Overview

The Development Manager - University Partnerships is responsible for developing and executing partnerships with organizations for employee education, training, or assessment. In addition, these partnerships could include helping link organizations to prospective employees from recent ECPI University graduates.

Responsibilities

B2B Growth

• Identify, develop and execute partnerships - Active participation in the strategy and development of the Education Partnership process.

• Negotiate agreements for services, programs and specialized training or assessment needs - Meet or exceed goals in identifying new contacts, partnerships and program enrollment activity.

• Proposal development for workforce training opportunities in different industries (i.e. manufacturing, healthcare, engineering)

  Account Management

• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in new and existing customer accounts

• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs and recommends further product offering to address client needs

• Work with various departments (i.e. Admissions, Career Services, Continuing Education and Marketing teams) to optimize contributions by actively considering their interest in the partner process.

• Project management on workforce training projects and events.

• Actively participate in community and corporate networking events and meetings.

• Plan and track activities using CRM platform.

• Other duties as assigned.

  Qualifications

Requirements:

• At least five (5) years minimum in a successful B2B sales and relationship building position.

• Proven track record in business-to-business networking and development.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnight and weekend travel

  Education:

• BA/BS degree preferred; Business degree preferred.

  Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent prospecting skills with ability to initiate and develop professional relationships.

• Motivated, self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Build, train, coach and retain a professional advising team. - Conducts annual performance evaluations of Admissions Advisors and Assistant Campus Director of Admissions, if applicable. - Manage admissions team to ensure that inquiries are followed up with in a timely manner and that all potential students are taken through the admissions process correctly. - Maintain the highest level of ethics and integrity by ensuring compliance to ECPI University and Admissions Department policies and procedures, as well as all Federal and State regulations and accrediting body requirements. - Represent the University both on and off campus to prospective students, parents and other individuals or organizations involved in the college selection process. - Attend all University- wide admissions department meetings and training sessions. - Conduct campus-based admissions training as required. - Submit required admissions reports on a timely basis as required by senior management. - Develop, plan and execute on-campus events and programs. - Work with campus and ECPI University leadership to establish key performance objectives. - Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education/Experience - Bachelor's Degree preferred. - Minimum of 2 years working in higher education admissions with at least 12 months in a leadership role. - Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Masters degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited School of Nursing required

Overview

The primary role of the Student Tutor is to support ECPI University's mission to supplement student learning in the classroom by providing free tutorial services for students. We are currently seeking a Student Services Coordinator to work closely with our students for the purpose of promoting student success and retention. The Student Services Coordinator is responsible for receiving, imaging and/or entering student records information, overseeing the purchase, inventory and distribution of University Bookstore apparel and supplies, coordinating the campus transfer of credit process, and receiving student tuition payments.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all official student records are received and imaged, to include: official Proof of Graduation (POG), postsecondary transcripts, and official University documents as required per University policy.

• Providing official and unofficial student transcripts within the timelines established by the University Registrar's office and as requested by the student.

• Accurately inputting student information in the University's CampusNexus student data management system.

• Ordering books, e-books, apparel, and traditional bookstore supplies; performing routine inventory audits.

• Coordinating the campus transfer of credit process. Responsible for receiving official post-secondary transcripts, routing to the appropriate Academic Officials, and posting transfer credits awarded in the official academic record in a timely manner.

• Receiving student tuition payment process to include institutional and third party loan programs and various tuition assistance programs. Providing billing for all tuition reimbursement programs to include employer, Vocational Rehabilitation, Military Tuition Assistance, Workforce Investment Act, etc.

• Conducting exit reviews with graduating students to provide information on student loan exit counseling and discussion of any ECPI University account balances.

• Upholding student educational privacy as stated in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and University policy. Responsible for ensuring all student education record requests adhere to these policies.
