Job Summary

Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, physical breakdown of merchandise, building and shrink-wrapping packages, moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area, using handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations, and operating equipment. Omni Experience Ambassador will be working within all digital initiatives including: BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

- Processes member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a picklist. Utilizes a handheld scanner device (RF) device to pick orders from the sales floor. Uses handheld scanner device (RF) to verify merchandise. Builds boxes, shrink wraps packages, moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area.

- Communicates problems with inventory and/or equipment and communicates expired or short-dated items included on pick list. - Communicates with club team when merchandise needs to be replenished. - Works with team to have merchandise pulled from reserve area, when possible, to avoid sales floor replenishment. - Ensures all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet all productivity requirements. Works with a high level of urgency to ensure deadlines are met. Follows operational efficiencies, processes and productivity standards with adherence to established SOP for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club. - Wraps and secures the merchandise to the pallet prior to transport. Clearly labels pallets with required information. - Securely packages the order in accordance with standard operating procedures. - Processes the shipment through BJ's Fulfillment Center and other systems. - Oversees the package carrier pick up. - Ensures the SFC area is neat, clean, and organized. Performs general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the work area. Handles damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with standard operating procedures. - Processes returns to the club and makes determination on how to handle (via DDR or Membership desk)

Job Summary:

Ensure proper unloading of trucks, determine that product is stacked to proper height for rack system and assist with the receiving process and paperwork.

Job Responsibilities:

Regular and consistent attendance Train and mentor other team members Remove product from trucks in a safe and efficient manner Check temperature of product and report any discrepancies to a supervisor Hand-stack all floor loaded trucks appropriately (labels out, correct ti-hi, no mixed product, etc.) Wrap pallets to ensure stability and stacked safely for transport to storage Check condition of pallets and exchange where necessary Promptly report damage and all inventory discrepancies to supervisor Coordinate with receivers and reach truck operators to ensure the proper flow of inbound product Handle product properly to minimize damage, turn in complete, legible, accurate paperwork Maintain cleanliness and repair of dock, and facility areas Maintain all food safety, housekeeping and other applicable standards Break down each load accordingly. Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED. College coursework, continuing technical education or comparable business experience preferred Warehouse experience preferred Experience operating Material Handling Equipment preferred (pallet jack, pacer, etc.)

Ability to remain calm and focused while prioritizing requests from multiple sources Accuracy and attention to detail Able to read, write, speak and understand English Ability to read and understand label data Ability to do basic math to ensure proper height and counts per pallet Ability to read small print on packaging and paperwork, with or without corrective lenses Ability to take directions using the headset selection system (such as VoCollect) Ability to accommodate flexible schedules to meet the needs of the customer to include nights, weekends and holidays

Independently lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally Able to sit, stand, walk bend, squat on a frequent to continual basis in a refrigerated warehouse environment

Able to wear and communicate through headsets for long periods of time as required by location

Job Summary

Proofs and bakes all unfinished bakery goods by following each item's product handling information using ovens and/or other equipment. Unpacks bakery goods from the freezer and displays proper amounts based on bakery production chart recommendations, including safe handling and storage instructions. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

• Answers questions and recommends bakery items. Answers Member calls and takes special orders.

• Proofs and bakes all unfinished bakery goods by following each item's product handling information using ovens and/or other equipment. Uses bakery production charts as a guide for production and display needs. Gathers products to be prepared for the next business day.

• Packages freshly baked goods, including cookies, Danish pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, cakes, and other items as needed. Unpacks bakery goods from the freezer and displays proper amounts based on bakery production chart recommendations.

• Decorates special order or case product.

• Rotates and stores bakery products following proper work methods on food safety, food freshness, and product handling policies and procedures.

• Receives, inspects, and stores bakery shipments. Rotates and stores bakery products following food safety, food freshness, and product handling policies and procedures.

• Ensures that all products are fresh and meet company quality standards. Checks for out-of-date products daily and follows salvage and stale product policies and procedures.

• Generates labels and price tickets for bakery goods and performs price check functions when necessary. Ensures all items are accurately priced.

• Cleans and sanitizes equipment, display fixtures, and food surfaces in the bakery, including ovens, cooking utensils, refrigerated cases, display racks, and tables.

• Operates and handles bakery equipment using proper work methods in accordance with safety policies and procedures.

• Maintains all club policies and procedures.

Job Summary

Oversees the club, and directs the work of the overnight team, in the absence of the Night Manager. Qualifications

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

• Provides a high level of customer service to Members. Answers questions and recommends deli items. Answers Member calls and takes special orders.

• Slices, packages, and weighs deli products, including cheeses and meats. Helps Members select the correct products. Samples product to assist in purchasing decisions. Prepares and packages special orders and party trays.

• Receives and inspects deli shipments. Displays, stocks, rotate, and stores deli products following food safety, food freshness, and product handling policies and procedures.

• Ensures that all products are fresh and meet company quality standards. Checks for out-of-date products daily and follows appropriate product salvage policies and procedures.

• Ensures deli cooler shelves and deli display cases have a wide variety of product. Stocks and rotates deli items when necessary.

• Operates and handles deli equipment in accordance with safety policies and procedures.

• Cleans and sanitizes deli equipment and food surfaces throughout the department, including rotisserie ovens, cooking utensils, refrigerated cases, and the deli cooler.

• Ensures scale systems are in working order. Makes sure items are weighed and priced accurately.

• Maintains all club policies and procedures.

• Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.

• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.

Qualifications

• Work experience in a deli department preferred.

• Prior experience operating manual/power slicers and scales preferred.

• Knowledge of deli products preferred.

• At least 18 years of age.

• Ensure the execution of the repack awareness guidelines by inspecting known repack articles.

• Monitor member and visitor traffic entering and exiting the club

• Responds to Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) alarms according to established EAS response procedures.

• Maintains high standards of safety for members and team members.

• Inspects team members, members, and vendors bags, backpacks, briefcases, and lunch boxes as they are leaving the building.

• Processes empty water jug return vouchers to members.

• Maintains all club policies and procedures.

Job Summary

Oversees the club, and directs the work of the overnight team, in the absence of the Night Manager. Qualifications
