In the role of Kitchen Utility Worker you will help serve meals and clear/wash dishes from residents' tables following Holiday procedures.
Prepare, wash and store dishes following Holiday procedures. Also includes cleaning the dishwashing area, food- serving areas and equipment, dining room tables and chairs and vacuum and clean the dining room area. Complete dishwasher temperature log at required times.
Assist in the setup of serving carts for each meal, to include preparing water carafes and distribute to each table, serve hot cereal at breakfast and bread at dinner, help serve meals to residents tables and deliver trays to residents' rooms when necessary
Assist with food preparation as assigned and work as part of the Food Services team to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the kitchen.
As needed assist with putting away deliveries, set dining tables for next meal,

At Holiday, we are serious about helping seniors enjoy a well-earned retirement. In the role of Housekeeper, you will be responsible to maintain Holiday Community interior, including residents' apartments, in a clean and sanitary fashion and in a courteous and friendly manner.
Provide general housekeeping for both the Community as a whole and individual resident apartments. This includes, but is not limited to: vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning the main entry way, common areas, dining room, hallways, patios, and resident apartments.
Resident apartments also include cleaning and defrosting refrigerators (as needed), cleaning and check of heat system filters, etc., changing the bed and linens and making sure adequate linen supplies are in each apartment. Turning mattresses (with assistance) as necessary and emptying waste baskets.
Provide deep cleaning of apartments as needed. Pay special attention to the main entry area, with focus on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows and light fixtures.
Launder all linens by washing and drying in the laundry facilities provided.
Follow Holiday's sanitation and safety procedures. Details regarding the housekeeper's cleaning responsibilities can be found in the Holiday Retirement Community Care Guidelines.
Complete weekly and monthly inventories of cleaning supplies, chemicals, toilet paper, linen and other items.
When needed spot check rooms using the housekeeping evaluation checklist with assistance of the general manager.
Help support the community leadership team when speaking with staff and residents.

The Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the organization's LMS and completes duties including, but not limited to, responding to and troubleshooting Help Desk tickets, LMS design, development, implementation, data governance, and system administration. The LMS Coordinator successfully handles multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, supporting the goal of furthering the Training team's reach and success by leveraging the power of the LMS.
Identify, research, and resolve user questions and issues received through the Help Desk system.
Assist with administrating the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading learning materials and assessments, creating course catalogs and evaluations, and producing reports as requested.
Assist with system launch, updates, and integrating tools.
Prepare reports that measure curriculum completion and compliance.
Maintain user profiles, manage learning assignments, apply rules, administer notifications, and distribute reporting data.
Assist with the development of LMS training and support materials (job aides, user guides, FAQs, etc.) that enhance the user experience.
Assist with developing LMS reporting analytics, dashboards, and views into data systems that drive operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize LMS utilization - ensure consistency in data input, maintain training platforms, security, learning records, historical training data, eLearning deployment, electronic surveys and assessments, and reporting on course activities.
Serve as a system coordinator, team player, and change agent for the utilization and growth of the LMS and for the support of using best practices in course delivery.
Assist with system and user administration tasks on the LMS.
Configure and maintain multiple LMS portal settings and dashboards as assigned.
May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
High school diploma required. Associate's degree or certificate preferred.
Two (2) or more years of work experience in an administrative role preferred.
Prefer a minimum of one (1) year of experience with learning systems administration; experience with system upgrades and enhancement implementation, technical troubleshooting, and system integrations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and
Able to learn and navigate new software quickly, with a strong thirst for knowledge.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a position that requires strong organizational skills and constant deadlines.
Experience independently and proactively problem-solving and resolving issues.
