What You Will Get:

At Caterpillar, our internship pay rates consider the number of completed semester credit hours. For Graduate level opportunities, the pay rate is determined by the type of degree you are pursuing (Master's or Doctorate) post receiving an undergraduate degree.

Intern Pay Range:

Undergraduate: $20.50 - $26.70 per hour

Graduate: $30.70 - $36.90 per hour

The total rewards package, beyond base salary includes:

About The Role

The IT Development Program (ITDP) provides program participants with the opportunity to advance their technical and leadership skills through challenging assignments across multiple areas of the business. Each ITDP participant has a unique program experience with the possibility of working on different teams in varied worksites over a three-year period.
