Job Title: Furnace Operator (1st shift)
1st shift hours are Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM
Starting pay is $19.58 per hour.

Job Summary:
The Large Power Systems Division (LPSD) in Hodges, SC has an opening for a Furnace Operator on 1st shift. In this role, you will be responsible for charge make-up and delivery of iron. You will also set, adjust, and operate controls of one or more induction or arc furnaces to melt metal for casting purposes.
What you will do (may include, but are not limited to):
Operates control station to monitor and control melting station
Analyzes control signals
Controls melting operations
Detects deviations and initiates corrective action
What you have:
Experience in iron pouring, ladle repair, furnace charging and furnace operation
Must be willing to learn or understand basic gray/ductile iron charge make-up to produce iron that meets required specifications
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds
Ability to stand throughout a 10-hour shift
Ability to operate heavy machinery and manufacturing equipment
Top candidates will also have:
Previous machine shop, foundry, or manufacturing experience
Problem solving and decision-making
Math skills

Supporting customers in financial distress with innovative financial solutions.

Job Summary
As a Senior Strategy Manager for Caterpillar's Electric Power Division (EPD), you will shape the evolution and execution of the Electric Power Division growth strategy. You will champion our OneEPD culture to deliver energy outcomes for our customers through integrated equipment and services offerings. You will serve as a Chief of Staff for the division and operate as an advisor to the Electric Power Senior Leadership team.

Snowflake Database Administrator
Role Definition:
As a Snowflake Database Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring the integrity, security, and performance of the Data platform that supports the data needs of various business units and functions.

What You Will Do:
The Controls Lead will oversee the implementation and management of controls for Generative AI use case deployments. This role involves conducting Change Impact Assessments, ensuring compliance with IT, SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley), Responsible AI, and Security controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in controls management, prior experience with Generative AI projects, and the ability to effectively manage risk and compliance requirements across multiple use cases.
Lead Change Impact Assessments for Generative AI use case deployments to identify and manage potential risks and impacts.
Develop, implement, and monitor IT, SOX, Responsible AI, and Security controls for all AI use cases.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to AI use cases, including data privacy, security, and ethical guidelines.
Track and document the status of controls for each use case, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and business units, to ensure that controls are effectively integrated into AI projects.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of controls to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
Provide guidance and support to project teams on control requirements and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and emerging trends in AI governance, risk, and compliance.
Develop and deliver training and awareness programs on control requirements for AI use cases.
Act as the primary point of contact for all control-related matters in Generative AI projects.
What You Have:
Strong understanding of IT controls, SOX compliance, Responsible AI principles, and security controls.
Experience with conducting Change Impact Assessments in technology deployments.
Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and best practices.
Proficient in using tools for tracking and managing controls and compliance (e.g., GRC tools).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach to identifying and managing risks.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proven track record of leading control and compliance initiatives in technology or AI projects.
Preferred Skills:
Certifications in risk management or controls (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CGEIT) are preferred.
Familiarity with AI ethics and regulatory compliance.
Background in data security or IT audit is a plus.

What You Have:
Strong experience in enterprise-scale operations, with special emphasis in areas of data platforms or AI/ML workloads.
Experience as a technical leadership or lead developer role
Proven ability to troubleshoot infrastructure and/or application connectivity issues across a complex global network
Experience developing architectural designs, processes and procedures.
Exposure to architectures containing emerging IoT, AI/ML, or Big Data technologies.
Associate level (or above) architect certification from Microsoft, AWS or Google.

This position will support the business with consolidated financial reporting, analysis/insights into the financial result, and utilize new tools and analytics to help with analysis. What You Will Do:
Accountable for monthly financial reporting and analysis (including review of transactions during month-end close and periodic journal entry submission)
Provide insights on the financial results to assist management with business decisions
Review of ART/OAT data, updating the corresponding analytical tools, and presenting analysis to management bi-annually.
Responsible for the annual business plan and quarterly forecasts for period costs as well as the corresponding monthly variance analysis
Lead the tracking & accountability of LEPS OPACC Improvement Agenda (OIA)
Develop new tools and analytics to streamline financial analysis and provide enhanced decision support
Support ad-hoc analysis, Board and EO presentations, and various other Segment reporting requirements
What You Have:
Education/Experience: This position typically requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a business-related field and 5+ years of job-related experience.
Accuracy and Attention to Detail : Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high level of precision
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors
