Device Repair Technician Duties:

• Repair cell phones, tablets, light fixtures and other devices as needed

• Receive, pack and ship these devices

• Maintain proper inventory

• Pleasantly engage customers, listen to what they have to say about their battery/lighting needs, and recommend solutions

• Perform battery tests, installations, and battery pack rebuilds

• Participate as a team member to the overall success of the store

• Follow all safety rules and regulations; wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  Device Repair Technician Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE OVER 1 YEAR DEVICE REPAIR EXPERIENCE

• Must be available to work all days of the week (Monday through Sunday)

• Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent

• Demonstrated technical aptitude. Able to quickly pick up on new processes and technologies without a lot of guidance.

• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to effectively manage and track multiple commitments; effectively prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both oral and written. Strong customer service focus. Ability to inform, teach, and train.

• Working conditions are typical for a warehouse environment, with some tasks (i.e., live store support) being done in a traditional office setting.

• This position requires the employee to regularly use hands to handle or touch electronic products The position also requires the employee to regularly use a computer and other office equipment

• This position requires lifting 10-20# on a regular and frequent basis, 50# on an occasional basis, and more than 50# on an infrequent basis.

Description:

• Assist the manager and store associates to achieve sales objectives and to maintain the facility. Develop general store management and operational skills.

  Duties :Operations Management

Store Manager Qualifications

• Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent; Advanced degree in business or retail management preferred

• Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably within a durable goods setting. Experience must include commercial (outside) sales

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Able to effectively manage confrontational situations in a controlled and courteous manner

• Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong technical aptitude; a basic understanding of electronics. Must have the ability to accurately read gauges and work with hands

• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business including peak seasons and special events. This includes the ability to work at multiple store locations, as needed.
