We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as the Associate Director of Marketing Technology & Data Health. In this role, you will take ownership of our marketing technology ecosystem, managing integrations, negotiations, and enabling each tool to optimize our marketing efforts globally. You will also be responsible for delivering systems and process optimizations, database cleanse, append and enrichment activities, and managing our data retention policy. Working closely with the VP of Marketing Operations and sitting on our Data Council in IT, you will drive strategic initiatives aligned with the tech stack and database health, aiming to reduce friction, decrease technical debt, provide clear sightlines into total addressable market, and enhance overall efficiencies.
In this role you will:
Own the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration, automation, and innovation, working closely with the business stakeholders to not only deliver an integration of a tool, but to ensure optimal usage and business impact.
Define and execute a strong strategy around data acquisition, cleansing, enrichment and on-going support of all data-related activities. Work cross-functionally with Field Operations and IT as a part of the Data Council and be the spokesperson for Marketing.
Partner effectively with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Field Operations and IT to ensure that alignment and clarity are paramount in all of our projects. Special attention given to the integration into Salesforce CRM and the Snowflake Data Lake.
Evaluate use cases and user adoption, manage tool authorization, provide training, and remove users as necessary.
Develop and execute a roadmap and strategy for continuous tool innovation and enhancement. Proactively share market research into new tools and provide guidance on the best use of tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency.
Lead a small team of technical professionals or platform developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Maintain a deep understanding of GDPR and other global data privacy and compliance laws to ensure adherence across the tech stack and within our database.
Provide exceptional written and verbal communication to convey complex technical concepts clearly. Own and execute a communications plan regarding tools and data processes.
Launch and manage an annual review period of the tech stack, seeking feedback and requests from the broader marketing organization.
Key stakeholder in the Database Health & Hygiene effort, partnering with our global Data Stewards to ensure data cleanliness, enrichment and evaluation of whitespace.
Manage the budget and contractual details of our tools alongside the procurement and finance teams. Become one of the main POC for marketing within the finance department.
You have what it takes if you have:
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multiple marketing technologies at a B2B company.

In this role, you will take ownership of our marketing technology ecosystem, managing integrations, negotiations, and enabling each tool to optimize our marketing efforts globally. You will also be responsible for delivering systems and process optimizations, database cleanse, append and enrichment activities, and managing our data retention policy. Define and execute a strong strategy around data acquisition, cleansing, enrichment and on-going support of all data-related activities. Work cross-functionally with Field Operations and IT as a part of the Data Council and be the spokesperson for Marketing.
Partner effectively with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Field Operations and IT to ensure that alignment and clarity are paramount in all of our projects. Special attention given to the integration into Salesforce CRM and the Snowflake Data Lake.
Evaluate use cases and user adoption, manage tool authorization, provide training, and remove users as necessary.
Develop and execute a roadmap and strategy for continuous tool innovation and enhancement. Proactively share market research into new tools and provide guidance on the best use of tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency.
Lead a small team of technical professionals or platform developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Maintain a deep understanding of GDPR and other global data privacy and compliance laws to ensure adherence across the tech stack and within our database.
Provide exceptional written and verbal communication to convey complex technical concepts clearly. Own and execute a communications plan regarding tools and data processes.
Launch and manage an annual review period of the tech stack, seeking feedback and requests from the broader marketing organization.
