We are looking to add an experienced Full-Time Cook to work with a highly motivated and energetic kitchen staff in our Ross Township, Pittsburgh, PA location for our healthcare division. As a Cook for Cura Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, efficient environment and cook delicious meals. Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools as well as identify and differentiate food items.
Customer service experience is required.

The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add atemporary position for an experienced, skilled Cook to our Healthcare Foodservice team at Providence Point in Pittsburgh, PA. As a Cook with Cura Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to help prepare food for meal service in a variety of assigned locations.
What you'll be doing:
Assisting with planning, directing, organizing, and coordinating the activities of the food service department to provide outstanding dining options to each assigned unit.
Helping to enforce company policies and procedures to provide administrative direction for menu formation; food preparation, distribution, and service; budgeting and purchasing; sanitation standards; safety practices; and staffing and staff development.
Ensuring proper temperature, portioning, and quality of meals.
Directly preparing meals as needed.
Other tasks as assigned.
This is a temporary position. The schedule will be Monday through Friday from Noon to 8:30pm

Must-haves:
At least two years' experience in food service.
Ability to travel up to 75% of the year.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
