Cracker Barrel is on the search for a Senior Construction Coordinator to join the Construction team at our Home Office in Lebanon, TN. In this role, you would support the Site Development Manager in expediting the site development process from conception to completion with the goal of obtaining the maximum number of operating weeks through securing permits and approvals based on site specific requirements. You would also support the Construction and Operations departments in achieving corporate new unit expansion goals by coordinating and facilitating these activities in a timely manner.
Order and track civil and architectural engineering plans. Follow up and reporting the status of projects to both Real Estate and Construction. Create and maintain data base and spreadsheet pertinent to each specific project. Set up and maintain all Site Development files.
Assists with construction project management through coordination and maintenance of construction schedules and deadlines to insure store opening schedule is met; determines and initiates schedule changes as appropriate. Communicates with contractors, job superintendents, outside consultants and engineers in order to monitor construction progress; notifies appropriate people (vendors, municipalities, etc.) of when their services will be required as well as the completion deadline in relation to the store opening schedule. Researches state and local code and fee requirements.
Creates and maintains construction equipment delivery schedules. Initiates purchase orders and resolves issues relating to delivery, service, and equipment with national account program representatives. Processes and tracks payments to contractors and national accounts. Initiates check requests in order to pay for required services. Establishes all utility accounts for new stores (gas, water, sewer, phones, and electric). Troubleshoots and resolves utility-related issues by contacting the appropriate personnel and follows through to resolution to insure the store is prepared and equipped for hiring and training weeks.
Initiates, processes, and reviews bids and construction contracts for approval by Project Manager and Director. Orders and distributes blueprints and site reports. Arranges and attends pre-construction meetings with the contractors and architects. Provides Operations with pertinent store/construction information concerning warranty, codes, signs, equipment, etc. to promote a smooth transition from Construction to Operations.

Cracker Barrel is seeking an Investor Relations Manager to join the Home Office to be accountable for creating and presenting a consistently applied message to the investment community on behalf of Cracker Barrel. This manager will monitor and present perceptions from the investment community regarding performance and relevant insights.
Develop and prepare all aspects of the quarterly earnings process including the earnings press release, earnings call script and Q&A, manage the logistics for the webcast, schedule and participate in post earnings calls with both the sell side and buy side.
Coordinate logistics and attendance at various investor conferences and roadshows.
Advise the CFO, President and CEO on movements within the shareholder base, movements with the stock price and other relevant stock information.
Lead engagement with shareholders throughout the year to keep them informed of company plans and build deeper relationships.
Liaison directly with both the sell side and buy side analysts, developing strong relationships with the sell-side analysts that cover Cracker Barrel.
Oversee Cracker Barrel Investor Relations website.
Lead the Annual Report process, including writing the letter to the shareholders, creating all business pages, coordinating printing, and overseeing the ultimate delivery.
Co-manage Annual Meeting of Shareholders with Corporate Governance team.
Serve as key point of contact for the investment community, including day-to-day management of analyst and investor inquiries.
Accompany senior management on roadshows and to investor conferences.

Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma/GED
2 years restaurant management; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule.
Minimum age 21 years.

Compensation:
Competitive annual salary starting from $51,000 and up depending on experience
Annual merit increase opportunities
Quarterly bonus opportunities of $1,000 - $2,000. Managers can earn up to 200% of their bonus opportunities for excellent performance
Promotional opportunities where General Managers can earn $5,000 - $13,000 in quarterly bonus opportunities
