  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Job Summary

As part of the workforce management team, you'll leverage data to help optimize staffing to maximize service levels across the contact centers. You will collaborate with leadership and operations to ensure we have adequate staffing and plans in place to identify service gaps and provide solutions. You will be responsible to develop and maintain short and long-term forecast for all contact types. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide reporting focused on forecasts, capacity planning, shrinkage review, and service level results

- Analyze intraday and historical performance of call volume, average handle time, calls per hour, and agent productivity and respond/plan appropriately to achieve operational service goals

- Analyze schedules and performance productivity reports to recommend training, time off, and overtime - Communicate necessary adjustments to staffing based on changes in forecasts

- Track and recommend ways to optimize staff efficiency

- Manage the back-end administration for the WFM system and identify any gaps or new functionality

- Create documentation and training guides for the WFM system as it pertains to policies and procedures

- Collaborate with internal customers to identify opportunities to improve resource utilization and to achieve service goals

- Assist Leadership and WFM staff in a range of assignments and projects including ad hoc requests

- Identify contact volume and average handle time trends on an intraday, weekly, monthly, basis Establish and maintain communication channels regarding events that impact contact center performance and workload

Ideal Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree

- 5+ years WFM experience analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing complex contact center data

- Proficient with reporting tools such as Tableau, CMS and WFM software such as NICE CXone, Genesys, Verint or Pipkins- to create complex report, manage forecasts, and analyze data

- Knowledge in call flow technologies and strategies

The Senior Planning Manager role within the Revenue Management & Planning team is responsible for a range of duties related to commercial performance tracking and management. The Aspen Consult Technique (ACT) Coach will be responsible for the ongoing development, coaching, and motivation of Office Managers and Operations Leaders as it relates to the consult process and sales throughout their designated territory. This individual will work closely with their aligned Regional Manager and Territory Director to identify locations and topics of focus, implement targeted coaching to address areas of opportunity, and drive sales performance across Aspen's core service lines. Additionally, the ACT coach will drive performance by supporting and partnering with clinicians throughout the network, coaching on patient education, treatment plan presentation, and other topics of strategic value.

ACT coaches are responsible for coaching and modeling successful sales techniques through compelling interactions that result in maximizing Operations Manager and Operations Leader effectiveness and driving treatment plan acceptance, treatment plan value, and a positive patient experience in their designated territory.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Develops Operations Managers/Leaders by orienting to sales process, building coaching plans, providing strategic resources and assistance, and conducting effective in-field visits.

  • Determines coaching needs by monitoring KPIs, traveling in-territory, observing consults, and conferring with Regional Manager and Territory Director as a strategic partner.

  • Delivers targeted coaching to doctors and OMs designed to drive results and address specific areas of opportunity for individual personnel within territory.

  • Reviews recorded consults weekly and provides formal feedback to Doctors and OMs.

  • Iterates on approach and technique and shares best practices with peers to grow holistic program effectiveness.

  • Develops personal skill set by completing training and continuing education as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 5+ years of previous sales or training experience, preferably in dental industry

  • Ability to influence performance without a direct reporting relationship

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 80%

  • Ability to demonstrate and teach sales process, deliver targeted and pertinent coaching

  • Aptitude for training, performance management, giving feedback, and motivating others

Base salary range: $65-90k (DOE) with additional monthly bonus opportunity

Travel expectation is within given region, overnight or outside travel up to 20%

How You'll Make a Difference:

As a Dental Assistant , you will help support the clinical needs of the practice's patients and doctors. You will have the support and training you need to maximize your career potential and help make a difference in your community one smile at a time.

  • Assist during a variety of treatment procedures

  • Take dental x-rays

  • Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment

  • Execute patient handoffs and monitors patient flow within the practice

  • Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment

  • Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health

  • Complete denture soft relines and manufacture temporary crowns

  • Perform quality impressions and bite registrations

  • Perform digital intraoral scans

  • Support patient charting for doctors

  • Perform various office tasks as necessary

  • Collaborate with practice team to ensure optimum patient satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds

  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Active license, registration, or permit as required by the state of practice; including x-ray certification if required
