Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operations of the Clinical Services Department in accordance with federal, state and local standards. Responsible and accountable for maintaining the highest degree of quality care at all times.
Directs, coordinates, and monitors nursing care delivery to assure safe, effective, and appropriate care. Ensures residents' rights are maintained at all times.
Oversees the assessment of comprehensive nursing needs of each resident using acceptable long term care assessment tools and according to state and federal time frames. Oversees the coordination of care plans for each resident.
Works with other team members to monitor day to day care levels of residents for quality assurance and to verify appropriate levels of care are established according to Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement levels.
Maintains care plans for each resident; monitors medication and treatment schedules; works with attending physicians to ensure care plans are followed; and provides direct care when required.
Establishes and implements Quality Assurance Performance Improvement Program for improved resident care, and quality of life programs according to company policies and as required by federal regulations.
Participates in Community Surveys completed by authorized government agencies. Monitors the community Quality Indicators and survey reports. Assists with the development of Success Plans of identified areas of opportunity.
Develops and implements a Clinical Services organizational structure. Determines staffing needs; recruits, selects, hires, and orients nursing staff/direct care personnel. Assists the Human Resource Director and Health Care Administrator with recruitment and selection of Clinical Services Associates. Completes associate performance evaluations and disciplinary action as needed. Delegates' authority to supervisory/lead staff.
Reviews complaints and grievances filed by personnel and/or residents. Reports and investigates all allegations of abuse and/or misappropriation of resident property. Reports suspected or known violations of disclosure of resident protected health information.
Coordinates ancillary services.
Oversees the coordination of MDS to ensure timeliness of submissions.
Maintains the policy and procedures that govern day-to-day functions in the Clinical Services Department. Develops, implements, and ensures nursing standards and department operation standards meet or exceed federal and state regulatory requirements. Plans, develops, and implements the Clinical Systems in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern long term care.
Assists in preparing the nursing department's budget; prepares monthly variance report; monitors equipment and supplies. Maintains Medicare/Medicaid reimbursements according to established categories.
Plans, develops, and implements safe practices for resident safety in accordance with state, federal, and OSHA regulations, and ensures that policies and procedures in regards to resident safety are followed by staff and by residents. Develops and implements safety standards and regulations for equipment, supplies, and resident care rooms.
Assists the Quality Improvement Nurse in establishing infection control and immunization processes, and in developing and delivering training programs to meet continuing education requirements.
Serves on and attends various committees of the community as appointed by the Health Care Administrator. Evaluates and implements recommendations from the various committees pertaining to Clinical Services.
Oversees, manages and delegates all roles and responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Clinical Services and the Quality Improvement Nurse, Clinical Services.
Completes other duties assigned.

Qualifications
Education and ExperienceNursing Degree from an accredited college or university; must possess a minimum of three to five years related supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience including one year of management experience. Long term care experience preferred.
Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special RequirementsMust have valid and current state (RN) license, issued by appropriate state licensing agency. Must be CPR certified.
Management/Decision MakingApplies existing guidelines and procedures to make varied decisions within a department. Uses sound judgment and experience to solve moderately complex problems based on precedent, example, reasonableness or a combination of these.

Works with other team members to monitor day to day care levels of residents for quality assurance and to verify appropriate levels of care are established according to Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement levels.
Maintains care plans for each resident; monitors medication and treatment schedules; works with attending physicians to ensure care plans are followed; and provides direct care when required.
Establishes and implements Quality Assurance Performance Improvement Program for improved resident care, and quality of life programs according to company policies and as required by federal regulations.
Participates in Community Surveys completed by authorized government agencies. Monitors the community Quality Indicators and survey reports. Assists with the development of Success Plans of identified areas of opportunity.
Develops and implements a Clinical Services organizational structure. Determines staffing needs; recruits, selects, hires, and orients nursing staff/direct care personnel. Assists the Human Resource Director and Health Care Administrator with recruitment and selection of Clinical Services Associates. Completes associate performance evaluations and disciplinary action as needed. Delegates' authority to supervisory/lead staff.
