Sales Manager Description :
Lead retail store and commercial sales activities in order to achieve sales and profit goals. Positively contribute to growth and development of team through training communication, recognition and support.
Sales ManagerDuties: Sales Functions
Ensure commercial and retail selling programs and promotions are demonstrated, taught and executed.
Generate leads for commercial customers through in-store prospecting and telemarketing
Provide service and follow-up to commercial customers at acceptable service levels
Load, drive, and make deliveries, or arrange deliveries via third party delivery companies
Personnel Management
Develop and supervise Assistant Managers and Store Associates
Provide training, coaching, development and recognition
Perform timely evaluations and implement progressive discipline

Demonstrate, train and enforce all safety rules and regulations and company policies
Sales ManagerQualifications
Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent; Advanced degree in business or retail management preferred

Batteries Plus Bulbs is looking for a person that is able to repair cell phones, tablets, light fixtures, and other devices as needed. We are looking to fill a role in the Macon, GA location and this position will pay $12.00 - 14.00 hourly depending on experience + Bonuses.
Customer Service Device Repair Technician Duties:
Engage with Customers in logging device repair input
Perform initial assessment to determine repair feasibility & estimate.
Repair cell phones, tablets, light fixtures and other devices as needed
Receive, pack and ship these devices
Install batteries, perform tests and tech work
Able to rebuild cordless drill batteries and other battery packs as needed
Maintain proper inventory
Participate in formal training of store associates to include tearing down devices, taking photos, assisting with video training production.
Provide live camera-based remote support (i.e., Skype) for in-store device repairs
Follow all safety rules and regulations; wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Customer Service / Sales

Perform Customer Service / Sales duties.
Greet customers promptly, determine needs and answer questions.
Suggest needed sales add-on items, participate in retail & commercial sales activities to achieve goals.

Answer phones, assist callers, and ensure messages are relayed in a timely, accurate manner.
Develop and maintain current knowledge of product and service offerings

Merchandising / Inventory
Assist in all store operations responsibilities as assigned by Store Manager.
Rotate and stock inventory.

Build displays; setting up & taking down shelves and fixtures.
Prepare store for daily opening and closing including counting and reconciling register drawers
Maintain physical facility safety and appearance including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
Follow all safety rules and regulations; wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Customer Service Device Repair Technician Qualifications:
Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent plus 3-6+ months of previous customer service and device repair experience.
In lieu of device repair experience, minimum associates degree in electronics, or other technical degree
Demonstrated technical aptitude. Able to quickly pick up on new processes and technologies without a lot of guidance
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to effectively manage and track multiple commitments; effectively prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, both oral and written. Strong customer service focus. Ability to inform, teach, and train
Working conditions are typical for a warehouse environment, with some tasks (i.e., live store support) being done in a traditional office setting

The Warehouse Associate is an entry-level position with the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The national distribution center for Batteries Plus is located in Glendale, WI.

As aWarehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks to meet quality and productivity metrics while ensuring that product is properly handled and shipped to customers in a timely fashion.
$1,000 Sign On Bonus for All Shifts
Shifts Available:
1st Shift - Monday-Friday 6a-2p
2nd Shift - Sunday-Thursday 2p-10p plus additional $.50/hour shift premium
3rd Shift - Sunday-Thursday 10p-6a plus additional $1.25/hour shift premium
Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment
Read requisitions and orders. Pull items to fill the order
Use electronic scanning device to pick orders and maintain inventory records. Note errors and/or problems
Understand product weights and types to maintain quality and avoid damage and spoilage of products
Pack and crate items in preparation for shipping and distribution
Shipping
Properly stage and assemble completed orders for expedited loading and shipping
Scan and verify accuracy of packages being loaded with order documents to ensure proper piece counts, addresses and complete shipping reports
Follow procedures to wrap orders for shipping stability
If trained and/or certified, use mechanical equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) to load trucks and or storage units
Receiving
Use hand trucks, hoists, conveyors, forklifts (if certified) and other handling equipment to move material from trailers/dock to storage/racking within the facility
Read documents to ensure receipt of correct materials; report any discrepancies and/or damage of inbound materials
Unpack merchandise/materials
General
Follow all safety procedures and rules established in the facility. Wear proper PPE. Steel Toe shoes areREQUIRED.
Keep all work areas clean and free of hazards. Notify supervisor of any safety hazards or damaged products
Actively participate in all safety and other training programs
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
3 months+ warehouse experience
Ability to acquire and wear steel toe shoes during shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Forklift Certification preferred, but not necessary. Will train onsite
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete paperwork within defined procedures
Recognize, read and match alpha-numeric location codes, box markings and product covers

High School Diploma
3+ years warehouse experience
Able to become certified on operating equipment
