We are looking to add an experienced, motivated assistant foodservice director to our Cura Hospitality team in Richmond. As an assistant food service director, you will have the opportunity to assist with overseeing all culinary, safety and sanitation, and operations functions for the account.
What you'll be doing:
Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams.
Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service.

Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees.
