Description: Early Stage Transmission Project Manager
- Primary responsibility is to take ownership of and work independently to actively manage a portfolio of assigned Solar projects through the Early-Stage process in preparation for turnover to the Construction team.
- Leverage technical, commercial, and financial expertise to support and guide the broader team towards overall project, business unit, and/or corporate targets.
- Analyze technical and financial data, extrapolate notable variables, indicators, and trends. Proactively investigate, calibrate, and integrate broader market impacts into your portfolio of projects.
- Daily management of each assigned Solar project is all-encompassing. You are wholly responsible for delivering a technically feasibility, schedule appropriate, commercially supported, and financially viable project.
- Serve as development and permitting support, coordinate with and leverage subject matter experts, facilitate Engineering, actively engage in problem resolution, proactively manage your capital budget thru approvals, develop a viable construction plan/schedule, negotiate and execute on commercial contracts, investigate optimization opportunities.
- Support in the creation of, take ownership over, and actively manage not only each individual Solar project capital budget, but balance +/- variances across your portfolio of projects.
- Engage in a variety of software applications to support your activities, manage critical data and deliverables as well as report on key indicators.
- Support the larger Early-Stage team with process, tool, and training initiatives.
- Actively communicate and interface with Executive Leadership, Suppliers, Regulatory Agencies, Local Communities, and other stakeholders.

Description:
The main function of a phlebotomist is to assist in performing various assigned duties, troubleshooting, training and making work flow recommendations.Position
Responsibilities: Experience doing blood draws, labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens, recording maintenance data and decontamination, updating patient information, etc.
Collects and stores specimens according to established procedures.Properly explains in a clear but courteous manner the process of the venipuncture (blood drawing) and or other specimen collection (ex. urine or fecal) as required
Demonstrate technique/s using straight needles and/or butterfly needles.Fully understand all of the physician's' orders.Matches laboratory requisition forms to specimen tubes. Label, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens as required by test order.Check all test requisitions or computer label against script to ensure 100% correct.
Package specimens for transport
Stores specimen sample according to required temperature, places samples in appropriate collection container/ tube, accurately labels, follows different procedures as outlined by specific to protocol deemed necessary for transport to maintain integrity of the specimen.Understand and comply with OSHA and DEP regulations.
Attend annual department trainings.
Answer telephone calls, read laboratory results to satisfy inquiries.Minimum Qualifications:Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed as required in some states
Minimum of 6 months' work experience performing venipunctures in a fast paced lab or hospital setting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
High School Diploma or GED2-4 years of experience

Process Development Support EngineerJob Description
You will be responsible for coordinating activities associated with Process Quality Engineering activities related to procedures and Quality Systems. Lead the development and improvement of standardized quality systems processes. Assure compliance to design criteria, quality standards, and production requirements for parts and equipment used in aircraft engines.
Key Accountabilities:
Coordinate with multiple departments to create and revise procedural documentation related to general quality system processes, with focus on manufacturing processes including implementation of process failure modes and effects analysis and measurement system analysis to confirm inspection capability
Facilitate connection of project teams to quality system, by helping teams to understand quality systems requirements and helping teams to get project data set-up for long-term execution and monitoring
Perform risk assessments to help to prioritize corrective and mitigating actions related to product safety, including execution of PFMEA on existing and emerging processes
Independently perform internal quality system audits and audits of special processes
Special projects as assigned by Quality Management
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, or applicable work experience
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in manufacturing quality role, with aerospace preferred
Advanced understanding of risk analysis techniques, including PFMEA
Understanding of machining and inspection processes and proven ability to implement and sustain statistical process controls
Knowledge of AS9100 and AS13100 Quality Standard requirements
Knowledge of 14CFR Part 21 and Part 145 requirements, preferred

Controls Engineer - Louisville, KY - Onsite w/ travel
We are hiring multiple Controls Engineers to support design, development, testing and commissioning for controls systems integration projects all over the US. This team specializes in controls upgrades and integration for airport baggage handling systems and other material handling systems.
This role requires travel 80-100 days out of the year, with heavier travel in the summer and fall. Travel involves a 10 on and 4 days off schedule and tapers off after Thanksgiving, picking up again in late spring . This is mainly a day shift position but will require some off-shift work to avoid impacting production in the facilities. This role requires you to be local or willing to relocate to Louisville, KY or Dallas, TX. Client it willing to provide relocation assistance for those open to relocating.