Reviews complaints and grievances filed by personnel and/or residents. Reports and investigates all allegations of abuse and/or misappropriation of resident property. Reports suspected or known violations of disclosure of resident protected health information.
Coordinates ancillary services.
Oversees the coordination of MDS to ensure timeliness of submissions.
Maintains the policy and procedures that govern day-to-day functions in the Clinical Services Department. Develops, implements, and ensures nursing standards and department operation standards meet or exceed federal and state regulatory requirements. Plans, develops, and implements the Clinical Systems in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern long term care.
Assists in preparing the nursing department's budget; prepares monthly variance report; monitors equipment and supplies. Maintains Medicare/Medicaid reimbursements according to established categories.
Plans, develops, and implements safe practices for resident safety in accordance with state, federal, and OSHA regulations, and ensures that policies and procedures in regards to resident safety are followed by staff and by residents. Develops and implements safety standards and regulations for equipment, supplies, and resident care rooms.
Assists the Quality Improvement Nurse in establishing infection control and immunization processes, and in developing and delivering training programs to meet continuing education requirements.
Serves on and attends various committees of the community as appointed by the Health Care Administrator. Evaluates and implements recommendations from the various committees pertaining to Clinical Services.
Oversees, manages and delegates all roles and responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Clinical Services and the Quality Improvement Nurse, Clinical Services.

Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operations of the Clinical Services Department in accordance with federal, state and local standards. Responsible and accountable for maintaining the highest degree of quality care at all times.

Establishes and implements Quality Assurance Performance Improvement Program for improved resident care, and quality of life programs according to company policies and as required by federal regulations.
Participates in Community Surveys completed by authorized government agencies. Monitors the community Quality Indicators and survey reports. Assists with the development of Success Plans of identified areas of opportunity.
Develops and implements a Clinical Services organizational structure. Determines staffing needs; recruits, selects, hires, and orients nursing staff/direct care personnel. Assists the Human Resource Director and Health Care Administrator with recruitment and selection of Clinical Services Associates. Completes associate performance evaluations and disciplinary action as needed. Delegates' authority to supervisory/lead staff.
Reviews complaints and grievances filed by personnel and/or residents. Reports and investigates all allegations of abuse and/or misappropriation of resident property. Reports suspected or known violations of disclosure of resident protected health information.
Coordinates ancillary services.
Oversees the coordination of MDS to ensure timeliness of submissions.
Maintains the policy and procedures that govern day-to-day functions in the Clinical Services Department. Develops, implements, and ensures nursing standards and department operation standards meet or exceed federal and state regulatory requirements. Plans, develops, and implements the Clinical Systems in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern long term care.

Oversees, manages and delegates all roles and responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Clinical Services and the Quality Improvement Nurse, Clinical Services.

Responsibilities
Proven, solution-minded leader and change agent with entrepreneurial spirit responsible for creating and executing a strategic turnaround business plan, in partnership with the district team, to grow revenue and to materially impact sales and profitability and for developing the local team to become the preferred senior living community in the market. The expectations for this position is that the community will see material impact to sales and profitability. Leader is responsible for the community's daily operations, associate relations, resident and resident family engagement and connection, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. Works with sales to drive sales results and foster a strong sales performance culture. Creates an inclusive community culture that provides high quality resident experiences and care and engages residents, families, and associates.
Responsible for all operations within the community, interacting with staff and residents, prospects, or their family members, as necessary.
Assesses local market and develops and implements a turnaround business plan to become the highest performing senior living community in the area. Creates, analyzes, and executes annual operating and capital budgets and holds department leaders accountable for department budgets. Manages community performance against turnaround goals; sets and continuously assesses plans to improve performance to Company service and financial standards, including adjusting plans as needed in discussion with district leadership.
