What is the Impact of a Meat & Seafood Sales Associate?
The Meat & Seafood Sales Associate is the face of Acosta for both the retailer and the client. You will directly impact sales and profits by continuously engaging with customers ensuring their experience in the fresh meat and seafood area is positive and they have confidence in their eating experience when preparing at home.
Responsibilities
What will you do?
Maintain current knowledge of products we sell. Ensuring the highest standard of quality assurance.
Drive sales by becoming a product expert and sharing knowledge with customers to best represent our products .
Create solutions for our customer base through suggestive selling , cross selling , & upselling . Pairing items together for our customers.
Adhere to proper fresh food handling
Assist in any merchandising needed for our products. This can include rotating stock, cleaning & maintain displays, pricing, checking date codes, required audits, and ensuring adherence to approved plan-o-gram.
Adhere to proper fresh food handling
Identify product needed and confirm orders are placed for the respective areas covered.

As a highly motivated and results-driven multi-unit Wireless Sales Manager, you will recruit, lead, and motivate a team of experienced Wireless Sales Pros to achieve sales and business targets in multiple retail locations. Recruits, leads, coaches, guides, mentors, develops and manages a team of Wireless Sales Pros.
Inspires and motivates the teams to achieve assigned sales and reporting targets.
Responsible and accountable to store sales and operational performance.

Leads and executes recruiting efforts to maintain required staffing levels of top-quality talent in all assigned locations.

Essential Functions:
Read and follow a plan-o-gram to effectively complete reset and remodel work. Have a working knowledge of merchandising and retail terminology
Perform duties such as moving and cleaning shelves, installing new racks and shelves, displaying merchandise properly, placing shelf strips and attaching tags properly, checking date codes and plan-o-gram integrity, and processing pack-outs, restocks and reorders as necessary
Partner with store personnel and co-workers to achieve and maintain merchandising excellence, discuss changes, and build an effective working relationship
Effectively and accurately prepare, process, submit, and manage documentation related to assigned reset and remodel work.
Perform job safely by demonstrating full awareness of his/her surroundings. Utilize proper safety techniques and equipment use when necessary. Be proactive in alerting management to any unsafe act or condition to prevent injuries
Understand and follow all Acosta Policies and standard operating procedures

Qualifications
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Some experience may be substituted for some of the above education. Work Experience Requirements:
1+ year's Customer Service experience preferred. Prior sales agent, retail and reset responsibility experience preferred
Possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with business partners
Comfortable utilizing Technology (i.e., smartphones, computer, copier/fax, and handheld devices)
Strong demonstration of the following core competencies:

Overview
Focusing on the Hispanic market, the Outside Sales Rep - Bilingual calls on independent bodegas to sell our products, present and get new items authorized, sell in promos, some merchandising. Follows our monthly priorities from the business managers for each client. Enter turnover orders for all bodegas visited so they can be forwarded to our distributors to be delivered. Coordinate all store events such as anniversary sales, demos, new store openings, remodel expansions, etc with Unit Manager - Bilingual.
Responsibilities
Visit the assigned bodegas in the territory monthly.
Present new items for our clients and secure orders for same.
Present promotional activity to store buyers and secure orders and if possible off shelf displays.
Plan ahead with buyers up to three months on promos.
Access distribution on existing items to be sure they are being carried.
Assist in any merchandising needed for our products.
At home after the visit - enter the orders taken into our turnover order system and transmit to the office for delivery of the product by the distributors.
Work with the store on all special projects such as demos, trade events, remodels, new store openings, etc.
Maintain current knowledge of products we sell and new items.
Maintain a rapport with regional managers of our clients.
Keep all informed of issues with stores, competitive activity, trends etc.
Maintain full distribution and display of products in assigned accounts.
Rotate stock, clean and stock display and price merchandise as appropriate.
Perform such duties as checking date codes, ensuring adherence to approved plan-o-gram.
Must be able to read, write and negotiate contracts in Spanish.

Five years prior retail experience required (CPG preferred).

