Join our dynamic team as a SAP S/4HANA ABAP Development Lead! We are in search of a dedicated individual with extensive experience and expertise in leading the entire SAP S/4HANA ABAP development process. In this role, you will play a vital role in optimizing and streamlining our operations, working closely with various teams such as sales, finance, supply chain, and IT. Your responsibilities will include ensuring smooth ABAP development, precise coding, and prompt delivery of high-quality solutions.   • Conduct code reviews to maintain consistency in coding standards, improve performance, and ensure adherence to established guidelines.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

  • Create formal networks involving coordination among groups to ensure seamless integration of ABAP solutions with other SAP modules and external systems.

  • Identify and resolve complex issues related to ABAP development.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP S/4HANA ABAP development tools and techniques.

  • Mentor and train junior developers in ABAP and SAP S/4HANA development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA ABAP development methodologies and best practices.

  • Expertise in CDS (Core Data Services) for data modeling and development.

  • Proficiency in clean core SAP development techniques, including modularization, performance optimization, and error handling.

  • Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles and may have a broad impact on the business.

  • Experience in developing ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.

  • Proficient understanding of SAP S/4HANA data structures and business processes.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lead a team and work cross-functionally with other teams.

What you'll do here:

The Customer Success Specialist drives customer retention and sales growth through support of customers with their digital solutions, building consultative relationships to expose customers to additional digital solutions, and collaborating with internal partners and teams to deliver customer satisfaction. This role is accountable for applying sales skills, product knowledge, and analytics to align digital solutions to current customers' needs and meet or exceed a sales goal. You will also:

  • Achieves sales target for assigned accounts to achieve customer retention and grow sales

  • Provides consultative upselling and service by applying product knowledge and expertise

  • Performs effective territory planning to get results

  • Supports customers to enable optimal navigation of digital products and resources

  • Monitors success of digital courses to enable positive customer experience

  • Cultivates relationships to ensure satisfaction and drive customer success through effective problem-solving skills and offering solutions

  • Exceeds customer expectations, prioritizes needs, and focuses on retention and renewal of customers

Join our dynamic team as a SAP S/4HANA ABAP Development Lead! We are in search of a dedicated individual with extensive experience and expertise in leading the entire SAP S/4HANA ABAP development process. Summary:

As a valued member of the distribution team, the primary objective for this position is to safely and accurately ensure the correct product is sent to Cengage Learning customers.

Position Description:

You will be responsible for safely performing all duties associated with the systematic and manual picking and packing of customer orders.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • You will determine the correct box size to be used to pack orders.

  • Utilize sight recognition and matching of alpha and numeric listings to ensure accurate orders are shipped to customers.

  • You will pack individual units into boxes.

  • You will use the voice directed system -Jennifer- to make sure the appropriate ISBN is packed and following standards to ensure product is not damaged during shipment.

  • You will enter information into LogPro system.

  • Continuously reach, lift, push and pull up to 40 lbs. to return individual units to appropriate locations.

  • Safely lift, push, pull and relocate packages up to 50 lbs. as required.

  • Be committed to the team effort.

  • You will cross-train in various departments within the distribution center.

  • You will also have other duties as assigned.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

Required:

  • At least 16 years of age.

  • Skilled in site recognition/matching of numeric and alpha groupings.

  • Able to comprehend simple instructions.

  • You should have the skillset to write legibly.

  • You will have the opportunity to exhibit your addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division skills.

  • Be flexible with work hours.

  • Basic computer experience.

You will be responsible for safely performing all duties associated with the systematic and manual picking and packing of customer orders.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • You will determine the correct box size to be used to pack orders.

  • Utilize sight recognition and matching of alpha and numeric listings to ensure accurate orders are shipped to customers.

  • You will pack individual units into boxes.

  • You will use the voice directed system -Jennifer- to make sure the appropriate ISBN is packed and following standards to ensure product is not damaged during shipment.