In partnership with District Director of Sales, provides strategy, support and vision to achieve sales and occupancy goals through effective business development efforts in the market. Engages in business development activities and events in the market while representing Brookdale as the leader in Senior Living to all referral sources. Drives sales and marketing efforts in collaboration with the community sales leader to meet or exceed occupancy or revenue targets by assisting to develop new business, generate leads, and build strategic relationships. Responsibilities
Manages the day-to-day clinical services of a more complex community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as residents' healthcare needs change. Job Summary
In alignment with Brookdale's Resident and Family Engagement philosophy, plans, coordinates and facilitates a calendar of person centered dementia friendly programs that meet specific needs of each and all residents within the dementia care community. Provides person centered programs while engaging residents in meaningful and purposeful dementia care programs within the Brookdale community enhancing their quality of life. Recognizes individual abilities and needs while encouraging independence and ensuring resident habits, historical routines, interests and preferences are honored in the provision of care and programming.
Essential Functions
Designs a 7 day a week person centered program that is engaging, creative and meets the needs and interests of the individual residents. Promotes and engages residents in the 7 domains of well-being programs in a dementia friendly structured environment; including sensory focused small group programming for residents who cannot participate in a larger group setting.
Develops a monthly calendar, in partnership with residents, based on residents' shared interests. Ensures person centered special events and daily path programs are scheduled and executed as scheduled.
Ensures dementia care programs are in compliance with Brookdale Excellence Standards Tool (BEST), Divisional Dementia Care Site visit tool, state, federal, and other regulations and meet Brookdale's mission, policies, procedures and dementia care standards as assigned by the Executive Director.
Collaborates with community leadership educating & providing resources to families and associates regarding Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. This includes how to engage residents and lead programs on an ongoing basis. This includes facilitating and coordinating dementia focused in-services and or events for families or computer based and situation specific training for associates including Understanding Alzheimer's & Dementia Care (UADC), as required by Brookdale.
May provide direct supervision of Clare Bridge Program Assistant/s, as required by Executive Director, which includes assisting with hiring, coaching, and counseling program assistant associate and conducting the documenting corrective action, as needed. Completes job performance evaluations. May act in supervisory capacity in absence of Manager or Executive Director.
Collaborates with community leadership in planning, coordinating, appropriately decorating, and participating in special events including holidays, signature programs, National Walk to End Alzheimer's, family socials, educational and marketing events.
Reports changes in residents' overall health to clinical partner, including changes in behavior; takes actions to address concerns in a timely manner and collaborates with the team in exploring approaches and interventions to address behavioral expressions.
Oversees social media content to ensure alignment with Brookdale's culture, brand, and social media guidance and Brookdale standards.
Plans and schedules programming events outside the community, which may include driving a community motor vehicle.
Maintains and adheres to department monthly budget and expense control and may manage volunteer program.
Performs personal care, housekeeping and dietary responsibilities, as needed, to ensure service quality is maintained in accordance with Clare Bridge Program standards. Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operations of the Clinical Services Department in accordance with federal, state and local standards. Responsible and accountable for maintaining the highest degree of quality care at all times.
Directs, coordinates, and monitors nursing care delivery to assure safe, effective, and appropriate care. Ensures residents' rights are maintained at all times.
Oversees the assessment of comprehensive nursing needs of each resident using acceptable long term care assessment tools and according to state and federal time frames. Oversees the coordination of care plans for each resident.
Works with other team members to monitor day to day care levels of residents for quality assurance and to verify appropriate levels of care are established according to Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement levels.
Maintains care plans for each resident; monitors medication and treatment schedules; works with attending physicians to ensure care plans are followed; and provides direct care when required.
Establishes and implements Quality Assurance Performance Improvement Program for improved resident care, and quality of life programs according to company policies and as required by federal regulations.
Participates in Community Surveys completed by authorized government agencies. Monitors the community Quality Indicators and survey reports. Assists with the development of Success Plans of identified areas of opportunity.
Develops and implements a Clinical Services organizational structure. Determines staffing needs; recruits, selects, hires, and orients nursing staff/direct care personnel. Assists the Human Resource Director and Health Care Administrator with recruitment and selection of Clinical Services Associates. Completes associate performance evaluations and disciplinary action as needed. Delegates' authority to supervisory/lead staff.
Reviews complaints and grievances filed by personnel and/or residents. Reports and investigates all allegations of abuse and/or misappropriation of resident property. Reports suspected or known violations of disclosure of resident protected health information.
Coordinates ancillary services.
Oversees the coordination of MDS to ensure timeliness of submissions.
