Primary Objective:
Operates various powered industrial trucks to load and unload finished product to and from truck drivers.

Responsibilities:
Operate powered industrial truck(s) to assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets.
Keys order into Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Verifies stock availability and audits orders for accuracy
Conveys picked orders to packing station or shipping areas
Operates various powered industrial trucks to receive product into warehouse and prepare for stocking
Opens crates and inspects product
Applies labels to product according to establishing procedures
Verifies shading of product and places into accurate warehouse location
Utilizes powered industrial equipment to move product into pre-designated areas within warehouse once received
Keys location of product into inventory control system and places product onto shelves
Ensures product is placed into accurate location
Wraps and packs products by hand into boxes for shipping
Labels boxes with packing slip
Loads boxes into conveyor belt
Verifies orders for accuracy
General
Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor
Follows standard operating and safety procedures
Keeps area safe, clean, and organized
Performs other related duties as required
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 or more years previous distribution/warehouse experience. Must have a minimum of six months to 1 year of sit-down forklift. Reach truck, and OP experience.
Good oral and written communications skills. Good record keeping skills. Good listening skills. Accurate measurement capability. Ability to understand and speak English.
Ability to work in a safe conscientious manner.
Must be Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks.

Dal-Tile is currently seeking an eager and motivated Maintenance Manager to join our TEAM! As a Maintenance Manager, we need someone who is ready to provide a variety of support such as supervise hourly personnel involved with maintenance, repair and servicing of plant facilities and equipment.
Primary Objective
Supervises maintenance activities of plant facilities and equipment to ensure continual operation for assigned areas.
Major Function and Scope
Supervises hourly personnel involved with maintenance, repair and servicing of plant facilities and equipment.
Ensures training as required to maintain necessary technical skills.
Collects and records data such as requisitions, time spent, tag information, PM, and machine documents as required.
Leads preventative maintenance program and helps determine ways to run equipment more efficiently.
Assists in the maintenance of spare parts inventory.
Ensures safe and healthful working conditions and an organized work environment and conducts regular safety meetings.
Performs other related duties as required.
Experience and Knowledge Required
3 or more years industrial maintenance experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic
and/or electronic equipment and systems.

Primary Objective

Experience and Knowledge Required
HS diploma and 5+ years relevant sales experience required OR
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1+ years of relevant sales experience. 4 years prior selling experience. Prior customer service experience is a plus.
Minimum 2 years previous management experience.

Major functions and responsibilites of the lead stockroom attendant include:

What we're looking for:
Consults with functional groups within the HR & IS organizations to communicate and clearly define business needs, contribute to the long- range system plans and ensure product and services are aligned with business needs. Solicits customer requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or existing systems documentation or procedures; evaluates requirements for enterprise business application integration, service activation, and delivering new or modified software system enhancements and/or integration solutions.
Conducts and analyzes business and information technology processes and prepares essential groundwork. Keeps project managers, relationship managers, consultants and other stakeholders informed of project status and scope changes, potential risk and other issues of importance. Participates on low to mid-level projects. Project scope includes low dollar and low risk.
What you'll do:
Participates in technical and functional efforts associated with the implementation and maintenance of customized functional solutions that meet corporate-wide needs; Consults with business unit project sponsors to plan and perform the analysis of complex company activities and/or functions and guides the subsequent design and implementation or improvement of existing systems.
Studies and tests the interactions between systems to take advantage of new or more effective ways of providing needed information. Solicits client/customer requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or other existing system documentation or procedures to develop and conduct systems requirements, definition, testing, training, implementation and support; works with IS technical colleagues to conduct and analyze preliminary business and information technology processes and to prepare groundwork to meet customer technology needs.
Documents the results of analysis activities using appropriate templates or analysis tools; creates modifies, and maintains procedures, process flow charts and reports using various report writing and presentation tools. Develop, documents and maintains best practices, project standards, procedures, application, quality objectives and -lessons learned-, including metrics for assessing progress; ensures that applications systems are developed in a way that complies with architectural standards and established methodologies and practices.
Acts as a liaison, between IS and HR functional business units; maintains effective working relationships, ensures customer's technology needs and support are address effectively and efficiently; maintains an appropriate level of communications, interaction and follow-up with business unit to proactively identify and make recommendations to address needs and resolve issues.
Performs other duties as required.
What you need:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline with an information technology focus.
Basic technical knowledge, with hands-on experience managing systems development in new computing architectures and environments; emphasis on People Systems
0-1+ years job specific work experience with demonstrated professional growth and achievement. Experience must include... Workforce Management Software, Payroll Software (SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday, Kronos, ADP, etc.)
0- 1+ years business process work experience
Prior work experience in an organization of comparable size, business diversity, scope and complexity a plus
Demonstrated experience and understanding of system development life cycle, dynamics of applications development projects, Information Technology or Human Resources practices and methods.
Understanding of the principles, techniques and methodology of project management, quality management, and change management.

PAY: $15.74 per hour + $.50 night shift differential
SHIFT: 6pm to 6am
1 st WEEK: Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday (36 hours)
2 nd WEEK: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday (48 hours
Produces and distributes glaze and paste as needed in the production process.
Produces glaze and paste by transporting, weighing, and mixing appropriate ingredients.
Loads and unloads ball mills.
Monitors glaze and paste levels on production lines.
Creates samples and performs quality control checks.
Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to manager.
Follows standard operating procedures.
Follows and adheres to all Company safety policies and procedures.
Keeps area safe, clean and organized.
Performs other related duties as required.
