Review contracts with partners to determine proper accounting including referral, reseller, co-selling, and royalty arrangements
Liaise with internal sales and partnerships teams to identify new contracts and understand economics of agreements with partners
Build internal processes to ensure statements are issued accurately and timely to partners; coordinate with accounts payable to ensure payments are made timely to partners in accordance with contractual obligations
Manage the monthly close processes for partners, review monthly close reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate closing of the books for internal and external reporting
Maintain systems and procedures to comply with internal control requirements; Initiate corrective actions as necessary
Initiate, improve, and create efficiencies in systems and procedures
Analyze and synthesize trends in data and information to identify risks and requirements for additional processes and procedures
