CDM Smith is seeking a Corporate Compliance Specialist to join our Corporate Compliance Team. This individual performs moderate to highly complex compliance and ethics functions under general supervision for assigned area including compliance training. Administers databases related to ethics and compliance tracking.

-\tPerforms moderate to highly complex compliance and ethics functions under general supervision (Ex: investigations; third party due diligence; training; etc.) for assigned area. Partners with internal clients and external vendors to assist with maintenance.

-\tAdministers databases related to legal ethics and compliance function for tracking compliance related initiatives.

-\tRecommends improvements and changes to the firm's policies and procedures to meet compliance requirements. Collaborates with clients to develop positive and proactive approaches to corporate compliance.

-\tAssists with the investigation of complaints, as needed. Supports annual Corporate Compliance and Ethics month.

-\tMentors and checks the work of more junior staff, as requested.

-\tPerforms other duties as required.

This role offers a hybrid work option with the individual required to be in the office at least 2 days a week.

In this position, you will work with a dynamic team to continue building our transportation transit/rail business. - Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, and application of standard engineering or construction techniques, procedures, and criteria.

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Transportation/Environmental Planner to join our multi-disciplinary and action-oriented transportation team in New England. The position could be based in multiple locations in New England and New York, with preference for an office located in Connecticut. This position will support the transportation team at the intersection of transportation planning and environmental assessment.

The Senior Project Manager will provide a variety of professional transportation and environmental planning services that may include identifying and analyzing information to inform and create plans for the safe movement of people and products by all modes of transport. They will lead tasks and provide support and guidance for multimodal planning projects, alternatives analysis, statewide, regional, and local plans, and NEPA compliance for a variety of client projects. Under direct supervision, performs basic engineering tasks for remediation sites (shop drawing reviews, engineering specifications, field work etc) and engineering designs to meet client project requirements. Prepares and reviews remediation documents, including draft designs and reports for compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Ensures that firm policies and practices are followed on all investigations and designs. Performs site reviews and studies, as needed, to ensure studies and designs are aligned with client and location specifications. Updates studies and design requirements as necessary. Performs water quality analyses and modeling. Contributes to firm's TKM by developing white papers and technical design documentation of new or special case designs, studies, etc. Performs other duties as required. May create or work with a team to create a poster or other presentation material for a conference.
