The Sr Program & Curriculum Specialist, Certified Professional Life Coach , will help to craft the design and direction of ed2go Programs. Working in partnership with product managers, instructional designers, content managers, and other colleagues, the successful candidate will help the team deliver innovative, high-quality products and provide timely support to internal and external partners.
This is a part-time, salaried position with an anticipated schedule of 25-30 hours per week.
What you'll do here:
Course Maintenance and Development
Act as the liaison between instructors and the Content maintenance team on everything from minor updates to larger comprehensive updates as appropriate for each course.
Perform formal reviews of course content for relevance over time and ensure our courses represent current requirements, certifications, and industry standards.
Work as the subject matter authority on new course developments and course spin-offs.
Product Operations Support
Roadmap Planning
Work to make sure that our courses are best in class and well-informed via short-, mid-, and long-term planning.
Perform competitor course reviews and collaborate with product team to understand and predict trends and participate in product strategy.
Work closely with product managers to complete product strategy documents, identify advisory board members, and preplan for examination changes, textbooks, and changes in other course assets.
Conversion Optimization and Business Development
Attend internal sales training to help our employees understand the course, the associated careers, and the value proposition.
Host webinars for prospective students to help them determine if enrolling is the right decision for them and write blogs or other copy regularly to build authority and SEO.
Support the Cengage Work cross-functional teams in efforts to maintain exam pass and course completion rates and obtain feedback from employers.
Participate in B2B customer-facing presentations to help drive adoption of the programs, build confidence, follow regulations, etc.
Serve as a connected resource in the industry to support B2B contacts for course evaluations and endorsements, advisor selection/support, and other community outreach.
Support the identification of potential externship providers.
Instructional Support
Understand instructor responsibilities and facilitate sessions for assigned students.
Support course instruction by reviewing discussion board posts, answering questions via student email or by phone when needed, grading student assignments, and giving feedback.
Review survey feedback, ratings, discussion area posts and communicate results and feedback to the instructors.
Maintain the success and appropriateness of the course by following up on support issues involving instructors.
Be accountable for understanding and communicating program details including all post-completion steps such as preparation tools for certification exams and job placement or externships.

What you'll do here:
This Gale Field Sales Consultant engages directly with a variety of customer groups, including teachers, librarians, curriculum specialists, principals, and school district administrators throughout key Maryland schools and districts. You'll meet with current and prospective K12 customers on implementing technology and digital learning resources. This position works with schools to expand their use of digital resources for remote, hybrid and classroom learning, equitably to support all learners. Teachers and those with education backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Sales Prospecting and execution
Master sales call activities to prospective customers to explore and present digital product solutions.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals, including driving new business to cultivate growth within the territory.
Demonstrate a range of digital learning products across different subject areas and grade levels.
Use Sales Cloud and other sales tools to understand sales history, build detailed proposals, accurately forecast, and own the territory.
Develop and implement strategic territory business plans.
Participate in networking opportunities such as industry conferences and events, when appropriate. Travel 40-50% of time.

Our Account Executive role is a hybrid field sales position covering the South Florida area with a mixture of 2-year and 4-year schools. For time spent in the field with customers we provide a company car. This role provides the opportunity to build relationships and have a high level of customer engagement. What you'll do here:
This Gale Field Sales Consultant engages directly with a variety of customer groups, including teachers, librarians, curriculum specialists, principals, and school district administrators throughout key Maryland schools and districts. You'll meet with current and prospective K12 customers on implementing technology and digital learning resources. This position works with schools to expand their use of digital resources for remote, hybrid and classroom learning, equitably to support all learners. Teachers and those with education backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Sales Prospecting and execution
Master sales call activities to prospective customers to explore and present digital product solutions.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals, including driving new business to cultivate growth within the territory.

Our Account Executive role is a hybrid field sales position covering the South Florida area with a mixture of 2-year and 4-year schools. For time spent in the field with customers we provide a company car. This role provides the opportunity to build relationships and have a high level of customer engagement. Our Account Executive role is a hybrid field sales position covering the South Florida area with a mixture of 2-year and 4-year schools. For time spent in the field with customers we provide a company car. This role provides the opportunity to build relationships and have a high level of customer engagement. This Gale Field Sales Consultant engages directly with a variety of customer groups, including teachers, librarians, curriculum specialists, principals, and school district administrators throughout key Maryland schools and districts. You'll meet with current and prospective K12 customers on implementing technology and digital learning resources. The Account Manager will develop strong customer relationships and handle accounts within their assigned territory by developing and implementing selling programs and proactive customer service policies with instructors and department heads in the High School/CTE market segment. The Account Manager will develop strong customer relationships and handle accounts within their assigned territory by developing and implementing selling programs and proactive customer service policies with instructors and department heads in the High School/CTE market segment. A strong emphasis will be on digital conversion/sales. The core mission is to increase sales by stated quotas while adding new customers and guarding against attrition of existing accounts.

What you'll do here:
Manage existing accounts: grow sales of products and services through solution selling methods, understand changing customer needs, work with customer support to insure proper fulfillment of orders and digital delivery.
Identify new school programs and those using competitor curriculum and convert to Milady; maintain quality contacts and employ company resources as needed to close sales.

Our Account Executive role is a hybrid field sales position covering the Greenville/Columbia, SC area with a mixture of 2-year and 4-year schools. For time spent in the field with customers we provide a company car. This role provides the opportunity to build relationships and have a high level of customer engagement. We are looking for a sales professional with a background in outside sales, cross selling, upselling, renewals, and longer sales cycles.
Ideal candidates are located near Greenville or Columbia, SC, but we will also consider candidates from the suburban areas
What you'll do here:
Plan for Success
Plan, organize, and prioritize sales activities to achieve sales targets.
Use database tools to develop and maintain opportunities pipeline for every account in assigned territory.
Create and implement strategic plans for opportunities through resource management and internal collaboration.