Maintains the policy and procedures that govern day-to-day functions in the Clinical Services Department. Develops, implements, and ensures nursing standards and department operation standards meet or exceed federal and state regulatory requirements. Plans, develops, and implements the Clinical Systems in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern long term care.
Assists in preparing the nursing department's budget; prepares monthly variance report; monitors equipment and supplies. Maintains Medicare/Medicaid reimbursements according to established categories.
Plans, develops, and implements safe practices for resident safety in accordance with state, federal, and OSHA regulations, and ensures that policies and procedures in regards to resident safety are followed by staff and by residents. Develops and implements safety standards and regulations for equipment, supplies, and resident care rooms.
Assists the Quality Improvement Nurse in establishing infection control and immunization processes, and in developing and delivering training programs to meet continuing education requirements.
Serves on and attends various committees of the community as appointed by the Health Care Administrator. Evaluates and implements recommendations from the various committees pertaining to Clinical Services.

Responsibilities
Proven, solution-minded leader and change agent with entrepreneurial spirit responsible for creating and executing a strategic turnaround business plan, in partnership with the district team, to grow revenue and to materially impact sales and profitability and for developing the local team to become the preferred senior living community in the market. The expectations for this position is that the community will see material impact to sales and profitability. Leader is responsible for the community's daily operations, associate relations, resident and resident family engagement and connection, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. Works with sales to drive sales results and foster a strong sales performance culture. Creates an inclusive community culture that provides high quality resident experiences and care and engages residents, families, and associates.
Responsible for all operations within the community, interacting with staff and residents, prospects, or their family members, as necessary.
Assesses local market and develops and implements a turnaround business plan to become the highest performing senior living community in the area. Creates, analyzes, and executes annual operating and capital budgets and holds department leaders accountable for department budgets. Manages community performance against turnaround goals; sets and continuously assesses plans to improve performance to Company service and financial standards, including adjusting plans as needed in discussion with district leadership.
In partnership with District Director of Sales, provides strategy, support and vision to achieve sales and occupancy goals through effective business development efforts in the market. Engages in business development activities and events in the market while representing Brookdale as the leader in Senior Living to all referral sources. Drives sales and marketing efforts in collaboration with the community sales leader to meet or exceed occupancy or revenue targets by assisting to develop new business, generate leads, and build strategic relationships. Engages with prospects who tour the community. Identifies trends and empowers sales leader to implement approved sales and marketing activities and strategies to maximize revenue (RevPAR).
Builds and maintains strong working relationships with management team and encourages teamwork and collaboration; cultivates an inclusive community culture. Supervises, directs, and motivates community management while empowering department leaders to supervise, direct, and motivate staff; ensures department leaders proactively recognize and solve issues. Holds department leaders accountable for department performance. Provides assistance to leaders and staff as needed. Works with department leaders to ensure community maintains appropriate staffing levels to meet the needs of residents and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Encourages and supports department leaders to attract, develop, engage, and retain associates in accordance with Company policies. Understands the community's staffing needs and is responsible for overseeing the recruiting and onboarding process; ensures associates are appropriately trained and developed to meet the needs of residents. In consultation with department leaders, reviews promotions, development plans, disciplinary actions, and termination decisions to ensure consistency in the selection and retention of quality associates. Works with department leaders to analyze trends and implement strategies to reduce turnover and increase retention.
Builds high degree of resident satisfaction and retention. Is responsible for maintaining positive resident relations and is accessible and approachable to residents and their families. Empowers community management to proactively solve resident problems and resolve issues. Works with appropriate department leaders to leverage satisfied residents and families to grow community occupancy and to execute renewal program with existing residents. Partners with Resident Council as necessary. Works with community management to administer resident satisfaction and other surveys and to create action plans to address opportunities for improvement in resident satisfaction, experience, and engagement.
For assisted living or memory care communities, creates and maintains collaborative relationship with community clinical leader(s) to ensure community's care and services are appropriate to meet the needs of residents. Oversees resident services including the admission process, healthcare management, and maintenance of resident documentation to ensure high quality services and compliance with Company policy and applicable legal requirements. Empowers department leaders to demonstrate the same for their respected area. Ensures clinical leader(s) conduct service plan reviews, consistent with applicable legal requirements, with resident families to maintain the personal dignity of residents.
Demonstrates a high degree of financial acumen as it relates to community operations. Analyzes, develops, and executes annual operating and capital budgets; works to meet or exceed budgeted revenue, profitability, and occupancy goals. Works with department leaders and district team to proactively create plans to overcome unanticipated expenses or revenue shortfalls. Continually explores means of revenue enhancement and expense reduction, while meeting the needs of residents and adhering to Company policies and applicable regulations.
Identifies and builds positive relationships with local influencers and professionals to raise community profile. Becomes active in social and civic affairs of the local community that align with the Company's mission. Represents the community and the Company to governmental agencies (as appropriate), professional organizations, community groups, and other appropriate public agencies and groups.
Works with maintenance and other appropriate department leaders to ensure buildings, grounds, and property are up to Company standards; engages in active oversight of preventative maintenance systems and programs and frequent inspections that meet Company standards of excellence.
Enforces current Company policies and procedures. Maintains applicable licenses in accordance with Company, Federal, State, and local requirements.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree required; or additional years of experience can be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities
Directs food service operations within the community including all food preparation, dining room operations and dining delivery services. Purchases all food and manages inventory ensuring effective cost controls and vendor service and quality. Ensures the highest nutrition and food quality for the health and pleasure of the residents. Complies with all federal, state and local regulations to ensure sanitary and safe operations. Plans and executes entertaining dining events and themes in conjunction with Activities Director, Marketing Director and other administrative staff to optimize the life and pleasure of the residents. May also cater events as requested by residents or staff.
Hires, trains and manages all supervisory staff for the kitchen, dining room, catering and delivery services. Ensures that supervisors maintain a safe and sanitary environment and provide a caring and pleasurable dining experience for the residents. Coaches supervisors in maintaining appropriate staffing levels and effectively motivating, disciplining and training associates.
Consults with chefs and cooks to develop and maintain pleasing and nutritious menus. Assesses and determines the desires and preferences of the residents regarding food selection and presentation through surveys and daily contact with residents. Ensures preferences are incorporated into the menu and events. Understands the dietary needs of residents and coordinates with dieticians, nursing staff, and care associates to ensure proper selection, preparation and delivery of meals.
Develops department budget including purchasing and staffing expenditures. Approves food orders from company or selected food vendors and ensures a proper level of inventory to meet demand and minimize cost and waste. Routinely monitors budget compliance and recommends changes as needed to maintain operational quality and resident satisfaction.
Encourages the identification of enjoyable ways to encourage socialization and enjoyment of residents through the use of food presentation and events. Improves the dcor and condition of dining rooms to ensure a safe and pleasant experience.
Networks with Regional Food Service Directors to improve operations, reduce costs and to obtain new program ideas for creative operations.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the buildings and grounds to maintain proper care of the assigned community(s) in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards/regulations and company policies.
Directs the community maintenance, housekeeping and laundry (if applicable) staff, to include hiring, training, evaluating performance, resolving disciplinary issues and firing.
Directs the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and grounds through maintenance staff. Inspects completed work for conformance to standards and policies.
Implements preventative maintenance programs. Coordinates compliance with local, state and federal building codes, SDS, OSHA, EPA regulations, and fire codes.
Coordinates engineering contractors and vendors, making sure insurance and licenses are current.
Conducts regular inspections of life safety systems, including fire extinguishers and sprinkler systems.
Coordinates annual apartment maintenance schedule and completion. Oversees necessary repairs and maintenance in apartments and common areas including refurbishment for move-ins.
Ensures the outside of the property is maintained, including landscaping, snow removal, and garbage/trash removal.
Prepares and follows approved budget. Tracks utility consumption and expense files.
Maintains inventory control for all general supplies, parts and equipment for necessary repairs and maintenance. Maintains all required engineering files.
Assesses all plumbing and electrical problems within the community and determines the best course of action to correct the problem. Works within the legal scope of local and state codes.
