The main function of a phlebotomist is to assist in performing various assigned duties, troubleshooting, training and making work flow recommendations.Position

Responsibilities: Experience doing blood draws, labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens, recording maintenance data and decontamination, updating patient information, etc.

Collects and stores specimens according to established procedures.Properly explains in a clear but courteous manner the process of the venipuncture (blood drawing) and or other specimen collection (ex. urine or fecal) as required

Demonstrate technique/s using straight needles and/or butterfly needles.Fully understand all of the physician's' orders.Matches laboratory requisition forms to specimen tubes. Label, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens as required by test order.Check all test requisitions or computer label against script to ensure 100% correct.

Package specimens for transport

Stores specimen sample according to required temperature, places samples in appropriate collection container/ tube, accurately labels, follows different procedures as outlined by specific to protocol deemed necessary for transport to maintain integrity of the specimen.Understand and comply with OSHA and DEP regulations.

Attend annual department trainings.

Answer telephone calls, read laboratory results to satisfy inquiries.Minimum Qualifications:Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed as required in some states

Minimum of 6 months' work experience performing venipunctures in a fast paced lab or hospital setting

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

High School Diploma or GED2-4 years of experience

You will be responsible for coordinating activities associated with Process Quality Engineering activities related to procedures and Quality Systems. Lead the development and improvement of standardized quality systems processes. Assure compliance to design criteria, quality standards, and production requirements for parts and equipment used in aircraft engines.

Key Accountabilities:

• Coordinate with multiple departments to create and revise procedural documentation related to general quality system processes, with focus on manufacturing processes including implementation of process failure modes and effects analysis and measurement system analysis to confirm inspection capability

• Facilitate connection of project teams to quality system, by helping teams to understand quality systems requirements and helping teams to get project data set-up for long-term execution and monitoring

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or applicable work experience

• Advanced understanding of risk analysis techniques, including PFMEA

• Understanding of machining and inspection processes and proven ability to implement and sustain statistical process controls

• Knowledge of AS9100 and AS13100 Quality Standard requirements

• Knowledge of 14CFR Part 21 and Part 145 requirements, preferred

• Proven ability with written communication, including technical writing and presentations

Controls Engineer - Louisville, KY - Onsite w/ travel

We are hiring multiple Controls Engineers to support design, development, testing and commissioning for controls systems integration projects all over the US. This team specializes in controls upgrades and integration for airport baggage handling systems and other material handling systems.

This role requires travel 80-100 days out of the year, with heavier travel in the summer and fall. Travel involves a 10 on and 4 days off schedule and tapers off after Thanksgiving, picking up again in late spring . Job Title: Controls EngineerJob Description

This is a contract position from October 28th to May 16th, 2025. You will be part of project 223950, focusing on developing a battery module for customer AVS. Your main task at the beginning of the contract will be to develop offline programming for the machine being developed for assembling battery modules. The current system is divided into zones and operations with multiple PLCs throughout. Your initial goal is to set up these systems to develop offline programs for specified operations. The main controls system is in Logix 5000, and you will work with various brands of I/O, sensors, and safety equipment. Once the offline programming process is complete, you will transition to online programming, debugging on the floor at your assigned station. This includes checking out wiring and starting the debug process for all programs with the equipment. Although an Ignition background is not required, it would be beneficial as it is used for HMIs. You will work within a team of mechanical and other controls engineers. Teamwork is essential, and ideally, you should have 5+ years of experience, with 4 years being the minimum requirement. Experience from any industry is acceptable. The start date of October 28th is firm and crucial for the project's timeline. The work involves average hours, and while there is no travel initially, there may be potential travel to the system's end location in Springboro, OH, after project completion in June/July.

Job Title: Controls EngineerJob Description

• To coordinate all aspects of the PLC Siemens control system, to operate efficiently and effectively to predetermined and agreed standards, and within budgetary constraints and quality standards.

• To undertake a comprehensive training program, to be able to understand every aspect of the Electrical engineering requirements within PLC Siemens.

• To operate the company support systems and ensure they are properly used and maintained. To attend any further training / development courses as required.

• To ensure the plant and equipment is fully operational and meets production requirements 365 days per year.

• To provide support to the manufacturing areas whilst meeting budgetary requirements and within agreed timescales.

• To assist with planning, installation and commissioning equipment as required. To monitor equipment performance.

• To ensure a suitable availability of required essential spare parts, through liaison with the engineering manager and stores manager.

• To assist when requested, with capital project planning and installation.

• To coordinate all control system engineering aspects of Siemens (involving PLC Siemens (Simatic S7-1500), HMI Siemens WinCC, VFD (variable frequency drives: Sinamics, SEW, Lenze) while ensuring compliance with standards and current legislation, are maintained

• To organize the planning, maintenance and modifications of control systems.

• To provide recommendations to improve plant and efficiency, along with cost effectiveness.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Technical hands-on ability relating to automation hardware and software.

• Understanding of PLC control system architecture and field control devices Siemens preferred, but other will be considered.

• Strong understanding of electrical diagrams.

• Online code monitoring, modification and development.

• Experience in automation control system start-ups, loop tuning, troubleshooting.

• Training and certification from Siemens is preferred.

• Programming experience preferably PLC Siemens (Simatic S7-1500), HMI Siemens WinCC, VFD (variable frequency drives: Sinamics, SEW, Lenze).
