Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Solar Site Surveyor to play a crucial role in our renewable energy projects. As a Solar Site Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive site assessments, gathering data, and analyzing information to ensure the successful design and implementation of solar energy systems. Your expertise will contribute to the efficient and accurate planning of solar installations, optimizing energy production and overall project success.
Essential Duties:
Conduct solar site assessments for prospective customers using a smartphone and supply surveying equipment. Surveys must be completed, and information must be uploaded on time.
Turn on solar system once installation is complete and collect customer feedback.
Effectively manage your schedule to complete several time-sensitive tasks daily.
Occasional permitting and inspections.
Key Competencies:
Communicate with supervisors and various departments and follow directions to complete assigned tasks
High degree of attention to detail
Must have exemplary time management skills
Must be comfortable using a multi-position ladder and working in an attic (attic work may involve hot temperatures and small spaces).
Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Must be under 250 lbs. to align with safety measures

Technicians must be responsible and able to manage their schedule to ensure all necessary tasks are followed through, with minimal outside management. This position will require communicating with our corporate office effectively and efficiently. Reliable communication is crucial. Candidates for this position should have a flexible schedule, a clean driving record, and be available 40 hours a week, including Saturdays (optional, depending on the season).
Compensation: $20 - $25 depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Effectively manage your schedule to complete several time-sensitive tasks daily.
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair existing Blue Raven solar systems (Enphase, SolarEdge, SMA)
Make corrections or additions to the recently installed solar system to ensure it is ready for City or State inspection.
Turn on the solar system once the installation is complete and collect customer feedback. Fix common inverter problems that may occur upon energization.
Conduct solar site assessments for prospective customers using your smartphone and with provided surveying equipment. Surveys must be completed on time.
Install an energy efficiency kit (smart thermostat).
Daily Activities:
Completing Repairs on residential solar systems.
Diagnosing problems on rooftops with faulty panels, wire connections or inverters.
Working with Enphase and SolarEdge systems.
Meeting with homeowners maintaining a high professional standard. (Must comply with our company's code of conduct)
Qualifications:
1+ year experience with residential solar installation.
Must be familiar with PV systems, Enphase and troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of residential construction is preferred but not required (framing, drywall, exterior repairs).
Able to pass a criminal background check.
Possession of a valid driver's license required

Field Service Technician
As a Blue Raven Field Service Technician, you will be our primary point of contact on the ground and integrally involved with customers fixing their solar or helping them go solar. A solar service technician has prior solar knowledge and/or experience and is comfortable diagnosing and repairing existing solar systems installed. Technicians must be responsible and able to manage their schedule to ensure all necessary tasks are followed through, with minimal outside management. This position will require communicating with our corporate office effectively and efficiently. Reliable communication is crucial. Candidates for this position should have a flexible schedule, a clean driving record, and be available 40 hours a week, including Saturdays (optional, depending on the season).
Compensation: $20 - $25 depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Effectively manage your schedule to complete several time-sensitive tasks daily.
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair existing Blue Raven solar systems (Enphase, SolarEdge, SMA)
Make corrections or additions to the recently installed solar system to ensure it is ready for City or State inspection.
Turn on the solar system once the installation is complete and collect customer feedback. Fix common inverter problems that may occur upon energization.
Conduct solar site assessments for prospective customers using your smartphone and with provided surveying equipment. Surveys must be completed on time.
Install an energy efficiency kit (smart thermostat).
Daily Activities:
Completing Repairs on residential solar systems.
Diagnosing problems on rooftops with faulty panels, wire connections or inverters.
Working with Enphase and SolarEdge systems.
Meeting with homeowners maintaining a high professional standard. (Must comply with our company's code of conduct)
Qualifications:
1+ year experience with residential solar installation.
Must be familiar with PV systems, Enphase and troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of residential construction is preferred but not required (framing, drywall, exterior repairs).
Able to pass a criminal background check.
Possession of a valid driver's license required

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Blue Raven Solar Sales Representative, you will work closely with potential clients, guiding them through the process of converting from traditional power usage to CLEAN, COST EFFECTIVE, and Solar Energy! The Sales Consultant role is vital in educating homeowners on the importance of converting to solar energy, all while pro-actively earning their business. Sales Consultants will have industry-leading Operational and Installation support, allowing you to fluidly run the entire sales process from start to end.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Blue Raven Solar and Set-up new clients.
Capitalize on Setter GeneratedWarmleads while supplementing with personal leads/referrals.
Educate homeowners on positive effects of Solar energy including cost savings, clean energy benefits, and worthwhile investment to clients' home.
Assumptive mentality with In-home presentations and proposals.
REQUIREMENTS
(DESIRED) Sales Experience (1 year or more)
Reliable Transportation
Cell Phone AND Laptop/Tablet for showing Proposals.
MUSTbe comfortable with In-home presentations.
MUSTAttend and Pass Sales Consultant Training program.
COMPENSATION
Commission Only - Based on KW
Additional incentives for Self-generated Sales.
Residual Income.
AVG First year Income $90,000- $150,000; Annual Salary Year 2+ of $200,000+.

You will be working with homeowners to schedule appointments for our professional Sales Representatives. Your responsibility is not to close sales, but only to go door-to-door and find interested customers. Compensation:
Up to $85,000 annually, with an annual average range of $50,000-$80,000
Starting at $12/ hr + Commission until 5 appointments are pitched. Once 5 pitches are hit pay is raised to $20/hr +Commission.