Job Description
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in the preparation and dispensing of prescription items, as permitted by the State Board of Pharmacy. Your responsibilities include packaging medications for dispensing and delivery while meeting accuracy and productivity standards. You will label products appropriately, participate in periodic inventory, and may check in drugs and supplies, stock shelves, and remove out-of-date items. Job Description
Answer calls, emails, and other requests from patients and healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals. This is a high-volume role with auto-connected calls. Job Title: Controls EngineerJob Description
This is a contract position from October 28th to May 16th, 2025. You will be part of project 223950, focusing on developing a battery module for customer AVS. Your main task at the beginning of the contract will be to develop offline programming for the machine being developed for assembling battery modules. The current system is divided into zones and operations with multiple PLCs throughout. Your initial goal is to set up these systems to develop offline programs for specified operations. The main controls system is in Logix 5000, and you will work with various brands of I/O, sensors, and safety equipment. Once the offline programming process is complete, you will transition to online programming, debugging on the floor at your assigned station. This includes checking out wiring and starting the debug process for all programs with the equipment. Although an Ignition background is not required, it would be beneficial as it is used for HMIs. Job Description
Responsibilities: Prepare media and buffer solutions. Operate Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP) systems. Assemble and operate filtration systems. Operate general production equipment such as pH and conductivity meters, autoclave, portable mixers, etc. Monitor and record critical process parameters. Complete all relevant paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment to maintain in GMP fashion. Perform sampling using aseptic techniques. Participate on Continuous Improvement Teams. Receive and distribute supplies into production areas as necessary. Train and mentor other team members. Assist in troubleshooting process problems and responding to alarms. May perform other duties as assigned.

Week 2: Tues Off, Wed Off, Thurs 6:30PM-6AM, Fri 6:30PM-6AM, Sat Off, Sun Off
Repeating weeks 1 and 2. Will be working in a cleanroom environment. Must gown up and down each time they enter the manufacturing area.

Job Description
Leading with expertise and dedication, the Mechanical Engineer oversees and coordinates the maintenance and repair activities within the designated area. Responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and safety, this role involves managing and assisting a team of mechanical technicians, scheduling maintenance tasks, and enforcing best practices. The Mechanical Engineer plays a pivotal role in driving productivity, maintaining equipment reliability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the mechanical operations area.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and maintain records of all Mechanical work carried out within their area of responsibility.
Create and implement strategic directions for the reliability and maintenance of plant.
Train and oversee employees, inspect work, assign tasks, drive vehicles, and take disciplinary actions when needed
Create, implement and monitor work processes to achieve business objectives in terms of Operating Asset Utilization.
Maintain Critical Spare parts list and designated inventory.
Determine the need for outside resources.
Respond to mill breakdowns in a timely and effective manner and work closely with different area operators to resolve maintenance related issues.
Investigate root causes of equipment failures and make recommendations for long term fixes.
Help develop preventative maintenance plans.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Master mechanical qualification or time-served mechanical apprenticeship and equivalent experience.
5+ year's experience in an industrial environment e.g. wood processing facility, rawboard production (e.g. continuous particleboard/MDF lines).
8+ year's maintenance/reliability experience in an industrial environment.
Experience implementing best maintenance practices & excellent operations.
Proven ability to read blueprints, CAD drawings, sketches, written instructions and interpret data.
Metric System proficiency.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
