Job Description

$23.00 per hour _SUMMARY:_ Local routes and deliveries. First shift Monday - Friday. Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions. Paid holidays The individual in this position will be responsible for operating CDL required fleet vehicles, truck mounted forklifts and warehouse forklifts. Components of this position include working with warehouse staff along with following DOT and company safety policies. _KEY RESPONSIBILITIES DRIVER-WAREHOUSE EXECUTION:_ * Ensures delivery vehicles and equipment is operated safely and efficiently * Maintain accurate delivery logs and follows DOT regulations and company safety policies * Completes required paperwork and provides to the appropriate department * Responsible for accurate material handling practices to ensure customer satisfaction * Assists in day to day functions of warehouse execution while following 5S practices * Operate in a safe manner and maintain a safe work environment _KEY RESPONSIBILITIES DELIVERY:_ * Ensures all daily check lists and paperwork is completed to maintain clean and safe delivery vehicles/equipment * Monitoring and ensuring all load securement policies are being followed for safe and accurate deliveries on site * Communicating with both supply center staff and customers to provide on time delivery * Provide industry leading customer service when conducting both residential and commercial job site deliveries _PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:_ * Lift or move up to 100 lbs. * Standing frequently * Walking frequently * Talking frequently * Hearing frequently * Usage of hands and fingers * Reaching with hands and arms * Stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling occasionally * Ability to operate material handling equipment *EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:* * Commercial Driver's License - Class B * High School diploma or general education degree (GED) * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals * Delivery Experience * Basic Warehouse/Wholesale Operations * Safety policies and processes All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Reporting to the ISS Manager the Project Manager is responsible for the generation of full quantity project management estimates to include the requisite materials and labor to satisfy the job scope. This position covers the Sacramento, CA and surrounding territory (about a 50-mile radius). * Estimating methods include, but are not limited to, field measurements and blueprints via cutting-edge takeoff software, training provided. * Interface with ASC sales people to identify the job requirements, specified products, and scopes of work. * Identify, screen and manage a subcontracted labor force that meets the corporate guidelines for job site deployment. * Manage contract fulfillment in the field to the required levels of expectation. * Cost containment responsibilities in regards to labor and materials consumption, overruns and shortages. * Identification of potential areas of conflict between product specification, and scope of work. * Duties may extend to full proposal generation once proficiency is reached in the aforementioned primary duties. * Windows and siding experience is highly preferred! * Must be a self motivated professional with a fluent understanding of the exterior construction process. * Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and scopes. * Must have strong knowledge of window/siding quality control and construction safety compliance. * Working understanding of product specification terminology. * Ability to communicate with sub-contractor base all the way up to senior leadership. * Special focus in exterior claddings and windows is a plus. * Ability to meet deadlines, communicate questions and concerns and search for creative solutions when needed. * Have a working understanding of digital estimating software, or be able to learn quickly. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. * Must meet all other corporate hiring requirements.
