In this role, you will represent the Enterprise ICT Organization, and will cooperate with other IT functions to support the regular flow of business and IT projects and tasks. You will adhere to all standards, policies, procedures, and security requirements. You will support hardware, software, and other technical solutions. You will adhere to all SLAs and communicate in a timely manner with stakeholders. While most tasks can be executed from the office, varying degrees of travel may be required.

  • Should be able to work any shift

  • Should be able to work on-call shifts as required

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and other IT solutions

  • Ability to install software

  • Complete tasks required to maintain service levels

  • Follow all ICT policies and procedures

  • Follow security best practices

  • Aid other technical teams (hands-on support)

  • Ability to communicate to all levels of management

  • Proactively provide high levels of ICT availability, performance monitoring, and capacity management, following ICT best practices and adhering to any company/department SLAs

    How you can set yourself apart

  • 1 to 2 years Technical Experience in a 24 x 7 IT Environment

  • Technical Degree or Equivalent on the Job Experience (preferred)

  • Certification in ITIL Standards (preferred)

  • Microsoft and/or Cisco Certifications (preferred)

A snapshot of this opportunity

  • Analyzing margins, costs and projects

  • Contribute to the month-end closing and draw up budgets and forecasts

  • Analyzing and implementing new developments in systems with the aim of professionalizing work processes

  • Involved in developing and improving report templates in the Global Reporting System (SAP BPC)

  • Monthly analysis of the rolling forecast

  • Monitoring and analyzing (functional) regional and Global budgets

  • Assisting in the preparation and handling of various business cases

    How you can set yourself apart

  • Bachelor / Master degree

  • Proven track record of relevant work or internship experience

  • Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English language are necessary

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel

  • Numerically and analytically strong and able to analyze processes

  • Accurate, communicative and social

  • Knowledge of SAP FICo, BI/BW and BPC are an advantage
