Overview:

Coordinates components of the data program within an assigned area of the Bank, carrying out the execution of governance, quality, issue management, reporting, data architecture, solutions, analytics, or project management activities with some oversight from management and the overall Enterprise Data Management Program.

Duties:

• Work with business and Technology personnel within assigned units to implement the Data Management Program within assigned area of the Bank.

• Develop an understanding of data management practices.

• Assist in developing metrics to measure compliance with the business and Enterprise Data Management policy and standards for assigned units.

• Work with assigned units to document metadata for identified critical data elements.

• Assist in monitoring the quality of data within assigned units and facilitate disposition of data quality exceptions.

• Work with assigned units to conduct root cause analysis and document remediation plans for data management-related issues.

• Leverage business and enterprise data management and business intelligence tools to assist assigned units in effectively managing their data.

• Assist assigned units in completing data analysis to derive insights that may result in tangible business value.

• Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite.

• Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.

• Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the company brand.

• Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.

• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years professional experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 6 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years professional experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated analytical ability.

• Creative problem-solving skills.

• Basic project management skills.

• Proficiency in the use of spreadsheets, graphing, and presentations with a working knowledge of financial models.

Education and Experience Desired:

• Banking or data management industry experience.

• Working knowledge of Data Management principles and/or Bank products, systems and workflows.

• Working knowledge of process improvement methodology and business process management techniques.

• Proficient in pertinent project and presentation software.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

CTG is seeking an experienced Cerner PathNet / LIS Analyst for ongoing legacy support role. This is a remote role supporting a client in Tennessee.

Position Key Responsibilities:

· Provide application support services for Cerner PathNet – AP, GenLab, Specimen Management, Micro, HLA, Laboratory Imaging, Charge Capture for six acute care facilities

· Additional support is required for RALS Point of Care, Antan Advantage, SpotImaging, Intuitive, and Hemotrax

· Maintenance of 100+ instrument interfaces with Cerner legacy

· Maintenance of new instrument interfaces are on Cerner iBus; approximately 60% of all interfaces are via iBus

· Follow client’s documented Demand Management process to obtain approval for changes

· Runs ops jobs to monitor system and sends reports for tracking failed charges, ownership of lab updates to PowerPlans, DA2 reporting, build for accession label printers, maintenance of all lab rules in Cerner, and Siemens robotics at 2 sites

· Provide support for projects and other special application initiatives

· Troubleshoot complex user errors and provide timely and high quality customer service

· Document issues and solutions

· Participate in the day to day tracking and follow-up on issues and questions of daily operations.

· Validate and support system testing efforts

· Work with client users and functional teams as needed

· Escalate issues to the vendor as needed, and monitor vendor tickets for resolution

· Utilize the ticket management system to track issue status and work volume

· Participate in a 24/7 after hours on call rotation

· Work will be performed remotely with potential for occasional on site travel for validation, testing, etc.

Qualifications:

· 5+ years’ experience in support and build of Cerner PathNet, Gen Lab, specimen management, Micro, AP, and Bloodbank

· Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to communicate resolutions to customers

· Prefer prior experience working remotely to provide production support

· In depth knowledge of Laboratory workflows required; Med Tech or other clinical experience

· Knowledge of HLA, Hemotrax and Discern Analytics (DA2) report writing preferred.

· Experience with Siemens robotics, RALS point of care, Antan Advantage, SpotImaging, and Intuitive would be helpful

Pay range for this opening is $90,000 - $125,000/annual.

· Additional support is required for RALS Point of Care, Antan Advantage, SpotImaging, Intuitive, and Hemotrax

· Maintenance of 100+ instrument interfaces with Cerner legacy

· Maintenance of new instrument interfaces are on Cerner iBus; approximately 60% of all interfaces are via iBus

· Follow client’s documented Demand Management process to obtain approval for changes

· Runs ops jobs to monitor system and sends reports for tracking failed charges, ownership of lab updates to PowerPlans, DA2 reporting, build for accession label printers, maintenance of all lab rules in Cerner, and Siemens robotics at 2 sites

· Provide support for projects and other special application initiatives

· Troubleshoot complex user errors and provide timely and high quality customer service

· Document issues and solutions

· Participate in the day to day tracking and follow-up on issues and questions of daily operations.

· Validate and support system testing efforts

· Work with client users and functional teams as needed

· Escalate issues to the vendor as needed, and monitor vendor tickets for resolution

· Utilize the ticket management system to track issue status and work volume

· Participate in a 24/7 after hours on call rotation

· Work will be performed remotely with potential for occasional on site travel for validation, testing, etc.

Qualifications:

· 5+ years’ experience in support and build of Cerner PathNet, Gen Lab, specimen management, Micro, AP, and Bloodbank

· Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to communicate resolutions to customers

· Prefer prior experience working remotely to provide production support

· In depth knowledge of Laboratory workflows required; Med Tech or other clinical experience

· Knowledge of HLA, Hemotrax and Discern Analytics (DA2) report writing preferred.

· Experience with Siemens robotics, RALS point of care, Antan Advantage, SpotImaging, and Intuitive would be helpful

Pay range for this opening is $90,000 - $125,000/annual.

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Autodesk CAD Trainer & Technical Support Specialist for a contract position. This role involves providing training and technical support for Autodesk software, with a focus on Inventor, AutoCAD, and Vault. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience using Autodesk applications, strong CAD expertise, proficiency in Autodesk software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide first level technical support to CAD users. This position includes developing training materials, conducting training sessions, assisting with technical inquiries, collaborating with engineering staff to meet their CAD training needs, and managing user accounts and performing routine audits.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Development:

· Create and update training materials for Autodesk software, with a focus on Inventor, AutoCAD, and Vault. Develop customized training plans and modules tailored to the specific needs of individuals and teams.

Training Delivery:

· Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for individuals and groups. Ensure that training sessions are engaging and effectively convey CAD skills.

1st Level Technical Support:

Qualifications:
