The lead's schedule is M-Th 6am-4:30pm (four 10 hour days). The leads are liaisons between store managers and the field. They also complete resets, installs, stock as well as remove and set up displays. There is also a new Milestone Bonus where you are eligible for a $500 bonus after 30 days of employment.

Perform duties such as moving and cleaning shelves, displaying merchandise properly, placing shelf strips and attaching tags appropriately, checking date codes and plan-o-gram integrity, and processing pack-outs and restocks as necessary.

Qualifications

Perform job safely by demonstrating full awareness of his/her surroundings. Utilize proper safety techniques and equipment use when necessary. Be proactive in alerting management to any unsafe act or condition to prevent injuries.
You can carry 20 pounds and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
You have a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable access to transportation. Acosta does provide mileage reimbursement!

Qualifications

Assist in gathering and moving materials, supplies, fixtures, and equipment necessary for the assigned project work.
Effectively and accurately work with web-based applications to indicate work availability, receive work documentation and information, manage time and milage (which is reimbursed!).
Perform job safely by demonstrating full awareness of his/her surroundings. Utilize proper safety techniques and equipment use when necessary. Be proactive in alerting management to any unsafe act or condition to prevent injuries.
You can carry 20 pounds and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
You have a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable access to transportation. Acosta does provide mileage reimbursement!

Qualifications

The Field Sales Representative is primarily responsible for making a significant positive impact on sales, brand distribution and improving the in-store consumer buying experience through effective sales training, relationship development and merchandising activities.
The Field Representative Will:
Make a significant positive impact on sales and improving the consumer buying experience
Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of all client products & services (subject matter expert) to educate in-store personnel through effective sales training including demonstrations, role play and side-by-side selling
Build strong professional relationships with all in-store personnel and client vendors/partners
Expand brand presence through effective and creative merchandising, maintain brand image and planogram compliance at defined locations
Identify sales barriers/challenges - problem solve at store level and escalate unresolved issues through proper channels
Gather and report on competitive intelligence including, but not limited to: sales tactics, price moves, promotions, new products, merchandising materials, compensation and store support
Sell-in additional brands at existing locations and grow distribution through new business development
Complete call reports, administrative tasks, and on-going personal training accurately and in a timely manner, meeting all deadlines
Attend and support special events such as rallies, launches, new store openings, meetings

Qualifications
1 - 3 years of sales and/or training experience in the wireless industry
Experience with wireless carriers and consumer electronics
Proven experience in data reporting and analysis preferred
Thorough working knowledge of Android, iOS, Windows, and Microsoft Office
Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills - effective in one-on-one and group settings
Works well independently as a motivated, energetic and enthusiastic team player
Persuasive, outgoing, friendly, confident - relationship builder
Meticulous attention to detail and follow up
Ability to travel on a daily basis within defined local territory, with potential for overnight travel quarterly
Multi-lingual preferred (English, Spanish, other)

Responsibilities:
Why the Retail Merchandiser job? Our Merchandisers: - Work with technology collecting and reporting data from store visits with a company furnished tablet. - Maintain full distribution and display of products in assigned accounts. - Clean; stock; rotate and price merchandise; as appropriate. - Perform audits such as checking date codes and ensuring adherence to approved plan-o-gram integrity. - Follow store policies and procedures while being an expert for the clients you represent. - Consult with management in a timely manner; meet objectives and goals as assigned; and report store level observations related to client product and Customer needs. - Are the advocate for the client through sales opportunities and shelf work through building relationships through stores and...- So much more!
Qualifications:
Why you? Qualifications: - Have a High School Diploma or GED.- You are experienced; comfortable; and able to utilize technology (i.e. Smart Phones and handheld devices) to interpret instructions to build displays. - Enjoy being physically active and can lift 60 pounds; stand and walk for long periods of time; and lift and bend to low/high levels in order to reach product. - Experience with a palette jack a plus. - Have a valid driver's license; and have reliable transportation with the ability to drive a car to and from multiple locations throughout your workday. - You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and written with others; read; comprehend; and execute documented instructions. - If you happen to have Retail or Sales experience already; even better!
