Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Installation Coordinator.
Responsibilities
Proactively develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base, including key accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
Collaborate with sales teams to understand the customer requirements
Review and modify work orders for accuracy of scope, clarity, required dates, customer contact information and product availability
Contact customer for scheduling of events: pre-site, delivery and installation
Update Installation Calendar with pertinent job condition
Track and record number of installations by product type
Receive pre-site notes, exit checklist, change orders, pictures and invoices for storage, and processing customer advocacy; Provide formal and final pricing to customer for services requested; Point of contact for questions, concerns, and/or complaints
Write credit memos and sales orders as needed for returns and rescheduled appointments
Qualifications
Prior installation coordinating experience is strongly preferred
Ability to apply expert level product and installation knowledge
Ability to organize and prioritize work and communicate effectively
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationship with both internal and external customers
Familiar with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Qualifications
3-5 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.

Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.

Lead all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget
Recommend products and services that fit well with clients' business needs
Lead execution of project in accordance with organization's project management methodology according to established project plan
Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with major accounts/customers
Coordinate the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service
Supervise progress and performance against the project plan; take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays

Qualifications

Ferguson is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate/Cycle Counter to join our team! This role is responsible for monitoring warehouse inventory and performing cycle counting duties to ensure that all materials are properly verified to be reflective of reported inventory. Performs scheduled cycle counts in an ongoing and sustained manner to ensure the actual physical count is verified against the computer inventory record three times per year. Research and document inventory discrepancies using all available resources to identify root causes in order to resolve discrepancies and reconcile inventory. Reports discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products to supervision.

Setup and maintain machines in the shop for pipe fabrication
Accurately measure, record, and add random pipe length
Measure and cut pipe with band saw and/or torch, rolling and grooving single and double random lengths and threading and beveling of pipe with landis machines
Move loose and /or bundled pipe from various locations within the pipe yard
Assemble pipe orders whether in single sticks or bundles and maintain work supplies in an organized manner

Collaborate on and align to Ferguson HR strategy and operating model. Network with US-based HR to establish and implement consistent practices, processes, and metrics in support of the HR strategy and goals

The Market Credit Manager is responsible for ensuring they and their team are administering the daily credit and collection management duties of the credit department within the guidelines set forth in the company credit policy manual and ensuring consistency with the various approval limits assigned to each credit associate.

Main account credit limit authority of $150,000.
Job account credit limit approval of $750,000
Area sales responsibility $500K or more and includes plumbing, waterworks, and HVAC.
Manages a team of 4 or more direct reports.
Review and evaluation of established customer credit limits within authority levels, operates autonomously
Takes adverse action on delinquent accounts receivable, operates autonomously.
Mastery level negotiation of customer paydowns, agreements, and contracts with some mentorship.
Extension of non-standard terms per company policy, operates autonomously.

Qualifications:

Complete understanding of the Uniform Commercial Code.

Responsibilities:
Responsible to assist 8-10 drivers loading trucks for 1st and 2nd runs potentially in temperamental elements
Ensure warehouse space is used effectively and kept clean and orderly
Maintain and develop a productive warehouse by hiring, training, and providing professional development for all of its associates
Supervise, coordinate, and participate in unloading and stocking of inbound shipments and the picking and shipping of outbound orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness with both product and paperwork
Ensure integrity of inventory and confirm that cycle counts are completed daily
Maintain security of warehouse and safety of all associates and equipment, reporting any accidents and conveying any issues to branch management
Responsible for assisting warehouse associates with picking process
Qualifications:
A strong background in Warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is required
2-3 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience preferred
A Material Handling Equipment Certification is also recommended
Proficient in OSHA and DOT regulations

We are looking for a Quality & Safety Specialist to join our team! This position will be responsible for quality and safety processes and compliance within a large fabrication branch. This individual will collaborate with branch and district leadership along with the Health & Safety Director to develop, implement, maintain and improve quality and safety programs to ensure compliance with all ISO, safety regulatory, and corporate requirements.
Responsibilities:
In partnership with branch and district leaders, develop, implement, maintain, and improve quality and safety programs while cultivating branch culture to ensure quality and safety -Expected Safe Behaviors- & global rules and guidelines are adhered to by associates.
Working with management to train, mentor, and coach associates on quality standards and safe behaviors.
Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documents and distribute to appropriate personnel and ensure management review is being followed.
Implement and track all quality and safety compliance training and certifications.
Prepare and communicate quality and safety analytics/reporting as needed.
Communicate quality related issues / concerns to the Quality Management Representative.
Effectively communicate and roll out all corporate initiatives while leading with change management principles.
Perform safety observations and multiple daily walks throughs to ensure safe behaviors and identify any unsafe conditions.
Assist and support incident investigations including managing injuries and incidents, ensuring timely reporting in OSHENS and corrective actions are identified and implemented.

Qualifications and Requirements:
3-5 years of relevant safety and quality experience in manufacturing or fabrication preferred.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, or OHSAS 18001 preferred High School diploma or equivalent education.
Associate or Bachelor's degree in a safety-related program is a plus.
