Job Description:

This job is responsible for providing specialized and personalized service offering advice and guidance to financial center clients through the full spectrum of borrowing and banking offerings at each stage of client's life plan. Key responsibilities include acquiring new and deepening existing client relationships by conducting client meetings and presenting customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Job expectations include effectively balancing sales performance, operational risk, and client relationship care by leveraging expertise. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since this position requires SAFE Act registration, employees are required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Responsibilities:

  • Recommends financial advice and guidance that align with the clients' financial goals and needs

  • Builds and deepens relationships with new and existing clients by leveraging the full capabilities of the bank

  • Analyzes the client's financial needs and applies knowledge of borrowing and banking to recommend alternative or additional financial services that best align with the client's unique priorities

  • Connects with clients through outreach and pipeline management activities and conducts consistent follow-up routines to meet client needs

  • Makes decisions on client requests and makes referrals to appropriate internal partners based on client needs

  • Partners with financial center leaders, performance managers, and market leaders to provide specialized guidance and coaching to financial center associates during meetings to assist with team delivery of an exceptional client experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience. In lieu of this requirement, has previously held the role of:

  • Home Service Specialist II, Lending Client Associate, Lending Client Support Manager, Lending Specialist, Senior Banker, Business Solutions Advisor or Financial Solutions Advisor at Bank of America for 1 year

  • Knowledge of credit and home lending requirements

  • Actively listens to the client to determine their needs and goals and has a desire to interact with clients proactively.

  • Communicates professionally, effectively, and confidently and is comfortable engaging all clients in person and over the phone.

  • Is a critical thinker and can analyze financial and credit data to advise clients of product/pricing policies and guidelines and gather any additional required information.

  • Has effective customer service skills with ability to manage the full client end-to-end experience and problem resolution.

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.

  • Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances.

  • Dedicated, enthusiastic, driven and performance-oriented; possesses a strong work ethic.

  • Can be flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.

  • A true team player and collaborator, translating knowledge and experience into strong and productive relationships internally and externally.

  • Ability to learn and understand technology.

Formulaic incentive eligible

Job Description:

This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis aimed at improving portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance for consumer products and related divisions, such as credit cards. Key responsibilities include applying knowledge of multiple business and technical-related topics and independently driving strategic improvements, large-scale projects, and initiatives. Job expectations include working with business counterparts within the Line of Business and partner organizations including Risk and Product teams.

Responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling for multiple products with the goal of maximizing profits and asset growth and minimizing risk and operating losses and/or other financial and marketing exposures. Perform multiple complex analysis to to extract data and uses multiple databases to acquire Utilizes portfolio trends to propose policy/procedural changes within segmentation structure to produce optimal results. Excels at risk/reward trade off. Build relationships with business partners. Duties primarily include the regular use of discretion, independent judgment, the ability to communicate with multiple levels of management and the utilization of core leadership behaviors. SAS and/or MicroStrategy experience preferred; 5+ years' experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs complex analysis of financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance

  • Coaches and mentors peers to improve proficiency in a variety of systems and serves as a subject matter expert on multiple business and technical-related topics

Required Qualifications:

  • SQL Coding knowledge and/or experience.

This job is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Supervisor to join our Corporate Audit team. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing and executing risk-based audits across key areas of Human Resources, Legal, and the Chief Admin Office. You will ensure that internal controls are working effectively and align with regulatory standards while providing leadership and guidance to junior audit staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion, either as a staff auditor or auditor-in-charge (AIC).

The Enterprise Issues Management Team is responsible for the strategic direction, enterprise oversight, and governance of the Enterprise Issues program.

TheRisk Management Managerrole is responsible for providing enterprise-wide leadership, governance, and subject matter expertise to drive adherence to the associated policies, standards and process.   • Draft and distribute communications to FLU/CFs on program updates and changes.

  • Facilitate monthly FLU/CF Issues Forum, training and Office Hours as needed to support Issues program.

This job is responsible for leading a group of team leaders and employees who develop strategies and drive analytics to understand portfolio risk, increase profitability, and optimize operational performance.   • Identifying and prioritizing at-risk processes based on client impact and risk exposure

  • Ensuring effective monitoring and oversight exists for cross-functional processes and/or developing it where needed

  • Defining both short and long-term strategy for a wide range of processes that overlap or fall between functional groups

  • Working closely with internal and external partners to understand limitations and opportunities for improvement

  • Influencing initiative funding and prioritization where technical gaps are identified

Job Description:

This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis aimed at improving portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance for consumer products and related divisions, such as credit cards. Key responsibilities include applying knowledge of multiple business and technical-related topics and independently driving strategic improvements, large-scale projects, and initiatives. Job expectations include working with business counterparts within the Line of Business and partner organizations including Risk and Product teams.

Responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling for multiple products with the goal of maximizing profits and asset growth and minimizing risk and operating losses and/or other financial and marketing exposures. Perform multiple complex analysis to to extract data and uses multiple databases to acquire Utilizes portfolio trends to propose policy/procedural changes within segmentation structure to produce optimal results. Excels at risk/reward trade off. Build relationships with business partners. Duties primarily include the regular use of discretion, independent judgment, the ability to communicate with multiple levels of management and the utilization of core leadership behaviors. SAS and/or MicroStrategy experience preferred; 5+ years' experience preferred.

