Provides members with prompt and courteous service and assistance. Maintains high standards of safety and sanitation for members and team members.
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all areas of the club including the sales floor, offices, restrooms and the outdoor grounds and parking lot.
Gathers and returns carts and flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance. Removes any trash or debris from the parking lot, cart corrals, and exterior of the club.
Ensures that carts are well-stocked at the club entrance.
Verifies that all carts are in working order and clean. Removes carts that are not suitable for use.
Returns new and unused merchandise to the sales floor.
Performs maintenance and cleaning duties including wet and dry mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, carpet extracting, washing glass, emptying trash receptacles and pulling pallets.
Maintains outdoor grounds of club property including cart corrals, sidewalks and outdoor trash receptacles.
Prioritizes maintenance and cleaning responsibilities across the club in an efficient manner.
Operates the floor scrubber, trash compactor and cardboard baler machines in a safe and efficient manner following established safety standards.
Restocks maintenance / cleaning supplies and ensures supply areas on the receiving dock and maintenance closets are clean, neat and organized.
Performs minor and routine building repairs and notifies management when major repairs may be required.
Maintains all club policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
Qualifications
Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
Prior maintenance or janitorial experience preferred, but not required.

Rotates and stores bakery products following proper work methods on food safety, food freshness, and product handling policies and procedures.

Ensures that all products are fresh and meet company quality standards. Checks for out-of-date products daily and follows salvage and stale product policies and procedures.
Generates labels and price tickets for bakery goods and performs price check functions when necessary. Ensures all items are accurately priced.
Cleans and sanitizes equipment, display fixtures, and food surfaces in the bakery, including ovens, cooking utensils, refrigerated cases, display racks, and tables.

Ensures that carts are well-stocked at the club entrance.
Verifies that all carts are in working order and clean. Removes carts that are not suitable for use.
Returns new and unused merchandise to the sales floor.
Performs maintenance and cleaning duties including wet and dry mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, carpet extracting, washing glass, emptying trash receptacles and pulling pallets.
Maintains outdoor grounds of club property including cart corrals, sidewalks and outdoor trash receptacles.
Prioritizes maintenance and cleaning responsibilities across the club in an efficient manner.
Operates the floor scrubber, trash compactor and cardboard baler machines in a safe and efficient manner following established safety standards.
Restocks maintenance / cleaning supplies and ensures supply areas on the receiving dock and maintenance closets are clean, neat and organized.
Performs minor and routine building repairs and notifies management when major repairs may be required.
Maintains all club policies and procedures.

- Processes member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a picklist. Utilizes a handheld scanner device (RF) device to pick orders from the sales floor. Uses handheld scanner device (RF) to verify merchandise. Builds boxes, shrink wraps packages, moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
- Communicates problems with inventory and/or equipment and communicates expired or short-dated items included on pick list. - Communicates with club team when merchandise needs to be replenished. - Works with team to have merchandise pulled from reserve area, when possible, to avoid sales floor replenishment. - Ensures all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet all productivity requirements. Packages freshly baked goods, including cookies, Danish pastries, muffins, rolls, breads, pies, cakes, and other items as needed. Unpacks bakery goods from the freezer and displays proper amounts based on bakery production chart recommendations.
Decorates special order or case product.
Rotates and stores bakery products following proper work methods on food safety, food freshness, and product handling policies and procedures.
Receives, inspects, and stores bakery shipments. Rotates and stores bakery products following food safety, food freshness, and product handling policies and procedures.
Ensures that all products are fresh and meet company quality standards. Checks for out-of-date products daily and follows salvage and stale product policies and procedures.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Properly researches and annotates receiving reports including, but not limited to, direct-to-club reports and negative-on-hand reports.
Supports processing and organization of files, receipts and outbound shipment paperwork.
Maintains dock security, conducts bag checks, monitors flow of team members and visitors in and out of receiving and secure areas.
Ensure compactors are locked, secured, only used by authorized personnel and that all product has been properly accounted for.
Safely operates a forklift and receives merchandise accurately and according to company process and policy.
Ensures received merchandise is properly stored according to product specifications.
Receives Direct Store Delivery (DSD) loads and processes DSD credits as needed.
Processes reverse logistic information and corporate-office-initiated returns.
Ensures the dock is organized and clean.
Maintains all club policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
Qualifications
Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
Prior forklift experience preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Works proactively with department teams to track, plan, coordinate and execute department inventory counts control county cycles as prescribed by Home Office within assigned deadlines.
Follow count processes and procedures.
Obtains return authorizations from vendors, processes vendor chargebacks, and packages and ships merchandise returns based on vendor return policies.
Maintains the correct stock / inventory status for all damaged, defective, and returned merchandise.
Assesses breakage logs associated with leaking, spoiled and broken merchandise and processes merchandise out of inventory. Processes freezer and dairy damages.
Conducts daily club safety walks in the absence of RTV.
Understands the company's community donation programs and administers salvage and donation merchandise orders.
Executes merchandise protection on designated items.
Reviews daily return reports, processes merchandise recalls, and processes tire and battery returns.
Re-wraps sellable merchandise using proper seal and shrink-wrap packaging guidelines.
Ensures the department is organized and clean. Follows established safety, filing organization, and lock-up standards.
Enters weekly front door recoveries into case management system weekly or as directed by AP Supervisor.
Maintains all club policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
