What you'll do here:
The User Experience Researcher is responsible for understanding and communicating user behaviors, needs, struggles and workflows. You are proficient in human-centered design and well versed in UX research methodologies. You will drive research strategy and implement various methodologies to deliver valuable, data-driven insights. You will help tell the users' story and articulate their needs through triangulating data and insights. UXR work will advise product strategy, product development, and design to ultimately deliver products that are intuitive and easy to use.
Key Responsibilities/Duties :
Lead, design and implement generative and evaluative research efforts (e.g., usability testing, one-on-one interviews, heuristic evaluations, experience maps, contextual inquiries, ethnographic research, surveys, card sorting, tree testing, A/B testing) ensuring the right strategy and methodology are applied to deliver meaningful results.
Clearly and effectively communicate research results, key findings and recommendations to internal partners via impactful presentations and research assets.
Build and communicate deep understanding of our users' needs, goals, and workflows, turning qualitative and quantitative user research into insights and artifacts which will craft the future of our products.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, technology product managers, engineering, marketing, analytics teams, and leadership to identify knowledge gaps and propose and plan methodology to gain needed insights.
Skills you will need here:
Required Skills - Ideally > 4Years Professional Experience
First-hand, practical experience with a range of qualitative and quantitative techniques, including: Design Sprints, usability, benchmarking, 1:1 interviews/IDI's, concept testing, experimentation: A/B and multivariate testing) card sorting, tree-testing and survey design and analysis. Proficient in current and emerging user experience trends, tools, and methodologies.
Mastery and experience with triangulating data from multiple sources, experience with google analytics, design thinking and facilitation, lean UX, research frameworks, visual mapping and modeling. Fluent in current and emerging user experience trends, tools, and methodologies. Design experience a plus.
Experience in working on cross-functional teams and closely with UX Design, Product Managers, Engineers and applying innovative user experience research strategies and techniques to a variety of product development projects and initiatives.
Excellent project management and thought leadership skills; collaboration/teamwork skills; a problem-solver with a results-orientated approach Strong eye for business and understanding of product development and different development strategies.
Expert user of digital research and project management tools (Dovetail, Qualtrics, Optimizely, OptimalSort, Recollective, UserZoom, Smartsheets, etc.)

What you'll do here:
As the Technical Product Manager, 3rd party platforms, for Milady, you'll be the go-to technical expert driving the success of our 3rd party LMS platform, CIMA.
Technical owner of the 3rd party LMS platform (no direct ownership of engineering team).
Collaborates with Product Management and Digital Production to drive customer happiness with the platform.
Develops and masters deep understanding of platform functionality, integrations and plugins in order to establish a future looking vision.
Understands vendor roadmap and technology stack. Advocates for our business needs to influence roadmap. Develop epics and requirements for new feature developments.
Manages technology relationship with Platform Provider.
Tracks key platform issues and develops plans in partnership with provider to address them.
Is the Go-to person for platform technical questions.
Develops documentation and provides expert-level support for our customer and technical support teams and sales team.
Drives platform improvements via plug ins, including crafting roadmap and execution plans.
Manages and implements all 3rd party integrations (i.e. SIS API integrations, CANVAS, Blackboard, Schoology LTI Integrations, 3rd party ebook platform integrations, etc).

What you'll do here:
As the Technical Product Manager, 3rd party platforms, for Milady, you'll be the go-to technical expert driving the success of our 3rd party LMS platform, CIMA.
Technical owner of the 3rd party LMS platform (no direct ownership of engineering team).
Collaborates with Product Management and Digital Production to drive customer happiness with the platform.
Develops and masters deep understanding of platform functionality, integrations and plugins in order to establish a future looking vision.

As the Technical Product Manager, 3rd party platforms, for Milady, you'll be the go-to technical expert driving the success of our 3rd party LMS platform, CIMA.
Technical owner of the 3rd party LMS platform (no direct ownership of engineering team).
Collaborates with Product Management and Digital Production to drive customer happiness with the platform.

Manages and implements all 3rd party integrations (i.e. SIS API integrations, CANVAS, Blackboard, Schoology LTI Integrations, 3rd party ebook platform integrations, etc).
Develops documentation regarding integrations.
Defines, implements, and runs a platform analytics strategy built on key user critical metrics.
Skills you will need here:
Minimum of 4 years experience with technical product management
Experience running products built on 3rd party platforms
Experience with API and LTI Integrations
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed organization
Experience with high growth or transformative companies, or high-growth software divisions within larger companies is a must.
Well-honed communication and collaboration skills
Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis to day-to-day management
Proficiency with Agile, Continuous Integration/Development, DevOps SDLC models
BA or equivalent experience, CS or business degree a plus

What You'll Do Here
The role is directly responsible for the dealings with both resellers and their customers in finding and building a pipeline of net new business. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of the channel and reseller market, operational processes, and partner community ecosystems.
Handle the assigned National accounts to consistently perform at or above quota (National Accounts include: CDW, SHI, Connection, ePlus, Insight, Zones and more)
Maintain a high energy rate of performance as a priority
High velocity out-bound sales
Identify new contacts within the organizations
Develop growth strategies and a business plan
Manage and educate channel partners regarding our full line of products
Daily call, email and demonstration tasks required with activity reporting
Present effective QBR's to executive management
Identify and implement programs/activities to supplement desired outcomes; coordinated with marketing
Manage partner issues and customer concerns
Manage partnership reporting
Stay current on company and industry product knowledge
Responsible for incremental growth goals through cross-sell, add-on and upgrade sales to existing customers
Conduct call campaigns to partner accounts to maintain relationships and uncover new sales opportunities
Manage pipeline to deliver results against monthly, quarterly and yearly forecast objectives and provide & maintain a 4 month rolling forecast and track sales activities in Salesforce.com

Associate degree or equivalent required, BA/BS degree preferred
7+ years channel sales experience, preferably in National AccountsNai
Able to work independently
Sales or professional work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
Track record of success in strategic planning and managing sales forecast in meeting of exceeding goals
Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
Strong persuasive skills and ability to influence decision makers
Self-motivated teammate with a hunter mentality
Solid understanding of Salesforce.com
Minimal travel required
