The Assistant Site Manager is responsible for assisting the Site Manager with directing the activity of a car wash location through leading and supporting a site team that delivers a quality customer experience.

• Must be highly energetic, hard-working and goal oriented

• Excellent customer service skills required

• Proven communication and leadership skills are a must

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Degree or certification preferred

• Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays

• Previous supervisory experience in a customer service industry

• Proficient with computers including Microsoft Office

• Previous POS systems/cashier experience

• Ability to work outdoors in ALL weather conditions

• Direct and supervise employees in the absence of the Site Manager

• Execute open & close duties and follow designated procedures

• Assist with training employees

• Ensure a safe environment for all employees and customers by ensuring compliance with safety procedures

• Address customer complaints in the absence of the Site Manager

• Escalate customer complaints to the Site Manager when appropriate

• Assist with cash management in the absence of the Site Manager

• Be polite and available to address all customer concerns and handle them in a professional manner

• Always be ready to assist customers with menu options and payment

• Provide customers with information and benefits of the fast pass program

• Guide cars onto the track with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanour

• Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to entering the tunnel

• Be proficient with all policies and procedures and able to perform them on a daily basis as needed and ensure the same for all other employees

• Keep the entire property spotlessly clean and ensure everything is kept in the proper place and organized

• Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied

• Work safely and report safety or maintenance issues to management

• Other duties as assigned

What does a Manager-In-Training (MIT) do?

• Check in with customers before they leave the shop to make sure they had a great experience

• Running the floor (making sure each employee is where they need to be, ensuring everything has been checked on each vehicle, and every customer is satisfied before they leave).

• Perform opening and closing procedures.

• Assist with counting and adjusting inventory.

• Anyone in Management is always responsible for training and developing their subordinates.

• Being a role model to the other employees in the shop.

• Holding team members accountable.

MITs are also expected to perform all technician duties including but not limited to:

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter, grease chassis fittings

• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure

• Manages sales and volume at the site level by directing on-site sales & promotional efforts. Prepares daily deposits, safe reconciliation, and other reports, as required.

• Leads recruiting, hiring and retention efforts for site team. Responsible for ensuring proper staffing and scheduling for assigned location. Ensures all training and development of site staff to company standards. Appropriately addresses employee performance issues and recognizes good performance.

• Monitors and manages site through cleanliness, value, equipment operation and service. Ensures daily openings and closings are on schedule and standards and procedures are maintained.

• Creates and promotes a safe and positive work environment while effectively executing the company safety program.

If so, here is good news for you! Auto Glass Now is currently seeking an Auto Glass Installer. We are offering a Full-Time opportunity to showcase your skills and join our growing team!

The ideal candidate will have around 2 years of experience in labor and glass installation, maintain a professional image through your work, and uphold a positive, determined attitude throughout the workday.

• Install, repair, and replace glass in automobiles on-site or at customer's location

• Follow glass installation and adhesive application manufacturer's instruction manual

• Must be able to lift 25-30 lbs

• Perform and complete pre-inspection report on all vehicles prior to any other work.

• Double-check work order for correct glass, size, tint, color, etc.

• Provide excellent customer service when resolving customer issues as authorized by management.
