Provide strategic level intelligence analysis of cyber threats, vectors, and actors in support of cyber defense and computer network operations. Advise on the use of forensics, network vulnerability, and malware analysis to conduct both technical analysis of cyber threats and events as well as all-source analysis of cyber threats, their vectors, and capabilities. Provide situational awareness of local, regional, and international cyber threats, including attribution analysis of cyber organizations, programs, capabilities, motivations, and intent to conduct cyberspace operations.
JOURNEYMAN: A Journeyman labor category has 3 to 10 years of experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree. A Journeyman labor category typically performs all functional duties independently.

Physical Requirements of Position: Position will require heavy use of computing systems, PC or laptop. Phone use, Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $106,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Responsibilities:
Conduct, develop, produce, and present programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs, and related or supporting processes, relevant to the various human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities.
Provide research and analysis of existing and emerging threats and vulnerabilities to the Army Commanders and their Staff.
Provide recommendations regarding the management, coordination, and training executed by the Detachment.
Analyze and develop recommendations regarding the Operations Calendar to ensure requirements levied are executable against current tasks to ensure there are no conflicts, and training requirements are synchronized with operations.

The Department of the Air Force 6th Contracting Squadron at MacDill Air Force Base, FL has a continuing requirement for base civil engineering services. This includes base operations support, engineering, management, maintenance and repair of facilities and infrastructure systems, construction management, minor construction, emergency management and response, environmental requirements and programs, real property management; material procurement and management, Civil Engineer (CE) deployment training and management and exercise support.
Primary Responsibilities:
The electrical engineer researches, develops, designs tests, and evaluates electrical components, equipment, and systems, applying principles and techniques of electrical engineering.
Essential Functions:
Designs electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
Designs, and may direct engineering personnel in, fabrication of test control apparatus and equipment, and determines methods, procedures, and conditions for testing products.
Provide design and technical expertise in Electrical engineering. Perform project electrical design tasks including calculations and analysis related to power, lighting, communications, fire alarm system, electronic security, cybersecurity, and CCTV electrical systems.
Prepare construction contract plans, specifications, and cost estimates, and supporting documents.
Use and become familiar with National Electrical Code as well as other engineering codes and industry standards.
Coordinate system designs and equipment with other Engineers and Architects to meet customer needs and ensure projects are properly constructed.
Prepare research, technical reports, and correspondence for project designs and studies
Participate in periodic inspection and evaluation of electrical systems and equipment at existing facilities to examine repair needs, determine costs, and write inspection reports

Position Description :
This position will provide technical leadership, operations, and systems engineering and integration support to the Systems Planning and Technical Leadership Branch (EV71) in support of the Spacecraft Payload Integration & Evolution (SPIE) Lead Systems Engineer (LSE) team, and the SPIE Element Alternate Element Discipline Lead Engineer (EDLE) for Operations.
Responsibilities :
The successful candidate will coordinate and interface with multiple engineering disciplines and system elements to aid in the development of operations and systems engineering activities and products in support of the SPIE Element.
Specific support to be provided and performed includes, but is not limited to:
Serve as a liaison between the SPIE Element Office, the SPIE Chief Engineer, the SPIE Element Lead System Engineer (ELSE), and the SPIE Operations Element Discipline Lead Engineer (EDLE) to coordinate data needs and deliveries.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to aid in the development of systems and operational engineering activities and products to support the SPIE Element design, development, integration, test, and launch efforts.
Provide technical insight of prime contractors' operations engineering and other areas related to the SPIE.
Perform systems engineering assessments of technical documentation including Change Requests (CRs), Requirements Change Notices (RCN), LCC Change Notices (LCN), and Work Authorization Documents (WAD).
Represent the SPIE Ops EDLE at the SPIE Operations Integration Board (OIB), as needed, and develop and present Division and Department level briefings on behalf of the SPIE Ops ELDE.
Define, develop, and evaluate flight and ground systems operational requirements and objectives, mission requirements, supportability design considerations, schedule, and technical risks.
Provide technical leadership and operations engineering on console, to SLS Engineering Support Center operations and sustainment.
Support Verification, Validation, and Acceptance of hardware activities of SPIE element.
Participate in document and milestone reviews to include major milestones, review evaluation planning, and internal products.
Participate in hardware acceptance reviews, acceptance data package reviews, and pedigree reviews as appropriate.

Position Description:
Engineering Services and Science Capability Augmentation (ESSCA) Team Leads serve as first line supervisors and oversee the Task Orders and personnel that support the requirements defined in the ESSCA Performance Work Statement, plus any additional skills that may be required as the ESSCA contract matures. These individuals ensure that high performing people are acquired through disciplined human resources processes. Team Leads also ensure that the employees are appropriately trained, developed, and perform in accordance with current ESSCA policies and standards.
Team Leads are responsible for the proactive management of assigned Task Orders and personnel to ensure effective accomplishment of Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) requirements. The Space Systems Team Lead will support the Marshall Space Flight Center's Environmental Control and Life Support Systems (ECLSS) Branch. Position responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Lead a strong and high performing team of approximately 10-20 team members, to succeed in delighting the government customer and ESSCA management.
- Co-Manage task order for support of MSFC's ECLSS Branch (ES62).

The Control Systems Technician is responsible for the installation, servicing, and repair of environmental control systems in office buildings, production areas, and other industrial type establishments. This role includes the installation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of Direct Digital and Pneumatic Control systems. The technician identifies system malfunctions, diagnoses issues, and performs necessary physical repairs or reprogramming. - Ensure timely notifications are made to responsible individuals and organizations in order to prevent lapses in accreditations (e.g., 30, 60, and 90 day notices).
- Develop and maintain an Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) Plan. This plan shall address ongoing awareness of information security, vulnerabilities, security controls, and threats to support organizational risk management decisions.

The Contractor shall provide technical expertise in applying performance psychology and cognitive enhancement techniques to AMRDEC customers. The Cognitive Training skills are based on sport and performance psychology theory and research. The Contractor shall provide expertise and instruction in, but not limited to: Mental Skills Foundations, Energy Management, Attention Control, Effective Thinking, Goal Setting, Imagery, Enhanced Memory, Sleep and Biorhythms, Team Building, Accelerated Learning, Planning and Prioritization, Motivation, and Leader Philosophy. In order to support and execute requirements the Contractor is preferred to be Master Resilience Trainer certified as referenced in Army Regulations (AR) 350-53.
The Contractor shall provide training based on the established schoolhouse schedule in a combination of classroom didactic training, individual one-on-one training, and field-based application training.
