As a Customer Experience/Order Management Specialist (CE/OMS), you will collaborate with the Customer Care Supervisor to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities include coordinating with various teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, serving as the main contact for a portfolio of Epredia's Direct Accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. You will actively monitor order status, address service concerns, participate in customer calls, and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will proactively communicate with strategic accounts regarding product supply challenges and resolve customer-specific issues. This role requires independent work and effective collaboration with customers and internal departments.

What you will do:

  • Enter and update all orders for your portfolio of strategic accounts, with products ranging from IHC, Consumables, Instruments, Etc.

  • Assist our Customer Experience Specialist and be a backup for their portfolio of accounts

  • Review your accounts and order books on a daily basis, ensuring that upcoming production is scheduled to support future needs.

  • Maintain accurate, organized customer files, including documentation of key contacts, important verbal discussions, account communication preferences, issues, and customer requests throughout the order, pick, pack, ship process.

  • Proactively communicate any upcoming challenges/disruptions and align on a mutually beneficial plan to address while ensuring adequate coverage of the customer's business, anticipating their needs in a way that seeks to eliminate any need for your account(s) to contact us with questions, aside from placing new orders.

  • Enter all needed customer complaints and product returns.

  • Investigate overdue and damaged shipments or shortages in shipments already received..

  • Analyze and resolve customer concerns using established procedures. Examine pertinent information to determine the validity of customer complaints.

  • Responsible for product knowledge, keeping informed of current merchandise..

  • Analyze the open order report and collaborate with Materials/MFG/Customer Care/Sales and other departments to ensure that orders are shipped out on time.

  • Identify the root cause of past due items and help to drive solutions through PSP and action plans .

Skills you will need:

  • Minimum of 3 years related experience

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Customer service experience

  • Experience coordinating and facilitating several small projects and/or one major project is preferred

  • Experience working with suppliers and/or customers.

  • Excellent computer skills, particularly spreadsheets/graphical software tools (e.g. Excel).

  • General knowledge of manufacturing process

Position Summary: The Pricing Manager will lead a team of two pricing analysts and work with the Regional Finance Support to drive and measure price attainment globally. Will collaborate with the sales teams and the manufacturing sites to maintain accurate pricing and rebates, as well as provide pricing analytics to ensure we and our customers are compliant with our contracts. This includes maintaining and enforcing regional Approval Authority Matrix for price discounting, resolving price discrepancies and ensuring customers are priced appropriately per our GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) agreements and / or any other pricing agreements that are active. The Pricing Manager will plan and execute the annual price roll, with the support of the Regional Finance Support.This individual will also be responsible for working with Global Marketing, Regional Leaders and Regional Finance Support to drive price attainment metrics, provide price recommendations for existing and new product launches, and advise on profit improvement initiatives from a pricing perspective.   • Manage a team of pricing analysis

  • Develop processes to enforce regional AAM's with assistance from the Regional Finance Support

  • Letters of commitment

  • Consumable usage agreements

  • Leasing agreements

  • Monthly pricing metrics including Price Attainment and Win Rate Analysis

  • Perform audits of pricing in comparison to volume purchased

  • Special projects as required

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business and 4+ years' of pricing management experience

  • Advance pricing experience - what if analysis and impact analysis

  • Proven analysis, presentation, and communication skills that enable decision making

  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data

  • Accuracy and consistency in reporting data for business needs

  • Advanced Excel Skills (pivot tables)

W hether a routine maintenance call or troubleshooting a problem and finding solutions, our Field Service Engineers play a leading role in supporting the onsite technical needs of Epredia customers. What will you do?

  • Provide world class service to our customers by performing preventative and corrective. maintenance for Epredia instrumentation, as well as product installations and training as needed

  • Use expert troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues on a variety of electro-mechanical instruments.

  • Manage service call scheduling, parts inventory and other administrative necessities.

  • Build trust based relationships with our customers.

  • Interact with and provide feedback to internal stakeholders including technical support teams, Manufacturing and Sales.

  • Prepare periodic reports to management including compilations of customer complaints, trend analyses, and suggestions for improvement.

  • Represent Epredia in a positive, professional manner in all dealings with customers, both external and internal.

Skills you need for the role:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in biomedical engineering or other scientific degree.

  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve problems on electronic and mechanical instrumentation in a scientific laboratory environment.

  • Ability to read, interpret and analyze schematics, assembly drawings and wiring diagrams.

  • Experience with Laboratory Information Systems/networking instrumentation preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, self-motivated and an effective team player.

  • Must possess basic software skills and computer literacy.

  • Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50lbs.

