Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Installation Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base, including key accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand the customer requirements

• Review and modify work orders for accuracy of scope, clarity, required dates, customer contact information and product availability

• Contact customer for scheduling of events: pre-site, delivery and installation

• Update Installation Calendar with pertinent job condition

• Track and record number of installations by product type

• Receive pre-site notes, exit checklist, change orders, pictures and invoices for storage, and processing customer advocacy; Provide formal and final pricing to customer for services requested; Point of contact for questions, concerns, and/or complaints

• Write credit memos and sales orders as needed for returns and rescheduled appointments

Qualifications

• Prior installation coordinating experience is strongly preferred

• Ability to apply expert level product and installation knowledge

• Ability to organize and prioritize work and communicate effectively

• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationship with both internal and external customers

• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Lead all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget

• Recommend products and services that fit well with clients' business needs

This role is responsible for monitoring warehouse inventory and performing cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly verified to be reflective of reported inventory. Performs scheduled cycle counts in an ongoing and sustained manner to ensure the actual physical count is verified against the computer inventory record three times per year. Research and document inventory discrepancies using all available resources to identify root causes in order to resolve discrepancies and reconcile inventory. Reports discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products to supervision.

Ferguson is seeking a Fabrication Associate - Entry Level to join our team!

Schedule: M-F 6am-2:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Setup and maintain machines in the shop for pipe fabrication

• Accurately measure, record, and add random pipe length

• Measure and cut pipe with band saw and/or torch, rolling and grooving single and double random lengths and threading and beveling of pipe with landis machines

• Move loose and /or bundled pipe from various locations within the pipe yard

• Assemble pipe orders whether in single sticks or bundles and maintain work supplies in an organized manner

• Observe vital safety precautions for fabrications, cutting, assembling, stacking and shipping of pipe for storage and transportation

• Operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safe operating procedures

Qualifications:

• Prior fabrication experience is preferred but not required

• Outstanding math skills and the ability to calculate quantities of product on hand

• Experience and training in operating machinery for the use of cutting and threading pipe according to OSHA regulations preferred

• Ability to remain results-focused in the fast-paced customer service environment

The opportunity:

Ferguson is looking to hire motivated Sales Support Representatives who have the desire to build a long-term career with the organization.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Assists in multiple behind-the-scenes sales functions such as answering sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions, and helping customers by recommending the best products and solutions to support their needs

• Providing hands-on assistance on an as-needed basis such as helping assist customers on the parts counter and providing backup support in the warehouse

• Presents job quotes and provides accurate pricing and inventory information to customers

• Uses customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively

• Works together with Sales associates to provide outstanding customer service for both existing and prospective customers

Qualifications:

Ferguson is currently seeking a Shipping Manager to join our Louisville, KY Branch team!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to assist 8-10 drivers loading trucks for 1st and 2nd runs potentially in temperamental elements

• Ensure warehouse space is used effectively and kept clean and orderly

• Maintain and develop a productive warehouse by hiring, training, and providing professional development for all of its associates

• Supervise, coordinate, and participate in unloading and stocking of inbound shipments and the picking and shipping of outbound orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness with both product and paperwork

• Ensure integrity of inventory and confirm that cycle counts are completed daily

• Maintain security of warehouse and safety of all associates and equipment, reporting any accidents and conveying any issues to branch management

• Responsible for assisting warehouse associates with picking process

Qualifications:

• A strong background in Warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is required

• 2-3 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience preferred

• A Material Handling Equipment Certification is also recommended

• Proficient in OSHA and DOT regulations

• Warehouse Management Systems, Highjump, Dispatch Track software experience preferred but willing to teach the right candidate

• Proficient with all Microsoft Applications required

• A strong attention to detail, leadership and organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines

• Phenomenal communication skills and the ability and desire to manage a team

This is a field-based sales role supporting customers in the El Paso area. This position will need to be based in the El Paso area. A fuel card, auto allowance, travel and expense card, company cell phone & laptop will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and an assigned customer base, while working with other branch associates to ensure happiness with our products and services, from the order to the delivery and beyond.

• Identifies and actively pursues new business opportunities to expand the current customer base by working with management in developing sales strategies and new account targeting.

• Perform various duties including product quotation and problem resolution.

• Analyzes competition in territory, devise sales strategy, and communicate sales strategy to management.

• Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field.

• Documents all sales activity performed in our internal Customer Relationship Management tool (Salesforce) for ongoing evaluation of the new business pipeline and measurement of sales closure results.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years industry related sales experience is required

• A successful associate will be results oriented, self-motivated, able to complete tasks in a timely manner, build relationships and enjoy a team environment

• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills

• Problem solving, leadership and listening skills

• General digital literacy

• Self-Motivator, ability to multi-task and learn quickly

This is a commission eligible role. The estimated total compensation range is $75,000 - $100,000 annually.

We are looking for a Quality & Safety Specialist to join our team! This position will be responsible for quality and safety processes and compliance within a large fabrication branch. This individual will collaborate with branch and district leadership along with the Health & Safety Director to develop, implement, maintain and improve quality and safety programs to ensure compliance with all ISO, safety regulatory, and corporate requirements.

Responsibilities:

• In partnership with branch and district leaders, develop, implement, maintain, and improve quality and safety programs while cultivating branch culture to ensure quality and safety -Expected Safe Behaviors- & global rules and guidelines are adhered to by associates.

• Working with management to train, mentor, and coach associates on quality standards and safe behaviors.

• Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documents and distribute to appropriate personnel and ensure management review is being followed.

• Implement and track all quality and safety compliance training and certifications.

• Prepare and communicate quality and safety analytics/reporting as needed.

• Communicate quality related issues / concerns to the Quality Management Representative.

• Effectively communicate and roll out all corporate initiatives while leading with change management principles.

• Perform safety observations and multiple daily walks throughs to ensure safe behaviors and identify any unsafe conditions.

• Assist and support incident investigations including managing injuries and incidents, ensuring timely reporting in OSHENS and corrective actions are identified and implemented.

• Ensure all environmental and HazMat requirements are being followed.

• Conduct multiple formal safety observations each month and enter results into OSHEN.

• Coordinate and Co-Chair the Local Safety Committee.

• Other duties as assigned by management or required by the Quality Council.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant safety and quality experience in manufacturing or fabrication preferred.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, or OHSAS 18001 preferred High School diploma or equivalent education.

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a safety-related program is a plus.

Technical and Professional Skills:

• Ability to influence people and work with cross-functional teams and at all levels of the organization.

• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with diverse groups, incorporate the input of others to improve processes, and align with internal requirements.

• Committed to developing and empowering others; to accomplish goals through the skills of persuasion, influence, and negotiation.

• Must have excellent communication skills (listening, written, verbal, presentation).
