly visible role that will focus on identifying trends and strategy opportunities related to fraudulent applications, subsequent transactional patterns and operational treatment efficiencies. The manager will be responsible for providing guidance to strategic analysis to improve portfolio risk, fraud and scam detection, and operational performance for consumer products, such as Wires, ACH, BillPay, and Zelle.

A successful candidate will work with managers and a group of analysts that are responsible for performing strategic analysis to improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting and operational performance for consumer products. This position requires a rigorous analytical focus on monitoring for shifts in fraud activity, transactional dynamics and effectively communicating trends and opportunities for improvement. Key functions involve developing transaction monitoring, identifying business trends based on economic and portfolio conditions, and executing/monitoring strategic enhancements. Communicates business trends creates financial assessments and interprets analytics for senior management. This role requires strong written, visual and verbal communications skills. Role is expected to communicate, influence and negotiate both vertically and horizontally to manage risk.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs complex analysis of financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance

  • Supports department-wide strategies and portfolio trend analysis, forecasting, and risk/control performance

  • Leads innovation by identifying and championing large scale initiatives that improve the risk management, profitability, and control oversight of risks for the business unit

  • Identifies business trends based on economic and portfolio conditions and communicates findings to senior management

  • Coaches employees on best practices for structuring complex problems, performing analysis, and communicating the results and implications of their work

  • Maintains strategic relationships with peers and counterparts across product, technology, and business control functions

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in advanced to expert level in SQL and SAS

  • Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of being able to break complex problems down and develop a clear strategy / action plan.

  • Experience conducting portfolio analysis and segmentation development.

  • Strong technical acumen to understand data and process flows, especially as it relates to direct decision engine management.

  • Ability to work across functional lines and organizational levels to drive results.

  • Exceptional communication and influence skills - Will be responsible for working both "in the details" and also be able to articulate the "executive-level" summary.

Client Protection is looking for an experienced analytical leader to join the digital commerce fraud strategy team. This is an exciting opportunity given the constantly evolving nature of digital adoption and attacks in marketplace as well as in money movement. The incumbent will be responsible for managing a team focused on fraud and scam prevention strategies for key digital money movement channels. Responsibilities will include, working across multiple lines of business; partnering with product, technology, operations, vendors, and others; responsibility for the overall first party fraud loss line; and evaluating various internally developed and vendor provided machine learning tools to maximize client experience while managing fraud mosteffectively.

As a Fraud Strategy Manager with the Client Protection organization, you will capitalize on technical abilities and strategic thinking to solve business challenges and seek opportunities for improvement. You will join a team of fraud professionals who are dedicated to stopping criminals and protecting customers. In the role you will spend time analyzing difficult problems as we try to stay one step ahead of thefraudsters. You will develop complex defenses designed to minimize the impact to good customers while maximizing fraud loss avoidance. You will work across multiple partner organizations and represent our team as a subject matter expert. Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust third-party fraud and scam detection program rooted in digital space to safeguard the organization against financial fraud.

  • Provide recommendations on mitigation efforts, ensuring monitors are in place, and will self-create initiatives as needed.

  • Lead a team of fraud analysts in the identification, investigation, and mitigation of fraud activity.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fraud detection measures into existing systems and processes.

  • Lead the team to develop, implement, and continuously improve fraud detection algorithms and systems.

  • Perform regular audits and analysis of transaction data to detect new fraud trends.

  • Guiding team to develop new fraud strategies using statistical and analytical techniques. Goal will be to identify and mitigate new and emerging fraud threats.

  • Design and monitor key fraud metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of fraud prevention.

  • Monitor Strategy performance and Optimization of existing detection strategies to determine areas where rules can be adjusted to decline fewer false positives and improve the ROI and overall performance of our fraud strategies.

  • Systems Integration: Integrate fraud detection systems with core banking and transaction processing systems using APIs and middleware solutions. Collaborate with IT and software development teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of fraud management systems. Manage and optimize the performance of fraud detection systems and tools.

  • Policy and Strategy Development: Stay updated with the latest fraud trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Lead the creation and refinement of fraud detection and prevention strategies.

  • Work closely with compliance, legal, risk management, and other relevant departments to align fraud management efforts with organizational goals. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate staff on fraud detection techniques and policies.

  • Identify process improvements and efficiencies via data analysis.

  • Deliver accurate metrics related to fraud and claim activity. Validate the integrity and quality of data required for performing analysis.

  • Partner with claims, policy, strategy, and product teams to deliver data insights and analysis that inform critical decisions and help achieve goals.

