Responsible for successfully completing the required basic training. Able to perform basic job functions with help from co-workers, specialists and managers on non-basic issues. Must pass the appropriate pre-employment test battery. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Responds to internal and external customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims. Analyzes problems and provides information/solutions. Operates a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; documents information, activities and changes in the database. Thoroughly documents inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis. Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Researches and analyzes data to address operational challenges and customer service issues. Provides external and internal customers with requested information. Under immediate supervision, receives and places follow-up telephone calls / e-mails to answer customer questions that are routine in nature. Uses computerized systems for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting. Outbound calls are conducted in the ZipDrug business area. Business Analyst III

Responsible for providing 24/7 Behavioral Health and Employee Assistance services to up to approximately 10 million lives.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Manages crisis line calls to triage, deescalate, assess, and provide resources to member.

  • Responds to more complex cases and account specific requests.

  • Uses appropriate screening criteria knowledge and clinical judgment to assess member needs.

  • Conducts assessments to identify individual needs and develops specific care plan to address objectives and goals as identified during assessment.

  • Monitors and evaluates effectiveness of care plan and modifies plan as needed.

  • Supports member access to appropriate quality and cost-effective care.

  • Coordinates with internal and external resources to meet identified needs of the members and collaborates with providers.

  • Serves as a resource to other BH Case Mgrs.

  • Participates in cross-functional teams projects and initiatives.

  • Current active unrestricted license such as RN LCSW (as applicable by state law and scope of practice) LMHC LICSW LPC (as allowed by applicable state laws) LMFT LMSW (as allowed by applicable state laws) or Clinical Psychologist to practice as a health professional within the scope of licensure in applicable states or territory of the United States required.

  • Crisis Line experience required

Business Analyst III

The Business Analyst III is responsible for serving as the liaison between the business and IT in translating complex business needs into application software. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the publishing of standard and customized Summary of Benefits and Coverage, Summary of Benefits, and Evidence of Coverage documents.

  • Coordinates implementation of technical solution with business team.

  • Analyzes complex end user needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.

  • Determines specific business application software requirements to address complex business needs.

  • Develops project plans and identifies and coordinates resources, involving those outside the unit.

  • Works with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.

  • Acts as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues.

Business Consultant

The Business Consultant is responsible for translating moderately complex and varied business needs into application software requirements. Possesses full technical knowledge of most phases of systems and business analysis and is able to consider the business implications of the application of technology to current and future business environments.   • Responsible for the publishing of standard and customized Summary of Benefits and Coverage, Summary of Benefits, and Evidence of Coverage documents.

  • Coordinates implementation of technical solution with business team.

  • May lead teams of analysts assigned to complex projects.

  • Determines specific business application software requirements to address complex and varied business needs.

  • Analyzes and designs solutions to address complex and varied business needs.

  • Consults with business partners concerning application and implementation of technology.