Reviews safety data sheets (SDS) as requested for potential exposure to hazardous chemicals used and take necessary precautions
Assess property damage and file property damage claims in accordance with company policy.
Responds appropriately to resident or community emergencies by assisting as needed.
Maintains office, shops and mechanical areas within company standards.

Responsibilities
Assists the Director, Clinical Services in planning, organizing, developing and directing the day-to-day operations of the Clinical Services department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards. Assists in maintaining systems and established policy and procedures.
Assesses the comprehensive nursing needs of each resident using acceptable long-term care assessment software tools and according to state and federal time frames. Coordinates care plans for each resident. Oversees the day to day care of each resident to ensure care plans are followed.
Works with other team members to establish appropriate level of care in accordance with Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement levels.
Assists the Director, Clinical Services in ensuring comprehensive and accurate documentation by nursing service/direct personnel.
Monitors, manages and provides education on Clinical Systems, programs, and processes as assigned by the Director, Clinical Services. Implements Clinical Systems and programs in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern long term care.
Monitors the community Quality Indicators and survey reports and provides the Director, Clinical Services recommendations for Success Planning to include conducting and scheduling in-service training classes that provide instruction of clinical skills and required education topics.
Assists in developing and implementing a Clinical Services organizational structure. Assists in determining staffing needs; recruits, selects, and orients nursing/direct care personnel. Monitors medication and treatment schedules; works with attending physicians; and provides direct care when required.
Participates in maintaining the policy and procedures that govern the day-to-day operations of the Clinical Services Department. Responsibilities
Oversees and directs the sales efforts for multiple communities and products within district, major markets, networks and stand-alone communities. Responsibilities
Responsible for conducting and coordinating the development and completion of resident assessments, in accordance with the requirements of State, Federal and Company guidelines. Responsible for overseeing the generation of Minimum Data Set (MDS) for each Medicare patient and electronic transmission of required data within time frame mandated by the State.
Coordinates the development and completion of the resident assessment (MDS) in accordance with current regulations and guidelines, including; the implementation of CAAs and Triggers; conducting or coordinating the interview(s) of each resident for the resident's assessment; evaluating each resident's condition and pertinent medical data; developing and implementing procedures with the Director, Clinical Services for arrival of newly admitted residents; ensuring that all assessments are completed and transmitted in a timely manner; assisting community directors and supervisors in scheduling the resident assessment/care plan meetings; and contacting and assisting in scheduling participation by outside members of the care plan team, including the resident's representative and/or other interested family members.
Coordinates the development of a written plan of care (preliminary and comprehensive) for each resident that identifies the problems/needs, the amount of care, goals to be accomplished, and which professional service is responsible for care. Ensures that the care plan includes measurable objectives and timetables to meet the resident's needs, as identified in the resident's assessment.
Ensures generation and transmission of MDS is complete and timely. Maintains and periodically updates written policies and procedures that govern the development, use, and implementation of the resident assessment (MDS) and care plan. Ensures that a current copy of the MDS Instructor's Manual is available to persons completing portions of the MDS.
Develops, implements, and maintains an ongoing quality assurance program for the resident assessment/care plans. Monitors the community's QI and QM reports to ensure that appropriate corrective action can be implemented when potential problems occur.
Assists the resident and Discharge Planning Coordinator in completing the care plan portion of the resident's discharge plan. Participates in functions involving discharge plans, as necessary.
Participates in community surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies.
Provides leadership and participates in various committees including Interdisciplinary Care Plan Team, Policy Advisory, and Quality Assessment and Assurance. Provides reports and assessment updates, as needed.
Develops and participates in the planning, conducting, and scheduling of timely in-service training classes that include assessment skills or techniques needed to complete the assessment and MDS functions of the community. Plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operations of the Clinical Services Department in accordance with federal, state and local standards. Responsible and accountable for maintaining the highest degree of quality care at all times.

Qualifications
Requirements to be a Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technicians will maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on, but not limited to: HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency pull cord equipment. Maintenance Technicians will also perform general maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned and respond to maintenance requests by community directors and residents in both private rooms and public living areas. They will also maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector and any other jurisdictions governing the community.