  • Systems Integration: Integrate fraud detection systems with core banking and transaction processing systems using APIs and middleware solutions. Collaborate with IT and software development teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of fraud management systems. Manage and optimize the performance of fraud detection systems and tools.

  • Policy and Strategy Development: Stay updated with the latest fraud trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Lead the creation and refinement of fraud detection and prevention strategies.

  • Work closely with compliance, legal, risk management, and other relevant departments to align fraud management efforts with organizational goals. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate staff on fraud detection techniques and policies.

  • Identify process improvements and efficiencies via data analysis.

The Digital Commerce Risk Strategies team is keenly focused on product innovation and responsible growth. This is a highly visible role that will focus on identifying trends and strategy opportunities related to fraudulent applications, subsequent transactional patterns and operational treatment efficiencies. The manager will be responsible for providing guidance to strategic analysis to improve portfolio risk, fraud and scam detection, and operational performance for consumer products, such as Wires, ACH, BillPay, and Zelle.

A successful candidate will work with managers and a group of analysts that are responsible for performing strategic analysis to improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting and operational performance for consumer products. This position requires a rigorous analytical focus on monitoring for shifts in fraud activity, transactional dynamics and effectively communicating trends and opportunities for improvement. Key functions involve developing transaction monitoring, identifying business trends based on economic and portfolio conditions, and executing/monitoring strategic enhancements. Communicates business trends creates financial assessments and interprets analytics for senior management. This role requires strong written, visual and verbal communications skills. Role is expected to communicate, influence and negotiate both vertically and horizontally to manage risk.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs complex analysis of financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance

  • Supports department-wide strategies and portfolio trend analysis, forecasting, and risk/control performance

Job Description:

In DFS, assigned as a market or industry level resource, the Credit Products Officer (CPO) is a highly skilled resource, providing expert level advisory guidance in the most complex, integrated debt capital solutions. Guidelines for assignment of CPOs include specific criteria and is made at the discretion of the Credit Products Manager (CPM) in consultation with the Market Executive (ME). The role also serves as Line/Credit approver in conjunction with Risk management based on credit approval grid and drives the internal credit approval process, loan documentation and closing. Involvement with monitoring activities/approvals is also part of the responsibilities. The CPO maintains knowledge of other BofAML products including Investment Banking and Treasury Management that have credit exposure, and leverages product expertise to deliver the best possible and optimally integrated strategic solution for the client or prospect. The role is balanced between analysis of clients and prospects and their industries, design and execution of credit solutions, and the active management of asset quality. Client facing, the CPO collaborates with the Client Manager (CM), Treasury Solutions Officer (TSO), and other product partners, when needed, to assess client needs, design integrated solutions and deliver the bank to clients and prospects. The CPO reports to the Credit Products Manager (CPM) and will be aligned to 1-3 Portfolio Management Officers (PMO), serving as a mentor/coach.

Other responsibilities:

  • Sr. Credit Products Officer (SCPO) serves as a key member of the Commercial Client Team in handling the clients financial needs, ensuring that the overall client experience is favorable, and that the bank is in a position to expand the relationship

  • The client team is charged with helping clients achieve their overall financial goals via the delivery of our debt and deposit capabilities, as well as the full breadth of services offered by Bank of America

  • Working closely with the client team, the Sr. Credit Products Officer's (SCPO's) role in the credit process is the guidance and oversight of underwriting, structuring, and documentation of credit requests on an assigned portfolio

  • Includes an evaluation of the financial standing of the client or prospect and the appropriateness of the existing or proposed credit structure, and suggestion of any changes to help optimize the relationship

  • Underwrite and structure complex credit transactions with minimal oversight

  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to other Credit Products team members, reporting to the Sr. Credit Products Manager, and partner closely with Client Managers and the Credit Risk Manager (CRMs)

  • Some travel time with face-to-face interaction with our dealer clients

  • Interacts with clients and prospects to understand their financial goals and objectives, current and future financial performance, and their needs and desires for their banking relationship

  • Involved in the negotiation and closing process for transactions in portfolio

  • Oversees the monitoring of their assigned portfolio to maintain credit quality, and to ensure timely recognition and management of any changes via the use of the bank's proprietary risk rating tool, and the review of various compliance, exception and past due reports

Required Qualifications:

Medallion Support Specialists are responsible for providing Medallion Signature Guarantee stamps to Bank of America and Merrill clients for situations including third party transfers, ownership changes and account updates. Associates are expected to process an intake request, handle and own cases to completion, and follow up with clients and financial center associates on latest status. Specialists are expected to provide end to end white glove service ownership with point of call resolution, partnership, research, and proactive support. This enhanced service model is built to align with business needs and financial center goals which drive sales, associate/client satisfaction, and efficiencies. Each associate provides full accountability, ownership, and coaching opportunities which builds powerful relationships with the financial center associate. The team is responsible for demonstrating the highest standard of service for every interaction.

