Job Description
AECOM is currently seeking a Project Manager for a Federal Client in the DC Metro Area. The Design Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for delivering design phase services. This includes defining and reviewing design requirements, fee proposals, and design schedules. They will oversee design project managers, who will manage design phase services from pre-design (including site visits and data collection) through to the completion of design and hand-off to the on-site CM teams before construction begins. The Design Manager will also develop implementation strategies for the design approach, define design requirements, and assist in preparing baselines such as estimates, schedules, and scopes.

Job Description
AECOM is actively seeking a mid-level environmental scientist for employment to be a task leader for a variety of military environmental projects (i.e., Remedial Investigations, Feasibility Studies, and Remedial Actions) within the Federal sector. The successful candidate will have at a minimum a BS in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Geology with a successful work history of environmental investigation and remediation projects in Honolulu.
The candidate must also be able to work as part of a project team comprised of AECOM staff and subcontractors. Flexibility to work on a multitude of diverse projects, a positive attitude, willingness to mentor junior staff, and commitment to workplace health and safety is imperative. Field work may be required including the oversight of subcontractors.
Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to the following:
Project and task management, client interaction, cost estimating, remedial systems design, overseeing implementation/construction of remedial actions, technical report writing, and mentoring.
Qualified candidates must be comfortable with periodic travel.
Flexibility to work on a multitude of diverse projects, a positive attitude, willingness to mentor junior staff, and commitment to workplace health and safety is imperative.
Anticipation of job-related tasks is about a 70/30 percent split between office and fieldwork.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Geology and 2 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of relevant experience and or education.
Valid driver's license.
US Citizen, for access to DoD project sites
Ability to successfully obtain a DBIDs pass to gain access to any required federal military installation site locations

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Manages one or more less complex projects, involving a combination of the following:
Clients with a small or local geographic footprint; OR,
Projects involving limited services provided by a local IE office; OR,

Job Description
The Security Compliance Sr. Manager is responsible for ensuring the organization's compliance with internal cybersecurity policies, SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) requirements, and other relevant regulatory frameworks. This role includes managing the entire compliance lifecycle, from policy development and audit management to exceptions handling and risk assessments. The Security Compliance Sr. Manager will work closely with internal teams, external auditors, and stakeholders to maintain and enhance the organization's security posture.
This position will offer flexibility for hybrid work schedules to include both in-office presence and telecommute/virtual work to be based from either Dallas or Houston, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
SOX Compliance:
Lead and manage all SOX-related IT compliance activities, including scoping, control documentation, testing, and remediation.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate SOX audits, ensuring all IT controls are operating effectively.
Identify, document, and remediate SOX control deficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for SOX compliance.
Perform controls validation for compliance.
Internal Cybersecurity Compliance:
Ensure compliance with internal cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
Conduct regular assessments of the organization's cybersecurity posture, identify gaps, and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
Manage the cybersecurity compliance calendar, ensuring timely completion of compliance tasks, assessments, and audits.
Exceptions Management:
Manage the process for documenting, reviewing, and approving security exceptions.
Assess the risk associated with exceptions, provide recommendations for mitigation, and ensure approved exceptions are tracked and reviewed periodically.
Work closely with IT and business units to ensure that all exceptions are justified, documented, and compliant with company policies.
Audit Management:
Work with Internal Audit team to ensure timely remediation of Action plans associated with Information Technology.
Coordinate with external auditors and internal teams to gather necessary evidence, respond to audit inquiries, and address audit findings.
Develop and implement remediation plans for any identified security and compliance gaps, ensuring timely resolution.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all compliance activities, including policies, procedures, risk assessments, and audit findings.
Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of compliance initiatives, audit results, and risk management activities.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about the latest developments in cybersecurity regulations, standards, and best practices.
Continuously assess and improve the organization's compliance program to adapt to changing regulatory requirements and evolving cyber threats.

Demonstrated experience in managing IT audits and working with auditors.
Proven track record of successfully managing exceptions and remediating compliance issues.
Strong understanding of SOX compliance requirements and IT controls.

The qualified candidate will provide technical expertise and managing environmental tasks for public and private transportation and infrastructure clients throughout our US West Region. AECOM seeks a Social Value Director for the Americas to take the lead on advancing AECOM's approach to social value as part of its Sustainable Legacies (ESG) strategy.