The Google Tech Team Lead will coach the Tech Specialists and ensure customers are supported in efficient/appropriate manner, serve as management support. The Team Lead will be expected to support the Tech Specialists by training, motivating, and coaching to create a world-class consumer experience. Team Leads will serve as support for customer escalations, working to effectively and professionally resolve issues, also utilizing those skills to mentor employees on handling escalations. The Team Lead must also have an extensive knowledge of brand products and services in order to effectively empower the associates to drive an interactive consumer experience by promoting the latest brand mobile devices, phones, tablets, wearables, and accessories. They will lead the way in delivering a transformational experience in-store by recommending product and service solutions to fit their needs. The Team Lead will work closely with all brand and agency management, as well as associates within the store, to build and maintain strong relationships, maintain morale, while providing the absolute best consumer experience.
Essential Functions of this Position
Assess customer support needs, troubleshoot or diagnose issues and thoroughly explain potential solutions to all knowledge levels including soft pass off to alternative support solutions.
Provide assistance for customer product post-sale set up support.
Manage customer queues, prioritize resources and resolve customer escalations in a fast-paced environment.
Identify, document and escalate potential product issues to internal team.
Contribute to environment of collaboration and support through personal accountability and effective communication with supervisors and peers.
Collaborate with repair team to set appropriate expectations for clients and return customer product as quickly as possible.
Prepare new product for launches and execute visual merchandising when required.
Meet & greet customers, assist with sales and complete transactions when necessary .
Supervise personnel to:
Meet and exceed assigned goals for: consumer experience and reputation, sales and service, revenue and productivity
Consistently demonstrate excellent interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills
Create a work environment where motivated people can excel, exceeding daily ownership goals
Oversee floor experience - act as floor leader to ensure consumers receive a radically helpful experience
Own consumer coordination and welcome process
Support team and assist with consumer interactions and transactions
Coach associates on opportunities with consumer interactions, recognize positive performance and hold associates accountable for poor performance
Management and Development:
Inspire and engage associates by motivating team to succeed
Promote passion, pride and commitment
Lead by example and serve as a resource for product knowledge

Coach to all competences (Kornferry) to ensure consistency of expectations within location
Improve associate engagement through appropriate behaviors and actions
Observe and coach associates to provide feedback around consumer experience technique effectiveness and providing excellent consumer service
Product Launches:
Partner with management and other appropriate parties to successfully launch new products, services and processes and to review staffing forecast plan
Actively inspect post-launch and drive improved results with best practices
Inspect that associates are properly trained on new products and promotions to demonstrate and discuss with confidence
Report concerns with associates' knowledge and/or behavior, and provide additional coaching and/or discipline as appropriate
Coordinate with security, facilities and space management to ensure smooth product launch-day execution including operations, staffing and scheduling
Responsible for activity in space at all times
Employ scheduling tool to properly staff and meet business needs, training and special events such as product launches.
Compliance:
Drive compliance of procedures and policies
Ensure timely completion of required training to empower personnel to succeed
Implement, execute, and inspect existing and new retail programs, tools, and training
Responsible for ensuring the training for associates to ensure they have the appropriate level of system/tool access for their roles and responsibilities.
Other:
Manage 6-8 MOD segments per week
Report fraudulent activity to security
Continuously display high integrity
Develop strategic perspective and champion change
Inspire others to high performance through collaboration and teamwork
Utilize professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues
Capture initiative and strive for results
Assist management in assigning the following: breaks, opening/closing tasks, & holding team accountable to their attendance

Qualifications
3 years' sales/consumer service experience in a retail environment, preferably for hi-tech /consumer electronics
1-3 years' previous leadership experience in the telecommunications or consumer service-related industry
Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Experience working with any of the larger consumer electronics stores technology.
Demonstrates passion for leading edge technology and product solutions.
Possess strong written and verbal communication, and working knowledge of G-Suite
Have a strong working knowledge of standard operating procedures
Experience conducting coaching and positive reinforcement.
Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards
Ability to motivate team
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Work with associates to elevate skills and performance, providing coaching on opportunities for improvement
Maintain knowledge of all brand products - complete training and support associates with required training on current and upcoming products.

You will provide a high level of support for the implementation of Category Management and other related business insights initiatives.
As an integral part of the team, you will create category-centric selling stories , provide analytical support to answer business questions, or understand the impact of category management-driven decisions on the business.
You will also manage multiple requests, projects, and reporting routines by taking a proactive approach to thought leadership with the client.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
Analyze data to develop insights-based analysis /projects with recommendations focused on strategies and objectives
Experience using technical software: IRI, Nielsen - A MUST
Participate in the category review process working with other cross-functional teams to provide complete category management solutions.
Independently develop and maintain client-specific reporting that measures performance against strategies and objectives.
Work closely and often with assigned clients and business managers by setting up regular meetings to become a trusted advisor
Build solid sales presentations using syndicated , panel, basket, shopper and other sources of data that provide solutions and recommendations to address business issues.
Maintain connectivity with clients to ensure understanding of KPI's, innovation, and other important information.
Provide follow up and summarize results; Submit success stories
Attend sales calls
Qualifications
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Category Management Certification Preferred
Related work experience can be substituted for educational requirement

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
Must be able to demonstrate an advanced degree of proficiency in Windows and related software applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, VB, advanced macros. Knowledge of Power BI would be a strong asset.
Must have experience with syndicated data and/or space management tools.Identifies and leverages relevant data to diagnose situations and identify potential solutions
Able to effectively and independently conduct data mining utilizing CPG math concepts and tools.
Communicates clearly and effectively while understanding and adapting to audience.
Independently manages project plans and assumes responsibility for tracking, communication and timing.
Able to recognize problems and issues and identify info needed to diagnose.
Demonstrates drive to meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external stakeholders
Able to execute strategic objectives and provide input as needed to keep priorities on track.