Responsibilities/Position Summary

- Provide Financial Center associates with accurate information by keeping abreast of Medallion procedures

- Deliver complete and concise explanations to inquiries made via inbound calls

- Effectively resolve associate questions and research requests while proactively identifying additional needs and opportunities to enhance the relationship

- Provide point of call resolution for issues

- Demonstrate excellent verbal, written and listening skills, knowledge of products and services, integrity and ability to work as part of a team

- Foster collaborative relationships within and across business units

- Understand and demonstrate cultural awareness

- Demonstrate and verbalize empathy

- Anticipate and understand client needs

- Provide end to end ownership and follow up for Medallion stamp requests in a case management capacity

- Interface with associates and clients for intake, follow up, and general information about the program

We do not hire to specific shifts and candidate must be flexible. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Est) and Saturday 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Est). Saturdays are rotational and typically once every 6 weeks.

The Regulatory Relations Manager is responsible for maintaining relationships and interactions with regulators through the execution of the overall strategy for regulatory engagement and enterprise-wide standards. This includes managing regulatory examinations, inquiries, and meetings.

The Payments Technology team is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to support in the delivery of critical projects.

This position requires a rigorous analytical focus on monitoring for shifts in fraud activity, transactional dynamics and effectively communicating trends and opportunities for improvement. Key functions involve developing transaction monitoring, identifying business trends based on economic and portfolio conditions, and executing/monitoring strategic enhancements. The Digital Commerce Risk Strategies team is keenly focused on product innovation and responsible growth. This is a highly visible role that will focus on identifying trends and strategy opportunities related to fraudulent applications, subsequent transactional patterns and operational treatment efficiencies. The manager will be responsible for providing guidance to strategic analysis to improve portfolio risk, fraud and scam detection, and operational performance for consumer products, such as Wires, ACH, BillPay, and Zelle.

A successful candidate will work with managers and a group of analysts that are responsible for performing strategic analysis to improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting and operational performance for consumer products. This position requires a rigorous analytical focus on monitoring for shifts in fraud activity, transactional dynamics and effectively communicating trends and opportunities for improvement. Key functions involve developing transaction monitoring, identifying business trends based on economic and portfolio conditions, and executing/monitoring strategic enhancements. Communicates business trends creates financial assessments and interprets analytics for senior management. This role requires strong written, visual and verbal communications skills. Role is expected to communicate, influence and negotiate both vertically and horizontally to manage risk.

This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and negative impacts to the customer experience. Job Description:

This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and negative impacts to the customer experience. Key responsibilities include utilizing a variety of systems such as Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and other relational data bases to provide analytical support on strategies, ensure goals are met, and propose policy and procedural changes within segmentation structures to produce optimal results. Job expectations include evaluating data to assess potential fraud risk and create mitigation strategies.

The Change Management team is part of the Internal Organizational Structure: Workforce Strategy, Forecasting and Performance, Reporting & Diagnostics organization within Client Protection. The primary focus of the team is to drive robust Information Control environment providing greater level of communication, tracking, and governance. Key priorities for the team are:

  • Managing tracking for UCRA, SBO, Project ingestion coordination and impact on function

  • Regulatory, Policy, Product Strategy Impact tracking on Financial rates for losses and capacity needs

  • SOP library development, maintenance, and functional training

Responsibilities:

  • Initiative sizing and coordination with the Capacity, Workforce, Loss Forecasting and Reporting teams

  • Socializing FTE needs with LOB and partners

  • Recommends ways to help the business achieve desired outcomes and make informed business decisions using data analysis outputs

  • Performs complex analysis of financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance

  • Leads coordination of the production of product performance reports and updates for senior management

Generally, the work routine occurs with monthly Capacity reviews. As part of the responsibilities of the role, the teammate will develop business partner relationships with operations, strategies, finance & HR. Throughout the tenure of the role, the teammate should gain exposure, acumen, and develop or improve skills in Excel and Senior Leaders/Executive Presentations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in Fraud/Claims, Support, or Leadership role

  • Intermediate working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word

  • Ability to connect dots and how data/topics relate and interact

  • Intellectual curiosity and strong urge to figure out the -whys- of a problem and come up with solutions

  • Able to interact effectively with all levels of leadership

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong organizational skills to ensure team deadlines are met

Pay range

$79,700.00 - $118,900.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