  • Performs complex analysis of financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance

Job Description:

This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis aimed at improving portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance for consumer products and related divisions, such as credit cards. Key responsibilities include applying knowledge of multiple business and technical-related topics and independently driving strategic improvements, large-scale projects, and initiatives. Job expectations include working with business counterparts within the Line of Business and partner organizations including Risk and Product teams.

Responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling for multiple products with the goal of maximizing profits and asset growth and minimizing risk and operating losses and/or other financial and marketing exposures. Perform multiple complex analysis to to extract data and uses multiple databases to acquire Utilizes portfolio trends to propose policy/procedural changes within segmentation structure to produce optimal results. Excels at risk/reward trade off. Build relationships with business partners. Duties primarily include the regular use of discretion, independent judgment, the ability to communicate with multiple levels of management and the utilization of core leadership behaviors. SAS and/or MicroStrategy experience preferred; 5+ years' experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs complex analysis of financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance

  • Coaches and mentors peers to improve proficiency in a variety of systems and serves as a subject matter expert on multiple business and technical-related topics

  • Identifies business trends based on economic and portfolio conditions and communicates findings to senior management

  • Supports execution of large scale projects, such as platform conversions or new project integrations by conducting advanced reporting and drawing analytics based insights

  • Drive analytics to develop fraud mitigation rules, carefully striking the balance across fraud risk, client impact, operational costs and revenue implications with focus on Mass Compromise events

  • Proactively managing fraud risk by urgently responding to immediate threats while keeping an eye toward future risks, vulnerabilities, and changes to the fraud landscape

  • Consistently challenge the status quo to find opportunities to develop and refine our fraud policies and procedures, working closely with the business, operations, and policy partners

  • Drive discovery and documentation of end-to-end fraud processes to identify current controls, vulnerabilities, and enhancement opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • SQL Coding knowledge and/or experience.

  • Experience with developing and maintaining ETL processes to extract, transform and load data (such as SSIS)

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a complex and rapidly-changing environment.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills.

  • Previous risk analysis, strategy development, or related experience.

Team Overview

Global Risk Analytics (GRA) and Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) are sub-lines of business within Global Risk Management (GRM). Collectively, they are responsible for developing a consistent and coherent set of models, analytical tools, and tests for effective risk and capital measurement, management and reporting across Bank of America. GRA and EIT partner with the Lines of Business and Enterprise functions to ensure the capabilities it builds address both internal and regulatory requirements, and are responsive to the changing nature of portfolios, economic conditions, and emerging risks. In executing its activities, GRA and EIT drive innovation, process improvement and automation.

The Test Automation team is responsible for developing Regulatory Risk and Compliance testing Automation and this specialist will be required to understand test requirements and data flows and implement corresponding tests in Python. As part of the implementation, the focus will be on the development of modular, re-usable testing algorithms and leveraging machine learning techniques to enable data driven test population identification.

Role Overview:

As an Automation Specialist, main responsibilities will involve:

  • Developing testing automation that provide timely, useful, and actionable independent insight on the operational health of Bank of America's processes.

  • Work closely with process owners in the Front-Line Units and Control Functions (FLUs/CFs) to obtain an understanding of their processes, including underlying data, flows, and controls, and to identify risks to successful execution, so that appropriate testing and monitoring can be developed.

  • The processes to be assessed span across multiple Products, Regulations and Enterprise Processes. The outputs of the methodologies will be used to drive process improvements and timely detection and reporting of errors.

  • The role requires being able to document and verbally explain the intuition and details behind the methodologies in a manner that is clear, concise, and consumable for a broad set of audiences that include key stakeholders across the Bank, as well as auditors and regulators.

  • The Test Tools and Automation specialist will then convert the test requirements into automated tests via Python and SQL. They will also be leveraging machine learning techniques to enable data driven testing approaches.

  • Enabling automatic test document generation from code

  • Leverage SDLC/Agile development, understand Coding standards and best practices.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degrees or above in fields including but not limited to: Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Management, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering or related subjects

Job Description:

This job is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies by managing platform development initiatives from idea creation through deployment. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, working with Technology on design options, and validating concepts. Job expectations include developing business cases, partnering with Technology and key operational stakeholders to conduct analyses, and writing business and functional requirements documentation.

The Platform Consultant/Manager will play a critical role in developing, implementing & delivering enhancements to core underwriting applications including CreditCenter, Workplace, CreditToolkit, and other supported platforms. Focusing on one application, the Platform Manager will work closely with Program Owners, Business Channel leaders, SMEs, Technology, Operations, Client Services, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and external suppliers/vendors. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining subject matter expertise for platform functionality geared around enhancing user experience, user adoption, or platform issues identified by client service/support organizations.

This role can be filled as a Band 5 Platform Consultant or a Band 4 Platform Manager, depending on experience level.

Responsibilities:

- Defines the strategic vision for key user experience functionalities, identifying administrative modifications and opportunities to streamline data entry processes

- Drives innovation and improves platforms used by bank employees and support organizations to maximize system stability, while minimizing user disruption

- Interacts with key program stakeholders such as platform and process design teams to facilitate solutions and remedies to any risks/issues identified during platform deployment

- Leads the end-to-end requirement gathering and release execution process from an operational validation perspective with Technology partners

- Manages User Acceptance Testing execution and documents evidence of success prior to release
