Job Activities Will Include:
Demonstrating customer first mentality that separates us from the rest
Greeting and connecting with customers to identify their needs
Participating in Sales Activities and selling add-ons to create aOne Stop Shopexperience
Making the sales and service process EASY for our customers - Creating a memorable experience worth talking about to others
Inbound phone/internet sales and service
Operating technology-based Point of Sales system to complete sales transactions
Team contribution - Bringing your BEST to the table for a collaborative environment.
Tech assistance - Installing batteries of all shapes and sizes, fixing phones, programming Keyfobs, and more
Store operatives such as counting inventory, order ship outs, merchandising, building sales displays, preparing store for opening and closing, etc.
Qualifications:
Must be able to work a 40-hour work week that includes Saturday and Sunday shifts
Good listening and verbal communication skills
Ability to quickly gain a solid understanding of POS and Cross Reference Systems
Ability to multi-task and prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines
Ability to calculate simple math and percentages
Strong eyesight and technical aptitude required for various types of services we offer
Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs to eye level

We are looking for a part time individual that can work in our SE Portland warehouse. Days would be Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 20-25 hours per week based on customer demand. Pay is $20.00 per hour .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Receiving
Use hand trucks and forklifts (if certified) and other handling equipment to move material from trailers to storage/racking within the facility
Read documents to ensure receipt of correct materials. Report any discrepancies and/or damage of inbound materials
Unpack merchandise/materials
Order Fulfillment
Read transfer requests and orders. Pull items to fill the order, wrap pallets for transit
Use electronic scanning device to maintain inventory records.
Assist with inventory cycle counts
General
Follow all safety procedures and rules established in the facility. Wear proper PPE
Keep all work areas clean and free of hazards. Notify supervisor of any safety hazards or damaged products
Actively participate in all safety and other training programs
Complete paperwork as necessary
Assist in sorting and packaging battery and bulb recycling using proper shipping procedures and safety practices
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years old
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds repetitively
Valid drivers license required
Warehouse experience preferred. Excellent attendance history. Forklift certification preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete paperwork.
Ability to work independently, in addition to working productively with others