  • Continuously reach, lift, push and pull up to 40 lbs to return individual units to appropriate locations.

Position Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a SAP S/4HANA ABAP Development Lead! We are in search of a dedicated individual with extensive experience and expertise in leading the entire SAP S/4HANA ABAP development process. The Senior Cost Accountant ensures that daily/monthly tasks, account reconciliations and analyses are completed accurately and timely. Additional responsibilities include providing documentation for audits, researching and resolving business unit issues and inquiries.

The ideal candidate possesses an Accounting/Finance background and some experience with ERP systems and technical knowledge with tools such as Access, Excel, Showcase & Blackline (or other reconciliation tools). This position requires a deadline-oriented person with a strong attention to detail who has a good understanding of accounting and reconciliation principles with a focus on inventory processes.

What you'll do here:

  • Perform reconciliations and analysis of assigned balance sheet and income statement accounts, between the Subledger and the General Ledger using tools such as Access, Excel, Showcase, Blackline

  • Perform reconciliations of inventory at third party consignment locations

  • Support the finance department in reporting needs by using defined reporting tools such as Showcase and Hyperion Essbase

  • Support, complete, and ensure month end closing processes and checklist procedures are accurate and timely to comply with SOX controls

  • Review, support and maintain integrity reports

  • Support ERP inventory processes such as receiving, purchase order and work order setup, and transaction flow, in support of internal & external customers, both domestic and international

  • Work with internal and external auditors

  • Process & policy improvement

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly journal entries

  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and projects as requested by management

Skills you will need here:

The Sr Program and Curriculum Specialist , Certified Paralegal will support the design and direction of ed2go Programs. Collaborating in partnership with product managers, instructional designers, content managers, and other colleagues, the successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of innovative, high-quality educational products and ensure timely support to internal and external partners.

This is a part-time salaried position. Anticipated schedule of 25 hours per week

What you'll do here:

Course Support and Development

  • Act as the liaison between Instructors and the Content maintenance team on everything from minor updates to larger comprehensive updates as appropriate for each course.

  • Perform formal reviews of course content for relevance over time and ensure our courses represent current requirements, certifications, and industry standards.

  • Work as the knowledge expert on new course developments and course spin-offs.

Product Operations Support

  • Helps facilitate the product launch process, assist new instructors, respond to queries, and support in hosting webinars.

Roadmap Planning

  • Support planning processes to ensure courses meet high-quality standards.

The Sr. Program & Curriculum Specialist, Project Management will support the design and direction of ed2go Programs. Collaborating in partnership with product managers, instructional designers, content managers, and other colleagues, the successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of innovative, high-quality educational products and ensure timely support to internal and external partners.

This is a part-time, salaried position with an anticipated schedule of 25 hours per week.

What you'll do here:

Course Support and Development

  • Assist in liaising between instructors and the Content maintenance team for updates and revisions as needed for each course.

  • Perform formal reviews of course content to maintain relevance and adherence to current requirements, certifications, and industry standards.

  • Work as the knowledge expert on new course developments and course spin-offs.

Product Operations Support

  • Help facilitates the product launch process, assist new instructors, respond to queries, and support in hosting webinars.

Roadmap Planning

The Sr Program & Curriculum Specialist, Certified Professional Life Coach , will help to craft the design and direction of ed2go Programs. Working in partnership with product managers, instructional designers, content managers, and other colleagues, the successful candidate will help the team deliver innovative, high-quality products and provide timely support to internal and external partners.

What you'll do here:

Course Maintenance and Development

  • Serve as a connected resource in the industry to support B2B contacts for course evaluations and endorsements, advisor selection/support, and other community outreach.

  • Support the identification of potential externship providers.

Instructional Support

  • Understand instructor responsibilities and facilitate sessions for assigned students.

  • Support course instruction by reviewing discussion board posts, answering questions via student email or by phone when needed, grading student assignments, and giving feedback.