As the Social Value Director, you will play a key role in driving our organization's commitment to both creating positive social impact and fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within our workplace, with our clients and the broader community. You will lead efforts to identify, measure, and maximize our contributions to society while also championing a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across all aspects of our operations.
This leadership position will work alongside other Sustainable Legacies leaders at AECOM, reporting to a member of the ELT. The role will have an internal and external element. Externally, there will be a particular focus on maximizing supplier diversity, developing grass roots partnerships in our major city hubs, teaming with historically underrepresented businesses and prioritizing social impact in the communities we serve, including indigenous communities. The position will be responsible for building a place- and client-focused social value approach, across all Business Lines in the East, West and Canada Regions. AECOM is seeking a Manager, Cyber Security Advisory to support our Corporate Cyber Security team.
This position will offer flexibility for hybrid work schedules to include both in-office presence and telecommute/virtual work to be based from either Dallas or Houston, TX .
Job Description and Role Functions:
Build and mature our Security GRC ecosystem based on industry best practices, including Controls Management, Audit Management, Risk Oversight, Issues & Exceptions Management, Policy Management, etc.
Update security controls, provide support to all stakeholders on security controls and standards and perform and investigate internal and external information security risk and exceptions assessments.
Develop, document, implement, operate, and manage a detailed Project Security Review process to identify, assess and remediate Cybersecurity risks to the organization. This includes but not limited to design, document, socialize, implement, test, operationalize, monitor, and measure the overall process.
Create partnerships and work with other cybersecurity and IT towers to ensure appropriate coverage around security controls. Advise on improvement and maturity of the Cybersecurity program, specifically around GRC.
Work with threat and vulnerability management to ensure technical scan results on compliance-related systems are assessed, reported, and remediated.
Design and conduct thorough cybersecurity assessments of clients' projects, ensuring alignment with industry and AECOM standards and best practices.
Perform comprehensive security reviews, identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate security measures into the project lifecycle.
Assist in security of software applications by managing security testing, code reviews, and working closely with development teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle.
Advisory role in securing cloud environments, including managing cloud security configurations, access controls, and monitoring cloud infrastructure for security issues.
When needed, serve as a trusted cybersecurity advisor to internal and external clients, assisting in defining security strategies, policies, and roadmaps.
Provide expert guidance on security architecture and technology choices, helping clients make informed decisions.
Work with relative Federal team to assess and define security controls/ensure coverage of our federal compliance mandates.
Continued assurance of the specialized environment's compliance and ensuring best practices are shared with our corporate security environment.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute a strategic security roadmap that supports the organization's business objectives while proactively addressing emerging threats.
From a GRC perspective, ensure we remain current on best practices and technical safeguards and act as team's (GRC) technical resource for controls definition, standards, architecture alignment with regulatory requirements, and security assessment.
Assist in designing, implementing, and operating appropriate cybersecurity processes in the selected GRC tool.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree plus at least 8 years of relevant experience in security design/architecture, cloud security risk and controls, security controls assessment/testing/remediation and security risk management or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Strong technical skills but equally comfortable interacting with other teams, functions, and senior cybersecurity leaders
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in implementation and operations of various GRC tools (such as Archer, ServiceNow IRM, AuditBoard)
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Technologies and cloud strategies and security controls.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions to complex security challenges.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications:

Government and commercial security and compliance experience

AECOM seeks a Social Value Director for the Americas to take the lead on advancing AECOM's approach to social value as part of its Sustainable Legacies (ESG) strategy.
This position will offer flexibility for hybrid work schedules, to include both in-office presence and telecommute/virtual work, and can be based from major Metro areas of the US.
As the Social Value Director, you will play a key role in driving our organization's commitment to both creating positive social impact and fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within our workplace, with our clients and the broader community. You will lead efforts to identify, measure, and maximize our contributions to society while also championing a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across all aspects of our operations.
This leadership position will work alongside other Sustainable Legacies leaders at AECOM, reporting to a member of the ELT. The role will have an internal and external element. Externally, there will be a particular focus on maximizing supplier diversity, developing grass roots partnerships in our major city hubs, teaming with historically underrepresented businesses and prioritizing social impact in the communities we serve, including indigenous communities. The position will be responsible for building a place- and client-focused social value approach, across all Business Lines in the East, West and Canada Regions. In addition, the role will build a strong Social Value strategy, implementation plan and governance structure for AECOM's Americas organization. Strategy and Leadership:
