Qualifications:
0-3 years of commercial truck driving experience is strongly preferred
Valid CDL
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to lift items that weigh up to of 50lbs
A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus
Good communication and customer service skills as well as general digital literacy
Responsibilities:
Deliver materials to the customer, which includes assistance with loading and unloading and ensuring delivery of ticket with material
Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
Follow all DOT (Department of Transportation) standards and regulations
Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
Ability to work overtime as needed

Maintain a safe working environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Qualifications:
3-5 years experience preferred but not required.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and overtime will be available
Responsibilities
Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
Qualifications
0-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
High attention to detail.
Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.

We are searching for an associate ready to step into a Technical Sales Support Representative role and become an integral part of the sales team quoting underground utility products.
This associate will report directly to the branch manager. This job requires you to be in the office Monday-Friday, 7am - 4pm.
Pay Rate: Currently starting at $27.00/hr. & up based on experience.
Responsibilities:
This position supports the waterworks customer group
Support the outside sales team.
Manage relationships with Internal and External customers.
Deliver outstanding customer service while providing technical assistance and guidance.
Interact and develop relationships with key vendors to support sales.
Be a team player and work with our sales and management team to support quotations.
Form solid relationships to establish trust within district.
Willingness to learn and train continually with products.
Providing hands-on assistance on an as-needed basis such as helping assist customers on the parts counter and providing backup support in the warehouse.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of technical sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Work on credit accounts, following guidelines established for the organization
Receipt of customer payments, reconciling outstanding account balances, and preparation of periodic reports on accounts receivable and past due status
Help customers with questions/problems on their account
Perform routine clerical support for functional groups such as copying, distributing mail, performing simple calculations, and maintaining records and files following standard procedures with all work certified or checked by direct supervisor
Approve order ticket releases for credit accounts on restriction
Send out lien notices/certified letters
Provide sign-off on commercial and residential lien waivers
Update and summarize receivables
Notifies/resolves uncollected COD's and processes/resolves NSF checks
Research/resolve credit card charge backs
Approve tax exempt forms and issue tax credits
Processes payments for open customer accounts
Collection activities including sending follow-up inquiries, negotiating with past due accounts on repayment terms, and decisions on referring accounts to collection agencies and/or writing off accounts receivables
Qualifications:

Qualifications:
0-3 years of commercial truck driving experience is strongly preferred
Valid CDL Class B
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to lift items that weigh up to of 50lbs
A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus

Responsibilities:

Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests

Responsibilities
Supervise Install Coordinator Support Reps to ensure high quality customer service standards, meeting sales goals, and helping to resolve customer concerns
Serve as day-to-day team leader leading all aspects of customer service and install coordinator team
Effectively set priorities and expectations based on business need
Mentor, train, motivate, and develop team members to be successful
Monitor calls and offer guidance to improve call effectiveness and share the best techniques for scheduling successful installations, driving 'punch-list' resolution, and 'One-Trip' installations
Set expectations and goals, by driving associate/team performance
Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, assuring sales satisfaction, and building strong associate relationships

3+ years' experience prior management / leadership experience is strongly preferred

Responsibilities:
Provides advice to customers regarding the best products to fit their needs
Processing orders via order management system
Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures
Prepare and stage orders for customer pick up
Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as advised
Ensure that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas
Maintain a safe working environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Qualifications:
3-5 years experience preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing and HVAC products is strongly preferred
General computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
General math skills to allow for cash accounting
An ability to learn is a must have!
