This position starts at a flat rate of $15 hourly in a casual/as needed status. The location will pay for your CNA course. Once a CNA certification is received, you will receive a promotion to the CNA role, a raise to a minimum of $17.73 (higher wages with related experience and shift differentials are available), and will receive a regular work schedule. This position is part of a self-directed, cross trained team. Each team member is trained in direct resident care, housekeeping, laundry, dietary, and activity functions following facility policies, procedures, and programs. A holistic approach will be taken to coordinate resident/patient centered care in a home like environment.

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package.