SUMMARY

This position investigates consumable product customer complaints, providing a key interface between Customer/Technical Services and the QA/Operations/Engineering complaint investigation teams. This position takes responsibility for the tracking & trending of medical device/instrument based customer complaints and the provision of data, charts and reports for management review.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initial QA review of a consumable product customer complaints and requesting initial follow up information/facts from Customer/Technical Services or the Distributor as required

  • Own customer complaint handling process, including performing initial assessments to determine potential reportability

  • Responsible for the maintenance of data and reporting of key trends in the electronic complaint handling system

  • Train appropriate individuals in the proper use of the electronic complaint management system

  • Drive and monitor the progress of complaint handling and investigations, and work with applicable individuals and departments to ensure complaint handling time requirements are met

  • Track trending complaints and preparing complaint analysis reports, highlighting any adverse trends

  • Highlight any potential reportable events to QA and/or RA Management as soon as possible as per the Medical Device Reporting/Vigilance procedures

  • Prepare & present data/reports regarding complaint metrics for submission to Site, Divisional and Corporate Management Review

  • Plan & perform nonconformance investigations when required--may include coordinating the return of product involved in investigations back to the supplier for further investigation

  • Contribute to the continual quality & reliability improvement products

  • Support internal and external audits

  • Ensure policies, procedures and practices are in compliance with global quality & regulatory requirements and meet the needs of customers & Quality Policy

  • Support the quality system and quality policy as directed by QA management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's Degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience required

  • Knowledge of quality systems or 3+ years of experience in a quality management system

  • Working knowledge of quality systems (ISO 13485, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, FDA 21CFR820)

  • Experience working with FDA regulated products (Medical Device/IVDR preferred) (pharmaceutical or dietary supplement experience is acceptable)

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance is required

Position Summary:

The Service Inventory Coordinator works directly with the instrumentation and spare part logistic process, providing a key interface between Service, Distribution, and the QA complaint investigation teams. This position takes responsibility and ownership for managing and the coordination of Spare Parts, Customer, Demo, Loaner, and both New and Used Equipment. Tasks include shipping, receiving, picking, packing, inspection, investigation, and coordination for restocking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor accurate and timely receipt of product into the Instrument warehouse to include but not limited to; demo, loaner, customer, and return equipment.

  • Timely material movement, generating pick slips, physically putting together shipments, processing shipping documentation and entering inventory transfers in the JDE system

  • Responsible for the coordination of return parts and instruments involved in investigations back to the factory for further investigation.

  • Involved with the tracking and return of all RGA Instrumentation, to include proper decontamination paperwork.

  • Involved with the coordination of demo/ loaner requests from the Sales team, monitoring success rates, instrument availability, and instrument demands.

  • Involved with the tracking and coordination of Slidemate inventory; this includes the shipping and monitoring of Slidemate returns.

  • Where applicable, responsible for training appropriate individuals in the proper use of the electronic complaint management system.

  • Responsible for contributing to the continual quality & reliability improvement of APD products and services.

  • Ensuring policies, procedures and practices are in compliance with global quality & regulatory requirements and meet the needs of our customers & Quality Policy.

  • Responsible for performing tasks to support the quality system and quality policy as directed by Service and QA/RA management.

The Customer Service Representative works in conjunction with the Customer Care Manager to insure customer satisfaction and the execution of "Best Practices" within Customer Care. The Buyer II is responsible for purchasing activities associated with assigned commodities from internal and external suppliers. Will develop and implement business strategies impacting supply chain consolidation, cost reduction, quality improvement as well as supplier assessment and associated scorecard activities. Forecast, plan, prepare and control materials requirements and purchases. Support the continuous flow and delivery of assigned commodities per requirements as assigned by the MPS/MRP messaging system and/or specific sales and service requirements utilizing JIT, VOMI, VMI strategies as required.- Issue, update, and maintain purchase orders based on ERP system requirements taking into account supplier constraints- Manage supplier relationships to develop, implement, and track programs for improving supplier quality, delivery performance, total cost of ownership and payment terms.- Review MPS daily and resolve any exceptions. Update the ERP system with real-time data to allow planning/scheduling and manufacturing visibility into interruptions in material availability- Issue, update, and maintain purchase orders based on ERP system requirements taking into account supplier constraints- Manage supplier relationships to develop, implement, and track programs for improving supplier quality, delivery performance, total cost of ownership and payment terms.- Review MPS daily and resolve any exceptions. Update the ERP system with real-time data to allow planning/scheduling and manufacturing visibility into interruptions in material availability- Clearly communicate possible obstacles and constraints to the necessary personnel to maximize efficiencies.- Maintain vendor metric performance including, but not limited to, vendor score cards, on-time delivery, and delta P (pricing variances)- Work cross functionally to resolve inventory, production, and supplier return issues as they arise- Maintain accuracy of the ERP supplier data and costing elements- Maintain extensive product and commodity knowledge for the assigned product segments, including, but not limited to, market conditions, technical acumen, global opportunities, obsolescence, strategic opportunities and pricing- Use analytical skills to participate in various practical process improvement projects and lead projects as required Qualifications + Bachelors level degree in business, supply chain management, or related discipline + ISM and/or APICS designation is preferred + Two plus years in purchasing or materials management experience preferred + Prior experience with low cost region suppliers is preferred.
